一、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

新课标指出：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，是学生建立自信心。养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神：是学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合运用语言的能力，培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象力和创新能力，帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异、拓展视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。

“兴趣是最好的老师”。这毋容置疑。作为小学生的启蒙英语老师，我们有责任有义务培养学生的兴趣，这个兴趣应该是具有持久性的、积极向上的特点的。而物质刺激的方法对任何人都适用，甚至是宠物，其所产生的兴趣只是短暂的，比较低级的。因此，老师应该从小学生的生理和心理特点出发，精心设计教法，把英语课与活动课相融合，让学生在活动中快快乐乐学英语。同时，教师可根据小学生好胜心强的特点，开展适当的竞争性游戏，通过小组竞赛的形式，采取加减分数、抢得红五星等多种方法，使学生在竞争活动中获得成功所带来的满足感、成就感。而且，这类活动还能增强学生的团结协作意识，培养学生的合作精神。

二、有效提问是提高课堂教学效率的关键

提问是触发学生思维的引言，是激发学生觉悟的契机，是教学检测的手段。提问的质量制约着教学进程能否推进，决定着教学效果的好坏。要运用好提问，应当注意这样几点：

1、提问要有计划性。一堂课要提问几个问题，对于所提问题的切入角度都要进行精心的构思。先问什么，后问什么，教师要胸有成竹，精心策划。提问要由表及里，由浅入深，步步深入。教师思路明晰，也对学生思维起着潜在的导向作用。

2、提问要有启发性。提问要促进学生思考，要减少或避免走过场的应答式提问——简单地问“对不对”、 “好不表面热闹，价值不大，好”这种应答式的提问，思维的含量很少，而这样的提问在教师实际课堂教学中大有存在。

3、提问要难易适度。有效备课中有个环节就是“备学生”， 学生接受能力有差异，所以我们说要因材施教。提问要根据学生的实际水平，不可过浅，以免走过场;又不可过难，以防学生茫然失措，产生畏难情绪。

三、采用丰富多彩的课堂活动

小学英语教学内容更多的是以日常交流语言为主，带有很强的情境性。而由于孩子随意注意稳定性较差。这就要求我们将枯燥的教学内容还原为实际生活，将课堂教学活化为交流情境。而丰富多彩的活动正是英语教学的情境化中介，是优化英语课堂的关键，是教师了解实际的策略，更是教与学的中介。英语教学活动化，教师应真正树立为学生服务的观念，遵循学生的心理发展和认识发展规律，精心设计课堂的每一个环节，采取种种方法，充分调动学生主体参与的积极性，做学生学习与活动的参谋者，引导者和组织者。从实际出发，精心设计各种新鲜的活动，全身心地投入课堂，对学生的差异要心中有数，对出现的问题及时发现，及时解决，要使学生乐于参与，使他们能够在学习中尽情地发挥自己的才能，充分地表达自己的思想，勇敢地阐述自己的观点，真诚地表露自己的感情。这样，才会有利于全面发展，使他们喜欢英语，喜欢上英语课。

四、及时的给与多种形式的积极评价

教育是一个从量变到质变的不断发展的活动过程，需要根据情况变化及时做出判断和决定，由此产生相应的教育评价。评价是英语课程的重要的有机组成部分，是实现课程目标的重要保障。传统的评价重结果，轻过程，忽视人文性，往往使很多学生一旦失败几次，从此就失去了学习英语的兴趣和信心，课堂上再也见不到往日的微笑和高举的小手。苏霍姆林斯基说：“成功带来的愉快是一股强大的情感力量，儿童想当一名好学生的愿望就是依靠这个力量。”每个儿童都渴望成功，渴望得到老师的表扬，哪怕只是一次微笑。这就需要在平时的教学中注重形成性评价，注意发现每个学生学习的潜能，让他们自主地参与活动，完成学习。

五、及时反思是提高课堂教学效率的保证。

教学反思是教师以自己的教学活动过程和课堂教学实践作为思考对象而进行全面、深入、冷静的思考和总结，对自己在教学活动过程和课堂教学实践中所作出的行为决策以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程。本人认为，每堂课后，及时认真的进行课堂反思，总结得失，是一种不断地优化课堂教学，提高课堂教学效果的很好办法。

