首先每天写五页的暑假作业，每天玩20分钟的电脑(除了写作业之外)，每天看课外书30分钟，每天练钢琴2小时，有空的话练一练字，抄一抄英语单词，。还有空余的时间就帮妈妈干一些家务，每天只能花2元钱(除了买文具之外，但也不能买太多，先把能用的用了)，不能每天都呆在空调房里，要多呼吸外面的新鲜空气……

暑假里报了游泳班，一定要在大人的陪同下，才能去;多看报纸，关心国家大事(也可以看电视，但也不能看太久)，做一个热爱祖国的少先队员，在活动时，不能玩过度的危险游戏，每天不能吃太多的零食(因为会长胖的)，最好每天都吃一个苹果或者其他水果，这样对身体好，最好每天都能按时睡觉，按时起床，对我们的生长发育有帮助……

瞧，这就是我的暑假计划，怎么样，可能写得不够好，但这也是我用心去写的。虽然还有好多我没写出来，但是我会做到的，相信我!没错的。

今天，在这个阳光明媚的好日子里，我们一行人来到了风景秀丽的地方——东西岩。

这次旅行内容十分丰富，有捉泥鳅、做麻糍等活动。让我印象最深的是捉泥鳅。捉泥鳅活动很困难，老师一说开始，我早就迫不及待了，一伸手，可泥鳅身上就像涂了蜡一样，一溜烟地跑了。“可恶的泥鳅，我就不信抓不到你。”我气急败坏地说。我手忙脚乱，可还是抓不到。突然，一个主意浮现在我脑海，我用双手围剿住这条泥鳅，果然，一条泥鳅便上钩了，我继续用这个方法，又抓到了一条，到了抓第三条时，它好像预先知道一样，一跳便又回去了。我正纳闷：为什么我抓的前面两条都中招了，难道这条聪明一点。看来，我必须使出杀手锏——泥鳅进篮。在那一刹那，一条跃跃欲试的泥鳅被捕了。时间在此时结束，我带“战利品”洋洋得意，最终得了三等奖，虽然成绩一般，但我很快乐。

这次旅行已接近尾声，我们乘坐客车返程，把欢声笑语留给了山清水秀的东西岩。
