本次月考试卷只有笔试部分共十个题型包括单项选择，补全单词连词成句，阅读理解，口语运用，句型转换，书面表达等。既考查了学生的基础知识和基本技能，又考查了学生的交际运用能力，但从学生成绩来看并不能达到大部分学生成绩优秀，结合学生的实际情况，反思自己的教学行为，我想应该从以下几个方面努力：
