让我最佩服的是老二琼，她勤劳好胜，勤学干练，是我们现在孩子所不可比拟的，虽然所处环境不同，那种为着自己理想而学习的精神实在让人为之感叹。

爸爸从军多年，姐妹几个是妈妈一手带大的，看到妈妈的疲倦的样子，一个只有十几岁的孩子，能认识到自己长大了，有义务帮助家里，帮助妈妈减轻负担，虽然舍不得放弃手中的书却知道自己该怎么做，违心地来到姑姑家打工，顶着东家姑姑的唠叨，做着一件件无趣烦燥的事，因为自己是要拿薪水来补贴家用。工作中的琼依然不忘自己的理想，得空就读书、写作;写作、读书，终于有一篇文章发表在报纸上，渴望成功的她终于得到认可。

读了《丑小鸭》这 篇童话，我为丑小鸭的凄惨遭遇感到难过，为他的完美结局而感到高兴，更为他的坚持不懈的精神所感动。

丑小鸭一生出来就是一只灰溜溜、湿漉漉、又大又丑的鸭子，因此，常常受压群的排挤，讥笑，所以，可怜的丑小鸭四处流浪，丑小鸭喜欢游泳，从此他的生活无忧无虑，快活极了!时间过得很快，冬天来了，河水开始结冰。丑小鸭禁不住冬天的折磨，昏倒了。一个农夫看见了，心里充满了怜悯，迅速把她抱回了家，用暖和的外衣给丑小鸭取暖，丑小鸭得到了温暖，渐渐苏醒了。

春天来了，丑小鸭在清澈见底的湖面上，看到了自己端庄、美丽的倒影，那不再是一只灰色的，令人讨厌的丑小鸭，而是---- 一只白天鹅。

My favorite book is wrote by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. I still remember the first time I read the book, I was like in a fantastic world. The little prince is a boy who has an angelical heart, his life is also very simple-a small planet which is full of flowers and monkey bread tree seedlings. The little prince is always depressed, and when he was sad, he would sit on a chair and see the sunset. He even see forty-three times sunset in a day to make himself feel better.

His life turned to a new appearance when a beautiful rose came out. She is a flower with proud, when her lie was exposed by the little prince, she felt embarrassed. The small misunderstanding between them made the little prince determined to leave the planet he lived on.

On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. From these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. Following the instruction of the geographer, he descends in the Sahara, on the earth.

Traveling on the earth, the little prince, who sees a garden of five-thousand roses, is overcome with astonishment and sadness, as he considers his rose is unique in the universe before. At that time a fox

appears. The fox, who tell the little prince about the meaning of the word “tame”, becomes his new friend. At the time to say farewell, the fox makes him know that his rose is unique because she is his rose and tamed by him. From that the little prince begins to treasure friendship and be responsible to his rose. Then he chooses the venom of snake to end his life.painful but happy, he thinks he could lay aside the bulky body and go back.

I cried about the prince’s death. But I’m not sad. His life is so childish ,pure, and also sincere. And he must get his happy ending being with his rose finally. The plot is easy, but the deep meaning of the story is worth thinking . we have grown up as an adult, then we are gradually surrounded by meaningless figures and money. We live in a complex society , every day we must be faced with all kinds of person ,which made our heart more and more cold and detached. For me, society is a monster which could kill the pureness inside of my mind. I’m so grateful for reading this story. And from then on, I have a little prince live in my heart, and when I felt tired to face the society, he appeared and took me back to the clean and honest world that I’ve ever stayed in childhood. Then, I found out everything seemed so simple and life was so beautiful.

I believe that one of the factors that makes a piece of literature or even a movie a masterpiece is how well the reader can relate to the story. This is definitely a book everyone can relate to.

The Adventures of Tom Sawyer is a literary masterpieces, written in 1876 by the famous author Mark Twain. Tom Sawyer is a mischievous young boy who lives in the small town on the Mississippi River called St. Petersburg. The story line is simple, the book reads like a biography or a memoir of a summer in Tom Sawyers life.

Tom Sawyer seems to be the precursor of and the template for misfit kids such as Dennis the Menace, Malcolm in the Middle, and Calvin and Hobbs. What makes this story great is that Tom Sawyer represents everything that is great about childhood. The book is filled with Toms adventures playing pirates and war with his friend Joe Harper. Tom has a trusted friend, Huck Finn, who few of the adults approve of. The book is filled with ideas of how the world works, such as how pirates and robbers work, that are so innocent, they could only come from a child. It is a story filled with action, adventure, ingenious ideas, love, and schoolyard politics. The whole story is seemingly a complication of what people did or wish they did during their childhood.

The book is a little difficult to read at first. Personally, it takes me a little while to get used to the 19th century dialect in the book. Other than referring to persons of African decent in derogatory terms (which Im sure uses terms even young children already know)， the book would be an enjoyable read for people of all ages. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to feel young again, if just for a few hundred pages.

