I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning breathing the fresh airlistening to the birds singing and enjoying the green trees red flowers and the river. My Family

My family includes three people and a pet. These three people are my father, my mother , and I. I also have a cat named cookie.

My father is hardworking and playful. He rus a small business at home. He is very busy, but he always s firnds the time to cook dinner and help me with homework. Although he is strict at times, he can also be playful and funny.

i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations,this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so.

cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the

plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in

the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted

delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that

preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou where we visited the region

of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there

were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.The fourth

day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful

and the water was clear .

As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some

beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.The last place that we visited was

Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai

was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the

third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole

city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited

that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The

plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would

never forget the trip.

If I were to leave my home for a year, there is one thing I definitely

would take with me: my cell phone. With my cell phone, I could call my friends

or family if I ever was lonely, needed advice, or just wanted to talk.

Until now I’m not sure if I really have interest in teaching, although I, as a free normal student, am supposed to be a teacher in the future. Once I dreamed to be a businesswoman or an official, while it seemed that the choice, which I made out of having no way out one year ago, changed everything. England is the best place I’ve ever been. Everything is so beautiful. I spent about one and a half days on the plane. When I arrived at Heathrow Airport in London, it was evening and the GREat trip was starting. there were many places I v is ited in London, like Big Ben, Westminster, the Tower of London…….those are very famous.

Most of the time in the afternoon, my parents and I sat and walked in the park. 第二，数学方面。我的数学成绩在班里一直是名列前茅，最大的毛病是经常出现一些小问题。为此，我打算多做一些数学题，并试着做一些奥数题，争取每道数学题都做的快速、准确。

第三，英语方面。我的英语读、写水平还可以，但在听力方面有一些差距，暑假里在学剑桥英语的同时，多听一些英语磁带，多做一些英语听力题，每天早晨拿出半个小时听剑桥英语磁带，争取在英语听力方面有所提高。

第四，课外兴趣。我在美术方面很有天赋，并且很喜爱美术。今年暑假，我还参加美术班培训，巩固提高水粉画水平。我对计算机也是情有独钟，争取争得爸爸妈妈的同意在每天按计划完成学习任务以后能够上网做一些小制作，玩一些小游戏。
