二帮助孩子养成良好的生活习惯

1、每天准备好卫生用品：

手 绢：一块，用于擦汗或擦嘴。

口 杯：塑料杯或塑料瓶。

抹 布：一块，用于擦课桌椅，或大扫除时擦门窗。

2、养成均衡的饮食习惯：

（1）每天早晨要吃饱早餐，能够精神充沛地学习、活动。

（3）在校不带饮料、水果、零食、点心，如果不喝纯净水，可用水瓶带白开水。

2．上英语课、美术课到语音室、美术室去上，不要让他们空着不用。早日把电脑安装在教室里，使我们上课的时候老师可以更加生动、形象地把有关资料展示出来。

3．恢复“生活实践周”活动，让同学们学会自理生活，和其他人友好相处。还可以带大家去军训，让我们体会其中的困难，还可以锻炼身体，磨练意志。

My school is so beautiful that i cannot think of leaving there for less a day. The lofty trees, colorful flowers and the charming attract me a lot. 楼房最上层是太空仓，能自动转，能全方位观察外部世界。太空仓里是体育馆，里面有篮球场、乒乓球场、足球场，能进行各种体育活动。

中间是图书馆、阅览室。图书馆里有不计其数的各种书籍；阅览室资料齐全；还有国际语言室，你想学什么语言就刷卡，能听到你想学的国际语言。

下面是教室。教室的玻璃可以变色，上课时是白色的，下课的时候一会儿红彤彤的，一会儿金灿灿的，一会儿绿油油的……五光十色，美丽极了。教室设有电子管控系统，校长、老师可以在办公室里观察教师讲课和学生听课情况。每个学生桌子上有一台精美的电脑和可视对讲机，老师讲课都用电脑，把每天要学的课程输入到电脑。如果谁溜号，电脑自动发出黄牌警告。桌椅可以调节高度，书桌堂是带有密码锁的抽屉，第一层放文具，第二层放书本，不用天天背沉重的书包了。

学校的广场十分宽阔。假山上绿树成阴，开着一年四季不凋谢的鲜花。假山上有泉水，泉水哗啦哗啦好象在唱歌，水花飞扬，带来阵阵清凉。假山下面是一片绿油油的草坪，草坪里有一些别致的凉亭，同学们可以在这里专心致志看书学习。

未来的学校美吗？我们只要好好学习，就一定会让梦想成为现实。

这两天，我校和柏庐小学举行了首届联谊运动会，我门班的运动员们发挥得很出色，夺得了不少奖状。使我最难忘的是4×100米男女混合接力赛了。

我班的4名运动员已在起跑线上做好了准备，就等裁判一声令下了。“砰”只听发令抢一响，第一棒王荣如同一支离弦的箭一般冲了出去，他咬紧牙关，手里紧紧攥着接力棒，衣服和头发都被风刮得摇摆起来，只几秒钟过后，其他选手就被王荣狠狠地甩在了后面，王荣一马当先快要到第一个接点了，第二棒陈晨已经做好了接棒的准备。终于，王荣跑到陈晨跟前，以迅雷不及掩耳之势把接力棒塞给陈晨。

陈晨接过棒后，是足了全力开始猛冲。可不知怎么的，位列第二的女孩子渐渐逼近陈晨，我的心跳到了嗓子眼。就在这千钧一发之际，也许是观众席上那一浪高过一浪的呐喊：“五（1）班，加油！加油！陈晨加把劲！你能行！”激动了陈晨，陈晨的步子和频率越来越快，越来越快！宛如脱缰的野马一般，与后面的选手拉开了至少20米的距离。终于，陈晨把棒顺利地交给了王蓉蓉，王蓉蓉也顺利地将棒给了曹珂。曹珂也是遥遥领先，终于我们班得了第一！

可以说，这次我们真是大获全胜，我真的为运动员们感到骄傲和自豪！

一、一校之长的重要性

作为一校之长，学校的治校方针非常重要，校长要有学校发展的整体发展规划，要有正确可行的治校策略，要有行之有效的治校指导思想原则，我校的办学理念是“安全第一，质量第一”，那么这个理念的实现，就要求校长要把这个理念细化到学校工作的每一个细节上，就要将办学理念植入每个师生的头脑中去，深入到血液中去，使它产生向心力，我们知道光有想法，没有切实的行动，学校是不可能取得长足发展的，一个校长的工作能力是学校向心力形成的重要因素，为此，笔者认为校长至少要具备一下几项能力：

1、  要有全心全意为学校发展服务的思想意识，不计个人的荣辱与得失；

2、  要认识学校是生产人的工厂，要认识到自己是在做人的事业，自己要先学会如何做人，要搞好学校与各个方面的关系；

3、  治校方式上要有张有弛，不要一味地埋头苦干，要巧干，要用心去做事；

4、  要在治校过程中，培养自己的个人魅力，自己要成为全校师生的核心，让人敬仰爱戴；

5、  知人善用，各尽其才，体恤部下，与师生同乐，关爱师生；

二、行政班子的团队建设

行政班子的团队建设，是整个学校发展的一个非常重要的载体，是学校发展的奠基石，是学校发展的跳板，行政班子是贯彻治校方针和策略的枢纽，是否能认真贯彻上级的指示精神，能否起到承上启下的作用，是学校发展的关键所在，为此，笔者认为，行政班子的团队建设应做到一下几点：

