1、确立一个思想，即“为学生一生的发展做预备”的思想。

学生的发展，我们主要夸大应该是全体学生;而不是部分学生，应该是学生人格的全面发展，而不是重智力轻其他;应该是个性发展而不是同一模式，应该是可持续发展，而不是限于当前的发展，教师的每节施教必须从这点做起，这是我们一切教学活动的出发点。

2、落实两个重点，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。

在课改中我们要创设情境让学生们往想，鼓励学生动脑、动手往做。

3、进行三个转变

(1)教师角色的转变;

(2)学生地位的转变;

(3)教学手段的转变;

4、采取四种方法

(1)激发学习爱好，培养学生学习的主动性。

(2)教会学生学习、发展学生的自主性。

(3)营造创新教育氛围，培养学生的创造性。

(4)面向全体，让不同层次的学生都有所得。

三、新课程给我带来的思考

1、教师的教育观念开始发生变化，教师熟悉到教材只是教学的载体，教师不再是只受教材的框框限制，而是千方百计地利用教材启发拓展。课堂教学的角色发生了变化，教师能把平时积累的知识有机地融进课堂，重视研究性学习。

2、课堂教学氛围发生了较大的变化。更注重师生的交流、互动。教师从重知识的把握转变到更注重学习方法、研究能力的培养，学生的学习积极性得到充分的调动。

3、夸大在课堂教学贯彻以学生为主体，注重学生自主探究性学习的同时，不能忽视教师在系统教材体系着落实“双基”的主导性作用。

在新课程中，我们深深地体会到，新课程已不仅仅是新课标、新理念，它已经与协作、创新、探究、希看、未来这些滚烫的字眼牢牢联系在一起，让我们与新课程一起成长，为孩子们每一天的成长而快乐着，愿我们的课堂呈现思想生命火花的碰撞与展现，成为不由自主的从心灵深处，淌出不断滋润精神之园的丝丝甘泉。

I was so lucky today.

In the morning I lost my wallet on the way from home to school. I did not noticed this until I got into our classroom. There was almost 100 yuan in my wallet. I grew panic and decided to go back to find my wallet when I met my friend Xiao Ming. He told me he found a wallet exactly looks like mine on his way to school and it was mine.

How lucky I am today !

今天我是如此的幸运。

在早上我从家到学校的路上丢了钱包。我没有注意到这一点直到我进入我们的教室。有近100元的钱包。我是恐慌决定回去找我的钱包当我遇到我的朋友小明。他告诉我他发现一个钱包到底看起来像我在去学校的路上这是我的。

今天我是多么幸运啊!
