暑假在家我为我家指定了一个家庭健身计划，因为暑假全家有比较多的时间在一起运动健身，计划制定好之后全家都要按照我的计划健身，想想我就开心，以下就是我制定的家庭健身计划。

一、锻炼前的准备：

1、在家准备一块有5-6平米的锻炼活动场地。

2、准备一块橡皮垫或地毯放在卧凳下，以防止哑铃放在地面上损坏地板。

3、准备一面镜子挂在墙上，以备锻炼时纠正动作。

4、准备一架音响或录音机，以备锻炼时播放音乐，这样可以提高锻炼热情。

5、准备一只可以调节卧板斜度的坐、卧两用凳或一只长凳。

6、准备一副可以自由调节重量的和有锁紧卡箍的哑铃。

二、锻炼的基本知识：

2、在锻炼中必须结合准确运用肌肉锻炼的原则。可以参考这篇文章《肌肉男是怎样练成的》

3、每周锻炼三次，隔天练习一次，每个部位每周锻炼一次，每次锻炼哑铃30-45分钟。

4、锻炼前先做5-10分钟的暖身和伸展运动，锻炼结束后做10-15分钟的有氧运动。

5、每个动作每组间休息1-1.5分钟，每组间歇做有关部位的伸展拉伸活动。

6、锻炼时的重量如果超过规定的试举次数或完成不太费劲，就可以增加5-10%的重量，以加深刺激。

五.17:30出去吃晚饭。回来之后听半小时BBC，跟读，模仿，背诵，或同一。(下午四个小时左右)

六.19:00日语一个半小时自学中级。八点半至十点半练习口译。材料：三级口译，或手机上的沪江听力酷中的内容

七.22:30回我的小家(西门租的房子，很安静)。打开电脑上FT中文网和BeijingReview以及Eco。23:30至00:00期间入睡(晚上四个小时左右)

八.每周六天执行，第七天上午专门做专八或真题第一遍(答案写在稿纸上)和复习一周的内容

对前者，大多对其持有鄙夷态度，称其不会评价，。而对于后者，支持与不支持形成两派，也有人说“是他自封的吧!”

终于到了考级的那天早上，我的心一直都在砰砰跳着，那天妈妈格外温柔，她连小妹妹都不怎么照顾了，总陪着我安慰我，让我不要紧张，考不好没关系，下次再考，我这才没那么紧张。

到了考场，黑压压一大片考生和大人，我按顺序进到考场，然后坐在座位上赶紧背我的琴谱，可是那时候我的眼前一片小蝌蚪，怎么背也背不熟，偏偏听到：“王天诚，该你了。”我的心里一片空白，我慌乱地拿着书走了进去，只看见里面坐着一个老师，他严肃地看着我，我朝他鞠了躬，赶紧坐到钢琴椅子上，就开始弹了起来。我的眼睛里除了黑白色，压根就没注意我连坐都没坐好，只坐在了钢琴椅子边边，我差点掉了下去。这时进来一个老师，提醒我让我坐好，结果她把我的钢琴书从椅子上拿起来放到了钢琴上面，我一点也没注意到。弹着弹着，我有一小段实在记不得了，我看了看老师，小声地问：“老师，我能看下书吗?”“嗯。”我往凳子上一摸，书呢?!!天啊!我啥时候连书丢了都不知道!

唉，我只好急中生智又重复地弹了一段。考完试我出来，跟妈妈说了，妈妈半天都没吭一声，最后才说出来一句：“一，老师给你把书放上面你就不知道吗?就算不知道，你就不能往上翻个白眼看一眼吗?二，你以为老师是白痴，或者和我们一样是琴盲，你重复弹一段他听不出来啊!”我的妈妈呀，我欲哭无泪。妈妈这时候搂着我说：“算了，没关系，我们这次就当是个锻炼，你要努力练琴，只有付出了才会有收获。下次考个好成绩啊!”我心里这才好受一点。

就这样，我吸取了教训，每天按时练琴，做作业。我度过了一个非常忙碌的暑假。

My summer holiday started from July.In July,I always stay at home,reading books and watching TV.I borrowed some books from the library of the city.They are about English and Maths.Because I am not good at English and Maths,I need to study hard on them.In the next month,I traveled with my parents to a few of beautiful cities.They are Yangzhou,Lianyungang,Chengdu and so on.I like these cities.They are beautiful cities.I had a wonderful summer holiday.After the holiday,I will study hard and try my best to become a member useful for the society.

The new term is coming. I will work hard on my study. I will spend more time on my English because I was weak in my English last term. i will do exercise every day so that I will become stronger and stronger. I will help my classmates when they are in difficulties and I will help my parents do more housework. In a word, I will be a good student and a good child.

二年级结束了，本次期末考试我考的还可以，语文考了100、数学考了100、就是英语因为听力题我没听清楚考了97，下次我要做到不紧张、认真听，可是我能取得这样的成绩还是很高兴的。暑

假已经到了，看到了同学们假期里的计划，我也准备给自己的假期制定一个计划，所以，在妈妈的帮助下，我制定了这样一个计划，快来看看吧!

假期预定目标：

一、学习：完成暑假作业、复习和背颂《古诗八十首》、练钢笔字、复习英语单词、练一些数学题。

二、写作：参加校讯通第六届“书香班级”和第三届“博客之星”活动，多读书，多写博文，煅练自已的写作能力。

三、钢琴：参加钢琴考级，在考级中能取得优异的成绩。

四、游泳：假期游泳班15天的时间里学会游泳。

五、快板：继续学习和练习好快板，比以前有一定进步。

六、做家务：洗一些自己的小衣服，整理自己的房间，帮妈妈打扫家里的卫生。

除此之外，有时间的话出门游玩，还有做一些有意义的事情，比如卖东西之类。

每日计划：

早上：6：30 起床;跑步30分钟、背古诗或英语30分钟;

上午：写暑假作业(每天每门各3页)、弹琴1小时、写钢笔字2页 ;

中午：午饭后读书1小时、午休1小时;

下午：练习快板40分钟、 4：30—6：30游泳 (游泳班结束后可自由安排);

晚上：晚饭后弹琴1小时;散步或出去玩;9：00—10：00亲子共读;10：00睡觉。

注：中间空闲时间可自由安排。

每周计划：

1、背诗：每周背诵《古诗八十首》10首。

2、写日记：每周写3-5篇日记或读后感。

3、做家务：每周收拾自己的房间1-2次，并帮助家长收拾家里的卫生1—2次。
