所以暑假期间还是要以休息为主，学生经过一学期的学习后，身心疲惫，需要调整和休养。

不过，休息也要讲究方式和方法，整天躺在床上睡觉，或者整天沉迷于电脑游戏、电视机，都不是好的休息方式。