总之，我们只要在教学中以灵活多变的教学方法吸引学生积极参与课堂活动，激发他们的学习兴趣，我们追求的小学英语课堂高效就会慢慢实现。所以，我们要在教学中不断摸索，在摸索中不断前进，为学生将来的学习奠定坚实的基础。

翻开中国文化的历史，古诗文作为中华民族上下五千年的文化瑰宝，以其精炼的语言，丰富的想象，真挚的情愫传唱不衰，成为中国文化史上一道靓丽的风景线。很多脍炙人口的名句格言，传遍穷乡僻壤，市井俚都。孔子曰：“不学诗，无以言。”诗言志，文传情。常吟古诗文，可以增长学识，陶冶性情，还可以培养对中国语言文字的兴趣和敏感力，有益于培养学生的诗学素养。或许，古诗文就像一杯陈年醇香的佳酿，滋养着炎黄子孙的血脉；又如一枚磁石，凝聚吸引着中华民族的魂魄。“小时能背，终身难忘。”在孩子们古诗文的积淀过程中，经历着“学知―习行―养性”的过程。那么，如何培养小学生诵读经典诗文的志趣？结合自身的教学实际，我做了一些探索性的尝试，与大家一起分享。

一、趣浓劳轻，乐学不倦

（一）“晨读乐”。每天，我安排了“课前一诵”，利用晨读和课前5分钟的时间进行教读，朗读，齐诵，并安排学生依次到讲台上声情并茂地朗读、领读或者背诵，从而调动了学生的学习积极性。还让学生广泛搜集诗文故事和作者趣闻，通过班级故事会的形式，评选出班级“故事大王”，以培养学生的口头表达能力；并对表现出色的学生及时给予鼓励。

（二）“诗配画”。古诗词具有音美、意美、形美的特点，我提倡学生根据诗意，为古诗配上图，展开合理的想象，以画来体会诗文的意境，体会诗人丰富的人生感悟。这一活动极大的调动了学生的积极主动性，为了使自己绘制的作品能为大家所喜爱，他们投入了极大的热情，逛跑书店、请家长上网查找、收集相关资料，精心设计画面，规范工整的书写......最后，我们在班内举行展评，被选入的学生其高兴程度可想而知，从而掀起了学生学诗的热潮。

（三）“我是诵读小能手”。随着学生对古诗文兴趣的不断提高，他们积累的古诗也日益增加，这时我就在班内举行形式不一的古诗文诵读活动，如两人赛读、小组竞赛、男女生对抗赛，进行限时背、轮换背、接力背等形式，激发了学生的背诵的积极性，丰富学生的知识储备量。每一个月，我还在班上举行“诵读小能手”比赛，评选出班级中背诵古诗数量最多的同学，并给予表彰奖励，一张小小的喜报，一本薄薄的练习本，一颗小白兔奶糖，一阵掌声，一个拥抱，这是多么的微不足道的奖赏，却让学生受到了极大的鼓励，使得同学们背诵的积极性日益增加。一年级上学期，我们本班的孩子已经背诵完《百家姓》，本学期，我们还邀请到了古诗文讲解专家亲临班级对学生进行《弟子规》的解读，现在我们即将背诵完《弟子规》，正打算向《千字文》进发。

二、随风潜入夜，润物细无声

（一）音画共享，感受意境美。古诗文有很强的音乐美和节奏美，而且诗中有画、画中有诗，一首诗往往就是一幅山水画，一幅田园风光图。根据这些特点，我在教学手段上采取相应的音画措施，力求达到入情入境的教学效果。如我在教学《画》《咏鹅》《春晓》《春居》等古诗时，我会精心选择适合古诗意境的古典音乐，让孩子在美妙的旋律声中去感受古诗的魅力，不用老师过多的讲解，孩子们在曼妙的音韵声中自由徜徉，自行感悟。

（二）及时推荐，有机训练。自从开展古诗文吟诵以来，学生会读、会背大量的古诗文，但是大部分学生都是在唱读，没有读出诗的韵味来。只有让学生在耳濡目染的过程中，才能更有效的接受诗词的熏陶。因此，我充分利用班级文化阵地，营造吟诵诗文的氛围。将老师和学生推荐的古诗文题目荟萃于黑板的一角，每周定期更换内容，每日利用一定的时间让学生有感情诵读。或一唱三叹地吟读，或摇头晃脑地吟诵。学生读得有滋有味，声情并茂。在帮助学生读懂诗句的基础上，我通过朗读让学生体会诗的节奏和韵律，培养学生的语感，使他们在读中受到了美的熏陶。

