我计划采用的阅读的方法是：

一是精读原著。要对原著进行系统认真的阅读，标出每章节的要点与精髓，找出文中观点的前后联系，再作深

入细致地思考。

二是作好读书笔记。对文中的精华与要点记录在笔记上，并写下自己的感悟与思考。

四是写出读书感想。通过反复阅读与思考，尝试撰写出每本书的阅读体会与感想。

都说，日子是顺着过的，生命是倒计时的。以前还不相信，如今想来，还真有点道理。面对着我这初中的最后一个暑假，心里不禁思绪万千。一个计划悄然形成。

我会这样安排我的早晨，无论是过年还是去拜年。

7：00准时起床，穿衣、整理床铺4分钟，换鞋1分钟，梳头1分钟，刷牙3分钟，洗脸1分钟。这样算来，“打扫”自己共计10分钟。即使一开始不能按时完成，但只要每天有进步就很好啦。

然后，吃早餐，限时10分钟。

接下来，就要读英语(单数天)，读语文(双数天)。限时30分钟。

最后，就是做作业，每天早上做3个小时。

中午下午的时间自由支配，但我建议可以多看些课外书。

到了晚上7：00，看看新闻联播，之后，开始写作业。睡前必须读15分钟的书籍。我相信，如果每天都坚持的话，2个月下来，我可以读900分钟，相当于15个小时不吃不喝的阅读量。如果一直这样坚持下去的话，我相信，未来的我一定不是一个对文学常识一窍不通的庸人。毕竟，有个名人曾说过：一个人的未来，在于看他在空闲时间内做了些什么。

为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

自己在这次期末考试取得了进步，但这个成绩并不是实打实的，马老师说：“阅读不广泛的人的成绩看似很高但实际上是个‘虚成绩’”。为了避免成绩在今后中的每个考试中都成为“虚成绩”，那么你必须从现在开始饱读诗书。暑期就是一个很好的阅读时间，每天坚持阅读1小时以上来提高自己的阅读量和词汇量，更多的是提高了写作水平。考试前夕，自己看了看刘佩瑶的作文本整本都是画有波浪线的好词好句，再看看自己的偶尔会有一点火花，真是汗颜啊！然而，她是阅读广泛才有那么多的词汇量，可见阅读的重要性，坚持阅读是必须的。

我们的眼要放远一点，不能局限于每一学期的考试，应该放眼于明年的中考。众所周知，体育是中考的必考项目，长跑，立定跳远等是必考的，在暑期我们要坚持我们在校的作息时间的同时，每天早晨起来也要坚持每天的1500米的计时跑，这是对我们开学的体训是做有准备的。不仅可以为中考奠定基础，并且也能为开学的全身心投入学习减少负担。

每天也要有自己的做作业的时间，不能只是疯玩，没有一点学习规划的度过假期。在写作业的同时也要高效的预习新知识也要回顾之前的知识，做到温故知新。而且每天不能只是一味地学习，要做到劳逸结合，适当走出家门打打篮球什么的。

一、学习新知，回顾旧知，高效率地做作业。

二、体育锻炼，增强体质，面向体测。

三、帮助父母，不与父母发生矛盾。

四、对初三做出新的学习计划，面向未来。
