今天，我无意中看见了一幅图，这使我震惊了，我的心就像波涛汹涌的大海，久久不能平静。

这幅图是一个人正拿着斧头砍树，一只啄木鸟停在那个人的脖子上，那个人的头很像木头，啄木鸟说了一句令人震惊的话：“这段木头里一定有虫。”

这只啄木鸟说的话一语双关，点出人类愚蠢的特性。树无时无刻都在为我们释放氧气，树不仅能吸收二氧化碳，释放出氧气，还能美化环境，成片的树林冬暖夏凉，是一个避暑疗养的好地方，是我们休息渡假的首选。树具有遮荫避风、树木呼吸和蒸腾作用。而我们为什么要砍伐树木呢？为了自己的利益，相信大家都看过这样一个故事，有一个村子，为了自己利益，不停的砍伐树木，后来洪水来了，由于没有树，洪水把村子都淹没了。这多么令人伤心，人类居然去砍伐树木，没有了树木，人类就等于失去了保护伞；没有了树木，鸟儿们就失去了家；没有了树木，地球就失去了它的色彩。

爸爸妈妈小的时候，河水清澈见底，可以见到河里的小鱼；河水非常甜，每当夏天，村里的人都来喝，有的人还把河水加工一下，拿去卖呢！

那里的花草树木也很好。树木密密麻麻的，你要是到树林里去一定会迷路的。那里的花也有很多，有兰花、杜鹃花等等。那里的草也有很多，到处都是，草丛里有许多虫子，仿佛是在玩捉迷藏呢！你要是踩到草丛里，准会被虫子咬得哇哇大叫。

现在的河里有许多垃圾，有泡漠，塑料袋、易拉罐、菜叶等生活垃圾。

现在的花草树木很少了。有的已经被人们踩成了一条路，有的甚至被人们砍下，制造成了一栋栋房子、各式各样的工具、应有尽有的家具。

破坏后果是很严重的。听不到鸟儿歌唱，看不到百花盛开，不再有河流存在，也没有各种动物，整个世界就是一片荒无人烟的沙漠。可以肯定地说：如果我们人类不对自己的生存环境进行肖邮票有效的保护，甚至还恣意破坏，那么，迟早要受到大自然的惩罚。
