一、掌控课堂教学时间。

正所谓向40分钟要质量，一节课40分钟，一个正常人真正可以集中精力的只有20分钟左右。这也就是为什么老师在讲课的时候要突出重点的原因，也是现在课堂教学逐渐调整的原因。所以在设计教学预案时注意一些时间限制。连续长时间的学习很容易使学生产生厌烦情绪，我们应该注重设置在教学活动过程中对学生学习知识、形式能力和提高认识真正起作用的时间，并充分利用好这些时间。合理分配教师活动和学生活动在一堂课中的时间。教师不能一味地要求学生自主、合作、探究，都是在浪费课堂教学时间。

二、创设巧妙的课堂教学情境。

四、灵活运用课堂教学技巧。

在我们学校从去年开展高效课堂教学改革实验以来，我通过对高效课堂的理论学习和教学实践，深切地体会到，改变学习方式是新一轮基础教育课程改革的核心，而合作学习是课改倡导的重要学习方式之一。随着课改的逐步推进和深入，又使我体会小组学习是髙效课堂上最基本的学习形式。学生的自主、合作、探究学习方式通常通过学习小组来组织完成。要想有高效课堂小组显得很重要。所以我在校的现代教育技术条件下高效课堂教学模式即“1+345”的教学模式的教学实施过程中有以下的体会和反思：

一、高效课堂重视课前的备课。

我校的高效课堂教学的主要流程是：预习导航、合作探究、展示交流、点拨升华、练习反馈五个重要环节。那么我在备课中就抓住这五步去备课。

(1)认真确定每一堂课的教学目标。在备课前，我认真阅读教材、教师用书，对所教授内容的三维目标、教材编写特点等要了然于胸，并结合学生的实际制定切实可行的课堂教学目标。所拟定的教学目标要具体、可操作，如果目标过高或过低，都容易使学生失去兴趣，而应当处于学生的“最近发展区”，即“跳一跳能摘到果子”。

(2)教学设计要关注学生学习过程。备课是上好课的前提，那么备课“备”什么?教师备课的重要指导思想不是备教师怎样“教”，而是备学生怎样“学”。教师要关注学生的学习基础、学习状态，精心设计学生学习的过程。要充分预设学生对哪部分内容学习困难大，应该如何实施，对哪部分内容学生容易产生分歧或独特见解，如何应对等。把我校的教学模式三种教学方法预习、研习、练习，和四种教学行为倾听、自主、合作、展示贯穿始终。

(3)创造性地使用教材。课程改革实施以来，教师们都认识到应该“用”教材教，而不是“教”教材。教师要创造性地使用教材，变“死教”教材为“活用”教材，使课堂教学生动而有效。而创造性地使用教材是提高课堂教学有效性的关键之一。教师要创造性地使用教材，首先应当在认真钻研教材的基础上，能根据学情和教学需要对教材进行改进和补充，使之更好地为教学、为学生服务。其次是教师要勇于创新，大胆对教材进行“再加工”、“再创造”，使教材更加切合学生的实际，提高课堂教学的有效性。

二、在高效课堂教学中培训学习小组组长至关重要。

可以说高效课堂建设的关键在于学习小组的高效，建设、培训好了一个小组，也就把握住了高效课堂的灵魂。我认识到这个问题后就采用以下六种措施：第一：明确组长的责任和作用;第二：定期召开小组长会议。在对小组长的培训上，我就亲自召开小组长会议，明确小组长的责任，并为他们提供实际有效的方法指导。每班每组都专门准备一个小本子让组长登记小组同学的预习情况和交作业、评价的情况。洞悉他们一周来在思想上、学习上和生活上的困难并及时予以解决，让小组长感受到老师的关怀和温暖。第三：给小组长加“自助餐”。小组长为同学们服务，很辛苦，学有余力，必须有所回报。“自助餐”应注意的问题：有例题有规律方法总结有针对性习题有答案;量上由小到大;对小组长的学习效果要有检查评价，这实际上锻炼了组长的自学能力。第四一定让数学成绩优秀的同学担任小组的组长，这能带动其他同学的学习积极性。第五：适时地肯定、表扬、激励小组长。马斯洛需要层次理论认为，人的需要是有层次的，可分为生理需要、安全需要、归属与爱的需要、尊重需要和自我实现需要，在低层次需要满足之后，会向高层次需要努力，在当前学生绝大多数满足生存和安全需要的情况下，小组长领导一个小组也就属于其满足更高层次如归属、尊重、自我实现的需要，使他们体会到这种自我满足、自我实现的心理满足、荣耀感，这是激发他们对小组更加尽心尽力工作的内部动力和源泉。第六：定期召开的小组长培训会，给出小组长一定的时间交流小组管理的经验或心得体会，每班评出优秀小组长(一般为一周中的优胜学习小组的小组长)。

