最近，报纸、电视上都在提倡要加入光盘行动，同学们，你们知道什么叫光盘行动吗?对了!就是把盘子里的饭菜全吃光。

中国人的习俗就是在客人来的时候多点些菜，表示一下自己的热情好客。到了春节，大家也难免带着亲朋好友出去吃一顿大餐，为了想表达自己的一个心意，就点了许多菜，到最后呢，吃也吃不光，还剩下了许多饭菜，又不打包，只能眼睁睁地看着这些美味被倒进垃圾桶里。唉....

饥饿现在已成为人类的第一号杀手，许多非洲地区的人们还在被饥饿困扰着，最后被活活饿死了。现在全世界由于饥饿而死的，每年就有一千万个人。如果我们每天回收5%的粮食，就会有四百万饥民获救。电视上也经常会放一些山区的贫苦孩子，他们没吃没喝，如果我们能节约粮食，或许就能改变他们悲惨的命运。

这几天，我去楼下饭馆吃饭时，我发现桌子上放着一些客人用好餐后盘子里的剩菜和剩饭几乎都没有，吃的都很干净，这一定是他们也看了报纸和电视上的新闻后做出的行动。我想我也要加入“光盘"行动，因此在点菜的时候，我觉得差不多够吃了也就不让妈妈点了，吃饭的时候，我们也把菜和碗里的饭吃的干干净净，看着吃的光光的盘子,我开心极了!

在此,我也为"光盘"行动给大家二个倡议:1、珍惜粮食，适量订餐，避免剩餐，减少奢侈浪费。2、不攀比，以节约为荣，浪费为耻。做到不剩饭，不浪费，吃多少要多少，吃不了兜着走!加入光盘族，一起对“浪费"说不!

同学们，让我们也一起加入“光盘"行动!让我们也远离浪费，走向节约吧!

今天，上品生课了，同学们纷纷走进教室坐好。突然，窗户上飞来了一个怪东西，同学们尖叫起来：“大黄蜂!”只见这只“大黄蜂”围着教室转来转去，同学们趴在桌子上不断地拿东西打它。老师说：“什么大黄蜂吗，明明是蜂鸟，蜂鸟是益虫，同学们不要打它。”

蜂鸟好奇地停在大屏幕上，老师点了一下鼠标，大屏幕一闪，蜂鸟吓坏了，嗡嗡地飞跑了。它停在衣橱的门帘上，使劲地往缝里钻，看钻不进去，又飞到了电灯上，最后它沿着窗户飞跑了。大家直起身子，认真听课。过了一会儿，那只嗡嗡叫的蜂鸟又飞来了，落在衣橱的一件粉红色的衣服上，这时同学们都没注意，却被我发现了，我拉拉昆，指着衣橱对他说：“你看，那家伙又飞来了。”蜂鸟好像发现我在指它，便飞出来，又落在了大屏幕上。

此时，同学们正在仔细的看着大屏幕上的找规律题，这只蜂鸟冷不丁的落在大屏幕上，又让全班同学都看见了。课堂里瞬间响起叽叽喳喳的讨论声：“瞧，蜂鸟认识路呢。”“可不是吗，要不怎么又飞回来了。”“这蜂鸟记性真好，可咱们很有缘呀。”“哎，上次飞来的大黄蜂是不是也是这只蜂鸟呢?”......老师大声强调纪律：“别说了，班长，把门打开，让蜂鸟飞出去。”

蜂鸟飞走了，大家继续上课，不过这时谁也没有集中精力听课，却把心思放在那只蜂鸟的身上，“那蜂鸟会不会再飞回来?”“顶好那样。”果不其然，嗡嗡声再次响起———蜂鸟又飞回来了。“又来了。”我和汲政昆都偷偷地幸灾乐祸的想到。

同学们又在下面叽叽喳喳地讨论不停：“哎，蜂鸟舍不得咱们班，干脆把巢建在这里吧。”“对呀对呀，我们天天看着蜂鸟多好玩。”......老师生气了，用力地拍着桌子：“好了好了，听课了，不要再去管那只蜂鸟了。”教室里终于安静了下来，蜂鸟也飞出了窗外，可能是怕打扰同学们上课吧，它再也没有飞回来。唉，我们都好想念它。

终于做完了所有的题，下课了，同学们都奔出教室寻找那只可爱的蜂鸟......

一次语文课上，老师把作文发下来，让我们修改。这时，同学们发现一张没名字的稿纸。老师看了看，拿起这篇无名的作文读了起来。读着读着，突然，同学们“哄”得一声笑了起来。原来，这篇作文的主人把“口渴”的“渴”写成了“喝水”的“喝”字了。老师趁机在黑板上写下这两个字，教我们怎样区别。她先做了一个有趣的动作：眉头一皱，把舌头伸出来，然后用手在舌头前扇动着，接着拿起一瓶水，咕嘟咕嘟地喝下去了。同学们看了笑得合不拢嘴，也有些同学好奇地望着老师，不明白其中的奥妙。这时，老师说：“渴了就是想喝水，是不是？”同学们齐答：“是！”老师说：“渴了要喝水，所以‘渴’字的部首是三点水；喝水要用嘴巴喝的，所以‘喝’字是口字旁。”通过老师的讲解，同学们恍然大悟，若有所思地频频点头。

这堂课即将结束的时候，老师检测我们的听课效果，问道：“‘渴’的部首是什么？‘喝’的部首是什么？”同学们信心百倍地齐声答道：“‘渴’的部首是三点水，‘喝’的部首是口字旁，渴了要喝水，喝水要用口！”

一节课就在欢笑声中结束了，在这样轻松愉快地氛围中，我们既学到了知识，又增加了师生之间的情谊。

老师的脸上露出了满意的微笑，同学们发出得意而自豪的笑声。

在昨晚的班会上，我提出了一个问题;“哪个同学能讲一讲王成和雷锋的故事?”结果是全班同学都知道他们的故事，但没有一个同学能比较完整地把雷锋的事迹讲出来，有少数同学知道王成的故事，但讲出来的内容却非常笼统。

在这节班会以后，我对同学们了解我国英雄人物的`情况进行了调查，发现有以下两个问题;一是同学们对英雄人物了解得比较少，比较空泛;二是同学们对英雄人物的理解比较片面，大多数同学认为只有战争时期才会出英雄，现在生活在和平时期，是远离英雄的时代，这种观点与学校的长期以来忽视这方面的教育有很大关系。在应试教育的指挥棒下，少数学校的思想道德教育流于形式，因此便有了“雷锋三月来，四月走”的说法。

我们的国家自古以来就是一个英雄辈出的国家，英雄的品质便是中华民族高尚精神的代表。每个人都有崇敬英雄，渴望成为英雄的心理，英雄的事迹不是空泛的，而是具体的，感人的。因此，从这节班会后，我们班开展了“让英雄走进课堂”的活动，同学们系统地学习了英雄事迹，受到了很大的启发和教育。有的同学在作文中写道：“英雄在哪里?就在我们的课堂里，就在我们生活的一点一滴中，当我们自觉地关上流水的水龙头，自觉地捡起地上的果皮纸屑我们便一步一步地向英雄走进。”一滴水珠虽小，但它却反映了每个同学闪光的思想。

英雄的事迹，英雄的语言，英雄的形象，支撑着青少年心中一片纯洁的蓝天，我想，作为一个教育工作者，应该给青少年树立更牢固的精神支柱，拨正他们人生路上的航向，为他们点亮闪光的航灯。
