Because we have two months to do things we love to do.We are free.Although we have some homework.But we can finish them in several days.And the rest time we can make good use of.My god! 小胖伸伸舌头，双手一摊，向我表示自己无能为力。无奈之下，我只好去问一问电脑大博士，大博士告诉我可以用白色的牙膏涂在墙面上。我一看顿时来了精神，立马找来牙膏，把牙膏涂在毛巾上，再将它小心翼翼地涂在墙面上。

首先每天写五页的暑假作业，每天玩20分钟的电脑(除了写作业之外)，每天看课外书30分钟，每天练钢琴2小时，有空的话练一练字，抄一抄英语单词，。还有空余的时间就帮妈妈干一些家务，每天只能花2元钱(除了买文具之外，但也不能买太多，先把能用的用了)，不能每天都呆在空调房里，要多呼吸外面的新鲜空气……

暑假里报了游泳班，一定要在大人的陪同下，才能去;多看报纸，关心国家大事(也可以看电视，但也不能看太久)，做一个热爱祖国的少先队员，在活动时，不能玩过度的危险游戏，每天不能吃太多的零食(因为会长胖的)，最好每天都吃一个苹果或者其他水果，这样对身体好，最好每天都能按时睡觉，按时起床，对我们的生长发育有帮助……

1.别太宠自己胃

在学校，学生的饮食受到较大的限制。一些学生就会想着，到了暑假就可以趁机好好犒劳自己胃，把平时在学校很难吃到的食物统统吃个遍。如果你是这样想的，那你就等着发胖吧。

要减肥，千万不要太宠自己胃。要清楚哪些食物自己不能吃，哪些食物需要多吃。在量的把握上也要苛刻，不要因为嘴馋而导致饮食过量。

2.多吃蔬果粗粮

暑假减肥，蔬果粗粮是食谱中不可或缺的部分。蔬果普遍热量低，富含营养，且大多具有利于减肥的物质。比如苹果就含有独特的果酸，可以加速代谢，减少体内脂肪;芹菜富含膳食纤维，有助于消化排毒，有利于减脂。

除蔬菜外，还要多吃粗粮。粗粮饱腹感强，并且有助于肠胃蠕动，促进消化，还能利尿消肿。多吃粗粮，会让减肥效果翻倍。

4.一日三餐分配好

无氧运动部分

1.深蹲

深蹲动作是锻炼臀部和腿部的王牌动作，还能增强心脏功能，提高肺活量。深蹲时候要注意，腰背保持直线，髋关节低于膝关节。

2.平板支撑

平板支撑是一个类似俯卧撑的动作。但俯卧撑主要锻炼胸部，而平板支撑则主要锻炼人的腹部，对减腹部赘肉，瘦小肚子有着显著作用。具体动作为：俯卧，两手屈肘成90°支撑身体。腹部收紧，两腿并拢伸直。保持动作。

3.仰卧起坐