三.在实施高效课的教学过程中，我也不可避免地遇到了一些实际的问题，学生也一度出现了一些不适应的现象：

(现象一)这一段时间学生运用导学案进行自主学习，在实施过程中发现与实际情况相差甚远，在实际的实施过程中，总是一节课40分钟只能完成五环中的一个或几个环节，一课时导学案需要2—3课时才能完成，就是这样周检测反馈回来的成绩还是很不理想。全班五十多份作业，正确率仅百分之七、八十，单因为计算顺序不正确和书写格式不正确导致错误的就各占了百分之二十，其它因学习习惯不好导致错误占约百分之十……

(现象二)学生在小组讨论的过程中，部分学生只跟在别人思维后面走，没有自己的见解，另外学生为了重点展示某一知识点，只讨论这一个知识点，而对其它知识点探究较少，如何兼顾所有的知识点呢?小组合作探究如何做到“优困兼顾”、“生生互动”?

(现象三)学生没有养成预习的好习惯。很多学生还不会利用导学案，没有预习促使第二天的课堂上现预习，从而耽误了时间。还有的学生不会预习，走马观花看预习，不能动脑想问题、做一做。还有的学生就是学习上的懒堕，学习的态度问题等等。我反复思考发现，出现这些问题是由多种因素造成的：在这种新型模式学习下，我的评价跟不上、学生的不适应等等，最关键的还是导学案编制的实用性和教师的引导上出了问题，另外在五环课堂展示的过程中只注重了学生的说，学生眼高手低，从而导致了诸多问题。

四、结合班级数学学习的实际，准确定位，借助“五环”课堂教学模式，在实验中摸索前进，形成自己独特的课堂特色。

在今后的教学中我会尽量做到： 1、让学生做好充分的预习，进一步指导学生预习，教会学生预习的方法和给他们明确的目标，让学生自行构建起初步的知识结构。 2、开放课堂，自主学习。要打破传统的教学模式，让学生在课堂上尽情地动起来——身动、心动、神动。让学生在课堂上能充分发挥自己的潜能、才能，展开小组学习、独学、对学、群学;让学生养成独自思考、合作探究、对抗质疑的学习能力。让课堂和谐、民主，学生敢问、敢说、敢动，形成一种积极主动，争先恐后，紧张活泼的学习氛围。3、教学要面向全体学生。不同层度的学生在教学中平等对待。利用学生合作学习机会，让学生承担一部分教学任务，使之成为小老师，形成“兵教兵”、“兵练兵”、“兵强兵”;好生带动中等生，中等生带动差生，生生动起来的浓厚学习氛围。对有效的小组合作模式和行为的肯定、褒扬，引发学生的自我评价小组评价、教师评价，将外部激励和内部激励结合起来，促进学生的成长。通过大家的评价，使学生获得合作学习时行为表现方面的反馈信息。为此，在今后的教学过程中，我还需要主动多到学生中间去，融入学生的学习活动中，多用鼓励的眼神去看待学生，多用启发的语言去开导学生，对学生每一点进步(哪怕是一句富有创建性的语言或一个不很成熟的想法)都要予以肯定，并及时表扬，及时评价。坚持这样做，才能提高学生的自信心。另外，要尽可能多的创设师生互动的机会，这样学生对老师的畏惧心理才能逐渐自然消失，老师才能成为学生的好朋友和知心人，这样才能转变学生学习数学的态度(从不喜欢到喜欢，从不热爱到热爱)，才能激发学生学习数学的潜能。总之，教学的成功离不开学生、教师的成功要靠学生的成功来实现，只有关心和爱护学生，一切为学生着想，才能激发学生学数学的潜能，才能使课堂教学的有效性得到提高。