三、忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开

陶行知指出：“行是知之始，知是行之成。”在实际教学中，我切实做到解放学生的双手、

让学生在行动中产生思想与智慧。长时间的诗文诵读使学生的积累量不断增加，俗话说“熟读古诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟”。因此我在学生熟读、理解的基础上鼓励学生今后试着创造写诗，这样学生不光深刻地体会了古诗内涵，也表现出了求新、求异的创作精神。正如新课标所说：“语文课程丰富的人文内涵对人们精神领域的影响是深广的，学习对语文材料的反应又是多元的。因此，应当重视语文的熏陶感染作用，注意教学内容的价值取向，同时也尊重学生在学习过程中的独特收获。”

couple meet on July 7th every year.

Hour Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Err，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zing was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message.

When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why moonquakes are eaten at this time.

Moonquakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the ry and the type of filling used. Some ries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalized ones to friends and family.

They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional moonquakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health.

Moonquakes are not for the diet-conscious as they are loaded with calories. The best way to wash down one of these sticky cakes is with a cup of Chinese tea，especially Jasmine or Chrysanthemum tea，which aids the digestion.

今天下午第二节课本应该上体育，因为体育老师有事而临时调成了语文。一开始我们心里有一百个不愿意，可没想到这节课比体育课还有趣。 语文王老师一走进教室，就看见李延休的上下眼皮在打架，困得不行。老师悄悄走到他身后，一下把手伸进他的后背里，李延休一个激灵就清醒了。王老师笑着对他说：“以后要睡午觉，不能疯玩!” “现在要抓睡觉的了!”老师像法官一样下了命令。 同学们顿时都提起精神来，腰板挺得直直的，眼睛瞪得像牛铃，四处搜寻“犯罪嫌疑人”——看看谁是一上课就没精神的瞌睡虫。 嘿，收获还真不小，我们一下就抓到俩“犯罪嫌疑人”，一个是贾汝鑫，另一个是方天宇。老师一看他们就说：“抓错了，这两位同学是眼睛小，精神着呢!”“哈哈哈……”同学们笑得前仰后合。 “好，下面再看看谁的眼睛睁不开!”王老师又下达了新命令。 这一次，我们把目光都投向了曹家乐。他为了显示自己的眼睛是全班最大的，就赶忙用两只手撑住自己的眼皮，那滑稽的样子让大家笑得肚子都疼了。 这一节课就在笑声中开始了……

课堂就像一条船，老师在大风大浪里，满载着知识和力量驶进同学们那一个个心灵的港湾。课堂就像一把锁，老师带了许多适合每一个同学的钥匙，巧妙地用这些钥匙去开启每一个同学的心窍。

老师在课堂里的亲切话语像那早晨的甘露，滋润着我们这些祖国的花朵。潜移默化，铸就了我们的一颗颗诚实、勤奋、善良的心。在课堂里老师孜孜不倦的教诲，像那播种机，不断地在我们心田里撒下理想和知识的种子。老师的话儿不多，份量却很重，“学而不厌，诲人不倦。”学而不厌是好学生，诲人不倦是好老师。“上课!”老师走到讲台前，一扬头，只听“唰”地一声，全班同学齐崭崭站着，静得连吸气的声音都听得清清楚楚。“老师好!”这声音那么自然，那么清脆，那么响亮，在课堂里久久回荡。

我喜欢我的课堂，因为在课堂上老师很认真，我们很快乐，我在课堂上真是太幸福了!

我天天生活在学校里，每一天都在感受着酸甜苦辣，有快乐、有悲伤，有泪水，但是有一节课让我最难忘。

那是一天上午的一节语文课，同学们在下面安安静静的写着老师留的作业，老师在上面给我们批作业。突然，门“吱”的一声开了，是别班的老师来了，他小声对我们老师说了几句话，老师就和他出去了。教室开始还安静，后来声音慢慢大了，有的同学下地扭起屁股，有的同学向天棚扔橡皮，有的同学还相互打纸团，有的同学还大声喊叫……这时老师一个猛冲闯进教室，跳上讲台，“啪”的一声，老师把尺子打在讲桌上，尺子立刻断成了两截。老师又把几个闹得最欢的同学叫到讲台，狠狠地批评一通。后来一上语文课没有谁敢出声了。

这节课是我们最难忘的一节课。
