小学英语课堂有效性实施策略研究（汇编20篇）

美术活动可以培养学生的创造意识，发展学生的思维能力，促进其个性良好的发展。将合作学习引入小学美术课堂教学，更能强化学生的交往意识和社会角色的规范，培养互助协作精神、改善人际关系，激发学生的内在动力和创造力，使学生获得充分发展。

一、组建合作小组。

组建小组是合作学习赖以开展的前提，遵循的原则是“组内异质，组间同质”，凸显个性差异。差异便是呈现多样性，只有这样学生才会在水平不同的彼此之间感受到自己的长处和短处，在欣赏中成长，在差异中学习。教师应该按照学生知识层次、学习能力、性格特点的差异进行分组，让不同层次的学生优化组合，使每个小组中都有高低中三个层次的学生，从而使学生优势互补，促进差生的学习。同时要注意把活泼的学生平均分配，男女合理搭配。

在构建合作小组时，应该注意结构的合理性。首先是小组人数的合理性。一般是4-6人为宜。如果人太多，那么很多学生可能会甘于沉默，不积极加入小组中，不能做到小组中每个成员的交流和展示。如果人太少，那么不利于彼此之间的学习和互动。其次，小组成员应该是动态的。可以是组间男女孩生的互换或流动，也可以是进行组间某些角色的互换或轮换，根据活动主题让学生进行自由组合。同时应该确定每个组员的分工，可以采取轮流制，如组长、记录员、资料员、报告员等。

二、组建评比，促进竞争和合作。

建立小组间的评比激励机制，可以很好的激发的竞争意识和合作意识，从而更好的促进合作学习。通过小组之间的竞争，可以促进学生在课堂纪律、语言表达、构图设计、色彩表现、内容安排、形象体现等方面进步。因为小组成员会为了集体的荣誉，积极讨论，献计献策，形成最好的答案，一起动手完成。

我们在作品制作时，可以巧妙地安排了小组竞争的方式。代表各小组参赛的学生都是组中比较差的学生。参赛者的“特殊”让每个小组感到了一份紧张。让“合作成员”做后盾，问每个成员对参赛队员有什么交代的，于是各成员纷纷对参赛队员纷纷献计。有的交代色彩方面，有的交代设计方面，从而变生为师，让每位成员体会到了合作小组的温情和关怀，使参赛者在关切中汲取了营养，增加了见识。我们也可以布置一个作业，让小组竞争，看谁的最好，从而激发每个学生的积极性和兴趣。

三、发挥学生的自主性。

合作学习是以学生合作为主体的活动。学生主体性发挥的状况如何直接影响合作学习的有效性。建构主义认为，学生知识的形成不是教师灌输的结果，而是学生主动建构的过程。因此，在学生合作学习中，学习任务的完成要通过学生的主动学习。教师只是学习活动的指导者和促进者，不能控制或者过多干预学生的活动。

但是给予学生自主权的同时，也要适时点拨，调控指导。在学生开展合作学习时。要不断巡视，观察反应。当发现好的点子，是要加以鼓励和表扬。发现学生有困难时，要调拨，帮助学生找到问题，解决困难，促进学生的发展。

四、限定合作时间。

合作时间的限定是对教师在合作学习的教学活动中难度较大的要求。教师要对合作作品的难度有一定的把握，对学生的能力有一定了解，对合作时间有比较精确地预算。当我们对合作时间估算的太短的话，那么我们催促学生快点完成，就会让学生急躁，不能镇定下来发挥，适得其反。我们如果给过多的时间，那么就会让学生在完后交头接耳，东张西望。因此，教师要估计好时间，在小组合作之前，明确时限，从而培养学生的时间观念，使学生积极参与。

China has many traditional festivals among the year. But I like Mid-Autumn Festival the most. It means harvest, because it is celebrated in the harvest season. And it is the time for famers to express their thanks for harvest. In addtion, it’s the day for reunion. Some people call it Tuanyuanjie. The people work or study far away from home will come back to get-together with their families. They will eat a big meal and mooncake at that time. I hate parting but love reunion. So Mid-Autumn Day is my favorite festival.

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

How a busy day it is !

last term we had a sports meeting . It has last for a day. I think it’s funny, just like a game.

First is running. And the other part is jumping. The meeting is very exciting. I watched the running match, but I didn’t watch the jumping match. What a pity!

