Computers are affordable for almost all people nowadays. As a result, an

increasing number of college students take computers to their dormitory to

browse website, watch movies and play video games and so on. This phenomenon has

caused lots of public concern. Some people believe that computer does bad to

students’ health for college students spend more than five hours staring at

computer without break every day. However, for other people, they are positive

to students’ owing computers because students can search for the newest

information. Standing on my point, I’m more tending to the first opinion.

Reasons are as the following:

Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

computers on campus, they would spend much time on computer than on study. For

instance, lots of my classmates usually play computer for amusement once class

is dismissed instead of going to the library to read more books to enlarge their

knowledge circle.

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

whole day without any breaks playing computers. It is all known that computers

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.

During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. First of all we came to the childrens pool, where there are a lot of fun slides there are things, I did not even do not do the warm-up exercise could not help but jumped out of the pool, "wow, really comfortable." 此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

The shortage of housing is one of the most serious problems facing many big

cities in China. Though the government has spent a large sum of money on

housing,the investment has not been very resultful and a housing shortage still

exists. Two generations sharing one room and newlymarried couples finding it

difficult to have a house of their own are still common cases. Housing shortage

is a problem that requires an immediate solution.

Peoples attitudes towards the solution to the housing problem are

different. Some suggest building more tall apartment buildings; others believe

that we should develop underground housing areas. I am in favour of the former

opinion. For one thing, it is cheaper to build upward than downward. For

another, living underground for a long time will do harm to peoples health.

Above all,people are unwilling to live underground with artificial lighting and

they prefer to live normally on the ground to enjoy the sunshine.

Although there may be some other ways to solve the housing shortage

problem, I believe to build more apartment buildings is one of the feasible

solutions to the housing problem.

I am a December 2003 graduate from the University of San Francisco (USF) with a bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my career planning, I am very interested in supplementing my international business education with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language. I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

二、创设巧妙的课堂教学情境。

良好的课堂气氛，有利于调动学生的参与意识、求知欲，思维能力，有利于保持学生积极的学习态度，有利于挖掘学生的潜能。课堂教学中教师充分发扬民主精神，融洽师生关系，教师把爱心带进课堂，把微笑带进课堂，把激励带进课堂教师把信任留给学生，把温暖送给学生，形成平等、宽容、相互理解、尊重人格、民主愉悦的氛围，创设活泼、轻松、有趣、和谐的课堂气氛。使学生产生最佳的学习心态，主动参与学习。

三、充分利用教学资源。

教师应要尽可能打破“一块黑板，一支粉笔，一张嘴巴”讲到底的落后状况，多利用现代教具。如小黑板、挂图、投影仪、多媒体等，这样既可节约板书，有关内容简介等课堂教学时间，又可让学生在单位时间内接受更多的信息，利于学生立体思维。其中教材上图文并茂的插图常是教师教学疏忽的一个地方，需要我们多加揣摩，多利用。可见重视教具及课本插图的作用，也不失为提高课堂效率的有效手段，更能体现学生主体学习的意识。

四、灵活运用课堂教学技巧。

在一般的教学中，教师就问题提问题，较直观，这不利于培养学生的创新思维，分析、综合等能力。而应该将问题从各个角度，各个层次分解成若干小问题，使每个问题既紧扣大题，又有一层的价值，学生通过对问题的思考回答中得到分析问题，综合问题的能力，引发学生的创新思维能力，锻炼了学生的创新思维，这样，学生的思维就越来越灵活，更富有创意，培养出时代的新人。

总之，有效激活六年级学生数学课堂教学主体学习意识应是：有效的关注学生的学习经验，有效的创设问题情境，有效的引导学生积极、主动地参与学习;有效的自主探究、合作交流;有效的将所学知识灵活运用于实际生活，学生有效的获得学习数学的情感体验;有效激励评价，使学生体验成功，建立信心。对于六年级数学有效教学研究之路还很漫长，这需要我们不断地去探索和研究，去寻找最有效的教学，使学生获得全面的发展。