1、  行政班子的人选应该是：想干事，能做事，做成事，有能力者居之；

2、  行政人员在思想上要高度重视学校的发展，在其位要谋其政，乐于奉献，不求回报；

3、  行政人员要站在作为一名校长的位置上去考虑事情，去做事情，站得高，才看得远；

4、  学校要提供行政班子的培训平台，让想做行政的人员能够不断地充电，不断地提高学校的管理水平；

5、  学校要采取轮岗制度，一个人在一个位置上工作久了，会产生惰性，会失去新鲜感，要换岗换环境，最重要的是学校要能提供让行政人员升迁的机会；

6、  要进行分层次管理，落实工作跟踪制度，要齐抓共管，共建和谐有效的团队；

三、教师队伍的建设

1、  提高教师的福利待遇；

2、  提供教师的培训平台；

3、  建设好教书育人的学习、居住环境；

4、  发挥工会作用，丰富教师的课余文化生活，人性关怀教师的一切；

5、  在教师中培养骨干，以点带面，树立榜样，形成合力；

6、  提倡发扬党员先锋模范作用；

四、班主任队伍的建设

1、  提供班主任技能培训平台；

2、  提高班主任的福利待遇，提高做班主任的荣誉感，丰富班主任的精神生活；

3、  经常性地组织班主任进行工作经验交流，互通有无，共同进步；

4、  一个季度要要求每个班主任至少要写一篇“班主任工作感悟”的文章，提倡班主任要多思考，多实践，多反思，多动笔，多运动；

5、  年段各班主任，要不分彼此，工作上互相渗透，齐抓共管，共出成效；

6、  培训班主任如何做好班级干部的培养工作；

7、  要落实年段班主任列会制度；

五、班级班干部的培养

1、  主抓安全、纪律、学习的班长、副班长、学习委员的培养至关重要；

2、  要让所有的班干部认清自己的职责，能够独立地开展工作，在管理班级的工作上还能有所创新；

3、  落实每周班委列会制度，及时解决班级反映事情；

4、  要帮助班委在班级树立威信，培养他们的工作能力，适度放权给班干部，鼓励他们大胆做事，用心做事；

5、  要求班委要分工合作，齐心协力，互通有无，共管班级；

六、学校团总支的重要性

看一个学校是否有生气，就要看这个学校的团总支开展学校活动的情况如何，如果开展的好的话，那学校在各个方面就能取得不错的发展，校园内，学生的课余就会很丰富，学生多余的精力就有地方进行释放，另外，团总支对团员的培训工作，是学校发展的坚强后盾，学生团员的素质，将会影响学校的发展，要建设一群能为学校发展做贡献的学生团员，让他们扬正气，促和谐，树榜样，带头做一个合格优秀的中学生，发挥榜样的作用与影响。

I was a shy girl and I never dared to make performance in the public, but

everything will have the exception. Last week, our English teacher gave us a

job. All students needed to make performance in group. I was chosen to be the

protagonist in my team. At first, I told them that I couldn’t make it, but they

believed that I was the suitable person. So I practised hard and tried to get

over my fear. It was my stage. I stood in front of my classmates. With my

teammates, I finished my job. I felt so cool and dared to face so many

people.

2020年后，我已经是一名教师了，吃过早饭，我骑着超速自动越野车去上班。

校门是以皮卡丘的头像作为大门，皮卡丘的两只眼睛是两个小型摄像机，能把50米内的东西摄入眼内再由电脑分辨出你是不是本校的师生，如果不是本校师生，大门就不会打开。如果是本校师生，大门就会自动打开，皮卡丘会面还有一个充气大锤，如果本校师生来晚了，屁股上就会狠狠地来上一锤我把自行车交给专门看管自行车的机器人。走进教室，黑板变成了显示器，讲台变成了观察台。讲完一节课后，按一下按钮，表现好的同学桌上就会出现一朵小红花，表现不佳的同学桌上就会出现一朵小黑花。

放学后，我把作业布置在每个同学的软盘上，让他们回家把软盘装在电脑上，就可以学习了。

我一下子笑醒了，原来这是一场梦。

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article, together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

i was happy on tuesday because i went to chimelong paradise with my classmates and teachers. there were 8 groups in my class and 5 people in each group. we enjoyed ourselves.

first, we went there by bus. it took an hour to get there and once we were there we took pictures in front of the gate of chimelong paradise. the pictures were very beautiful. then we went inside. first. my group went to the screaming zone. we rode the 10-inversion roller coaster. we were excited when we rode it. when the ride was over we were stiff and drank some drinks to relax. then we went to the motorbike launch coaster. it was a shock to us. we rode it twice. then we went to the 4d theater and watched an exciting movie. then we went to the drift which i thought was boring . we went to the torrent quickly after that. we were high when we rode it and decided to ride it again.

at this time we were so hungry and we looked for a restaurant to have lunch. we ordered 4 taiwan noodles and a guangzhou noodles. they were very tasty. after that, we were full of energy.we rode the small roller coaster. we were also happy to ride it. then we rode the bumper cars. that was interesting. we rode again and again. we had a nice time.

an hour later it was 3 o’clock. we went to the frog jumps. we scared when we saw it but i rode it with a bold friend. we were afraid to ride it.

at last, i went to the cake shop to buy cakes then we went back to the bus. the bus took us back to the school . we were tired in the bus. but we had a good time today.

we hope we can go there again. we enjoyed ourselves there.