Ha-ha, I ran with my classmate then. Because I want to cheer them on. But always they ran faster than me long. So I had to try my best to catch them up. It’s a hard work, I think.

The match is very fierce. The players are powerful. Who is the best? We guess. All of us hope the winner is our class. Finally, the best will get congratulations. And others also will get comfort and support.

Oh, I am forget something. Before the match beginning, it is warmth and fragrance doubled and redoubled, all of the pupil and teacher will give ther best wishes to the players in their class and also the other classes. They are kind people. And the match is the best way to make people happier, stronger, and also make them become more friendly.

一件事是发生在刚刚开课不久，崔教练带领我们口读莫斯电码，“的、达——”，“的、的、达——”，“的、的、的、达——达——”……崔教练，小个子，山东人，说话山东口音很重。那天，他说：“现在，我们请孔惠同学带着我们读，孔惠同学是北京人，说得是标准的普通话”。孔惠的确是北京人，文文静静的女孩儿。只见她腼腆地慢慢站起来，细声细调地读着：“的达——，的的达——……”，虽然是标准的普通话，但没有了教练领读的那种阴阳顿挫的节奏和铿锵有力的声音，弄得大家哭笑不得。崔教练一看，这招不太灵，以后就不再让学员领读，而是继续使用他那纯正的山东腔了。

另一件事发生在南开大学三食堂的教室里，也和崔教练有关。那天，刘佳华在一张抄报纸上乱写了一通，随手把那张纸丢到地上。全队抄报时，崔教练背着手在教室里来回遛达，他发现了佳华扔的那张抄报纸。当全队停下抄报时，崔教练操着浓浓的山东口音说：“我给你们念念，这上面写的啥――‘娜娜，你姥姥给你炒鸡蛋了吗?’”这时，全队哗然大笑。崔教练崩着脸说：“一张抄报纸，就写了这么点没用的东西，就扔了，你们还笑!”接着，崔教练又对我们进行了一番节约用纸的教育。

想想教练们当年对我们真是用心良苦啊!

上课可以玩游戏，而且还异常搞笑，让你笑破肚皮。听我这么说你肯定不相信，不过没关系，事实会让你百分之二百的相信。昨天的作文课，老师就带领我们玩了一个游戏，我们的笑声几乎把楼顶都给顶破了。

老师先把我们分成四组，每一组都要写上老师要求的内容。第一组写时间，第二组写地点，第三组写人物，第四组写事件。时间可以写今天、明天、1000年前、一万年后，想写什么时间就写什么时间；地点可以是在家、学校、日本等等；人物可以写老师、家长、国家主席等等；事件可以是玩游戏、吃屎、放鞭炮想写什么事件都可以。

游戏开始了，老师一人发一个小纸片说：“第一组是写时间，第二组写地点，第三组写人物，最后一组写事件。”我是最后一组的成员，老师不说我们也知道写什么。

我们都写好后，老师就收走了。老师高兴的说：“第一组的全体同学都上来抽纸条，每人抽一张。”第一组的全体同学都上来了，他们按照老师说的来抽，他们抽到的从时间开始一个接一个的念，老师把他们念道的写在黑板上，同学们看到黑板上的句子都是哈哈大笑，那场面就不是在上课。黑板上写着是“今天早上战士在家里拉屎”。你说可笑不可笑，战士不在部队服役，却突然跑回家里拉屎。这么远的距离，难道他是做宇宙飞船回来的？！

老师让第二组的同学都学上去了。老师怎么不叫我们上去啊！他们每人抽一张纸条，念完就笑。我们台下的同学还没听到是怎么回事？都莫名其妙的看着他们傻傻的笑着，直到老师在黑板上写下“100万年孙悟空在姥姥家钓鱼”，我们才恍然大悟。我们笑的前俯后，孙悟空这个石头缝里蹦出来的石猴什么时候有了姥姥？而且学会了钓鱼？真是不可思议。

老师终于叫道我们了，我们抽的词语组成的句子就更搞笑了，“100万年后猫在WC在玩地下城勇士。”你说，这世界是不是太疯狂了，100万年后猫都不捉老鼠，改到厕所里玩地下城勇士去了！

最后，老师告诉我们，要在作文中加上每一个句子出现后的心理活动，我们才明白老师的良苦用心。在搞笑的游戏中学会作文真过瘾，下次真想再玩一次。
