暑假过后我就要进入大学了，所以趁着这个暑假我要在健身房实施我的健身计划，为艰苦的军训训练做准备。为此我制定了一个暑假的健身房初级健身计划。

在锻炼之前要先进行5～10分钟的热身运动，这样有利用于更好的拉伸身体部位，也避免了不必要的伤害，热身运动可以使用跑步机，在跑步过程中尽量把全身各部分的关节都活动拉伸下。

3～4周开始训练2～3组，每组12～16RM。

第二个月训练强度增加到3～4组，每组8～12RM。

前两个月的计划可以按照上面的做，从第三个月开始就要增加重量和组数了。可以从不同的训练来进行全方位的肌肉刺激，达到更有力的去扩展肌肉。

Last summer I went to Vietnam with my parents. We stayed at a small village outside Saigon. The air and water was very clean and there were many kids playing in the mud along with water buffalos. Though it’s a very poor country, the kids seem to be happy. They live with their farmer parents in little houses built with dirt and straw and help out a lot in the rice field during the day. They don’t have TVs or Internet, but they enjoy a lot playing outside. It was a very memorable trip that I will never forget.

When summer holiday comes, I always go back to my hometown and spend the time with my grandparents. I like the life there, it is so simple and happy. As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can’t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating “Zong Zi”. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. 我的暑假计划主要分为三部分。第一部分为：完成暑假作业。以前的暑假作业都是因为我没有做好计划，每次都是快到开学前才急急忙忙的赶完作业。我计划在这个暑假里每天上午和下午各做一小时的暑假作业，相信每天两小时的努力一定会让我在暑假里高质量的完成作业。第二部分是：学会游泳。以前看见别的小朋友可以在泳池里面自由自在的游来游去，我就十分羡慕，去年也学过，但是自己没有坚持下去，也没有学会。今年的暑假里，我准备晚上没事都和爸爸去游泳馆游泳，让爸爸教我，我也要认真努力的学习。第三部分是帮助妈妈做家务。已经上了六年级了，可我还很少帮助妈妈做家务，每次放假在家都是妈妈忙来忙去，我只管玩。这次的暑假，我一定每天至少帮妈妈做一件事情，减少妈妈的负担。

有了上面详细的计划，我下定决心：一定要按照计划完成，改掉自己拖拉懒惰的毛病，让自己过一个有意义的暑假。

同学们期盼已久的暑假即将来临，为了让我的暑假过得既充实又愉快，我决定给自己制定一个暑假计划。

每天早晨八点钟起床，之后，阅读语文书或英语书各半小时，接着吃早餐。吃完后，做一个小时的奥数，再进行休息，休息的时候可以下楼呼吸新鲜空气、看看远处的绿树红花，享受大自然的风采。中午回家看到妈妈辛苦给我做的美味佳肴，我垂涎三尺。美美地享受完这美食，我就像小猫一样懒懒地躺在舒服的被窝里做美梦。

下午起床后，清醒一段时间，就得坐到书桌旁，做一个小时的暑假作业。然后就去游泳池里和小朋友们嬉戏玩耍。学游泳是一举两得的好事情，既可以锻炼身体，遇到水灾等灾害时又可以自救，你说我这个想法是不是很好呢?游到五点半的时候，就得收兵回家喽，因为如果再游下去的话，太阳就下山了，很容易感冒。回家吃完晚饭后就是我一天中最向往、最自由、最快乐的时刻了：我可以尽情自由地玩耍，看看电视、和同学聊聊QQ，做我自己想做的事情，而不用听爸爸妈妈的唠叨声。九点半了，忙碌了一天的我躺在软软的、温暖的床上，甜甜地进入了梦乡。
