At home in the evening, we should exercise more, do dumb bells, and sit up and so on. I have to get up early in the morning, the best run and do exercises. Its best to report a track and field team.

4、将读书运用到自己的教学中，不断更新自己的教学观念，提高自己的教学实践能力。

我梦想坐着爸爸的小汽车带上我的同学们，一路上我们谈笑风生，一个个乐呵呵的。当然，吃的喝的那可不能少“火腿肠，巧克力，果冻¨¨¨”在那里找个风景美的地方开始野营和伙伴们一起分享，品尝，我还准备带上羽毛球拍，跳绳。与伙伴们一起玩耍，不用愁羽毛球飞上房顶了。在那里，我想看农村的山山水水，听说，农村的山山洼洼，坡坡冈冈都是树木成荫，小河清澈见底，河里的鱼儿在水里游来游去。更想看到农村的农家小院。一片金灿灿的稻田，农民伯伯究竟是怎么种成的?真不明白。

我期盼那天赶紧到来!期盼享受快乐，收获学问﹔期盼呼吸那新鲜的空气，拥抱大自然。

暑假我们去了海边玩。我们带着兴奋和着急的心情坐车到海滨游泳馆，见到大海，我仿佛是见到了好久没见的好朋友，亲热的不得了。恨不得马上拥抱大海，大声喊：大海我爱你!真巧，我正好瞟见沙滩上，不知谁写的字：大海，我爱你!这是发自肺腑的声音啊!

我迫不及待的换上游泳衣，也不知怎么那么激动，箭一般的冲向沙滩，看见海面上花花绿绿的影子，我也拎着游泳圈就下海，哇，弟弟也才比我小一个月，居然那么勇敢，不带游泳圈就下海，迎着海浪往下跳。阿姨也不担心，还说：我们家小宇啊，什么都敢的。于是，我也到深一点的地方，按阿姨说的做，套上游泳圈，往里游，只要脚不挨地，再大的浪来都没事，因为有游泳圈，它会带着你随着海浪漂，可刺激了!这时一个大浪打来，我没来得及躲，就灌了两口水，啊，好咸啊!

一会，又来了一个大浪，我脚离开地。搂住游泳圈，浪过来了，我随着它漂，哇，也没灌水，真好玩!

就这样玩着，不一会就玩累了。我就在海滩上坐着，浪花搔痒着我的小脚丫，嘻嘻嘻，好痒呀!看着周围的人们玩耍、嬉戏，自己也觉得好开心。看，那边一个阿姨不敢下水，还是她男友拉下去的。瞧，有两个小女孩，相互泼水，高兴的不得了。仔细看看，这里的每一样东西都是一道风景，真美!

海风吹着我的脸，舒服及了!我于是又拎起游泳圈扑向大海......
