暑假里另一件重要的安排是网球训练，每周四个上午跟教练单独训练两个小时。教练的球又重又转，很难抵挡，说心里话，刚开始我很心虚上场去站在他的对面，仅仅是应付着勉强能打回去。后来，我战胜了自己的内心，无论多难多累都能够咬牙坚持。渐渐地，我不仅能够跟上教练的训练计划，而且还能逐渐取得对高年级对手的胜利。一次小型的训练赛，我居然赢了一名已经上大学的队员，我无比惊讶于自己的表现，也为自己的努力获得的回报感到无比幸福。

暑假过去了，曾经那些困难让我畏惧。但经历过后，我知道最可怕的并不是别人，而是自己，只有克服了心里的压力和恐惧，战胜自己的内心并付出努力，才能更进一步。

暑假过后我就要上大学了，在这之前我要先把我的体重减下来才行，所以这个暑假我给自己制定了一个减肥计划。

妈妈说，研究发现增加运动方式的多样性对提高运动积极性很有帮助。最好是每周做三四次有氧运动，如慢跑、骑车，每周两次社交性运动，如网球或者塑身运动。健身计划里最好包括两种不同类型的运动项目，这样可以防止因老是做同一种运动而厌烦。

所以我的运动减肥计划就制定好啦：

第一天：

胸部练习，平板卧推练习，4组，12个/组;

上斜卧推练习，4组，12个/组;

坐姿夹胸，4组，12个/组;

有氧30分钟，比如:跑步机，登山机

第二天：

坐姿下拉练习，4组，12个/组;

坐姿划船，4组，12个/组;

有氧30分钟，比如:滑翔机，椭圆机

第三天：

远足、骑车、游泳、打球均可，放松一下。

第四天：

肩部练习，坐姿杠铃推举，4组，12个/组;

坐姿哑铃推举，4组，12个/组;

哑铃侧平举，4组，12个/组;

有氧30分钟。

第五天：

站姿屈臂下压，4组，12个/组;

哑铃屈臂伸，4组，12个/组;

坐姿弯举，4组，12个/组;

哑铃弯举，4组，12个/组;

有氧30分钟

第六天：

深蹲练习，4组，12个/组;

倒蹬机练习，4组，12个/组;

有氧30分钟

第七天：

去户外登山，放松一下，以新的姿态迎接上学。

这就是我的暑假运动减肥计划，我要依据计划进行运动，期望大学新学期减肥成功。

Have a good plan for the future that can remind us which direction and road shoud be towards in the next step. In this second to the end of 2017 six, I have a short-term plan that has appeared in my mind. It is clear and simple.The specific content of planare as follows.

In a short time, I must have accounting certificate. I have to learn the accountingfrom scratch before I don’t learn about accounting anything.
