天，我们要去万达广场玩。

As children we study in different places, we will return to our hometown in summer vacation. I was very excited to go back to my old hometown. You see the relatives you can only hear on the phone. In my hometown, I like to eat my grandmas braised duck. Now I want to make water. My sister, cousin and cousin of my hometown are having fun with me! We played a game of cooking, although it was mud, but it was fun. Its so interesting to catch locusts and dragonflies in the rice paddies! 每天七点整准时读二十分钟的精彩文章。准备暑假期间阅读8本以上的课外书。必须是有用的或我喜欢的书。每天至少读一个小时，增加知识量。

每天两天写一篇日记，发一篇博文。如果要旅游，或参加夏令营时可以宽松一点。平时要严格管住自己每写一篇都要多修改几遍，才能发到博客里，尽量写得通顺和生动，每篇都要向努力。

假期我报了两个暑假班，街舞班和英语班，我准备上英语班提前1小时在家默写单词，复习和预习课文内容。上完学习班回家先教妈妈学当天学的英语内容(我经常做妈妈的老师)。街舞每天也要好好学习，回家给家人表演。

前两个月的计划可以按照上面的做，从第三个月开始就要增加重量和组数了。可以从不同的训练来进行全方位的肌肉刺激，达到更有力的去扩展肌肉。