人总是会长大的，除了个儿长高了，身子强壮了以外，人的思想也在长。你对世界的看法不同了，懂事了，不再幼稚了。不过人是要越变越好才是。千万不能像历险记里的那个心狠手辣的坏蛋卓伊一样，他坏事做尽，人见人憎。但最后他还是恶有恶报，得到了一个活活饿死在山洞里的下场。

看完《汤姆索亚历险记》，我真羡慕汤姆能有如此有趣的经历。这本书让人看起来津津有味，甚至废寝忘食。我想，《汤姆索亚历险记》在你烦闷的时候或许能让你一笑解千愁。

中国四大名著之一的《三国演义》是我国古代历史上一部重要的文学名著。《三国演义》刻画近200个人物形象，其中最为成功的还是诸葛亮、曹操、关羽、刘备等人了。读了罗贯中写的《三国演义》一书，使我受益匪浅。

《三国演义》中三就是三个的意思，三国就是指魏、蜀、吴三个政治国家，演义就是为了夺取政权而展开的斗争，“三国演义”的意思就是指魏、蜀、吴三个国家为了统一中国而展开的政治、军事、外交斗争。虽然这只是一层普普通通的意思，但他却蕴含着无比深刻的意义。有这深刻的意义，就会有着动人心弦的故事。而这部小说正是讲述了勇猛无敌的赵云、神机妙算的诸葛亮、仁义善良的刘备，为了自己的国家而不惜一切代价而将对手往死里打。这部小说不仅仅是讲述了这么几个小知识，还讲述了许多经典语句呢!周郎妙计安天下，赔了夫人又折兵；悠悠苍天，竭其有极；张飞穿针——大眼瞪小眼；周瑜打黄盖——一个愿打一个愿挨；徐庶进曹营——一言不发；三顾茅庐、火烧赤壁、空城计、苦肉计。

先说关羽，这是给我留下印象最深的人物。他降汉不降曹、秉烛达旦、千里走单骑、过五关斩六将、古城斩蔡阳，后来又在华容道义释曹操。他忠于故主，因战败降敌，但一得知故主消息，便不知千里万里往投。我认为虽降了敌，但最后还是回来了，不但仍算忠，而且还要算一种难得可贵的忠啊！

《三国演义》里也有很多故事，其中我最喜欢的故事就是《三英战吕布》了，讲述了三英（刘备、张飞、关羽）重聚，打得吕布落花流水，落荒而逃。他们不惜一切代价都要把敌人给打垮，他们虽然遭到敌人千方百计的暗算，但他们仍然在坚持啊！读《三国演义》我不由想到《愚公移山》中的愚公。愚公为了便于人们交通，想用人力把一座大山移走。在某些人眼里看来，这是多么愚蠢的事啊！可是愚公却坚持不懈，不愿放弃。这种精神多么可贵，多么值得我们学习呀！

读《三国演义》我又不由地想起了自己，做什么事都老是半途而废。有一次我和爸爸下棋，爸爸沉着冷静，我却烦燥不安，求胜心切。棋下到一半，我终于沉不住气了，把棋盘一推，大喊；“不下了！不下了！什么破棋！”说完还踩几脚棋盘。爸爸见我这副样子，只是笑着摇着头。这件事虽然不起眼，严格来说，不也是半途而废吗？半途而废，会让人做事做到一半，功亏一篑，害处极大。我们一定要从小养成有始有终的好习惯，做一个坚持不懈的人。

《三国演义》中的人物各具其态，有长有短。总的来说，读过这本书之后我大开眼界，而关羽也给了我很深的感受，他值得我学习。

刚刚看完《基督山伯爵》，意犹未尽，还想再把书读一次!

书的结尾告诉我们“人类的全部智慧包含在五个字里面------等待和希望”。

回顾整个故事，是唐泰斯作为水手在海上航行时期望与父亲团聚，与梅尔赛苔丝在一起的等待;是唐泰斯被陷害、被利用、被剥夺爱情与亲情，从而被关在伊夫堡黑暗地牢里，渴望自由和幸福的等待;是唐泰斯从“墓地里”爬出来重获自由后，心中累积的愤恨通过复仇得到宣泄与平息的等待……

在这漫长的等待中，尤其是在黑暗地牢里那漫无边际的恐怖中，不只是等待，还有很多次的绝望，以至那样一个拥有明亮眼睛的，体格矫健的年轻人走上了绝食自杀的道路，那是一次次等待，一次次希望，而希望又一次次落空之后，心底的绝望……

黑暗的地牢只有微弱的透气孔，狱卒来送饭都得打着火把，囚犯单独关押，看不见其他一个人，只有一些牢狱里活动的小动物发出一些声响，这里没有几年几月几日，没有白天黑夜，没有提审，就只有在订婚宴上被莫名带走，然后莫名关在这里。没有理由，没有期限，没有申辩，没有光亮，没有时间，怎会不发疯呢，怎能不绝望呢?

好在在最绝望的时候，在等待了12年后，仁慈的天主给他打开一扇了希望的门，这确切的说是一个地下通道的道口，在这个通道的另一头是一个给予他智慧知识财富自由的可敬的老人，唐泰斯把他叫做自己的再生父亲，别人却把他叫做“疯子”!

在关押了14年后，唐泰斯重获自由，他找到了基督山的宝藏，为曾经照顾他父亲的、为唐泰斯奔走的、好心的莫雷尔船主偿还了所有债务，也救了这个船主一条性命;他找到了陷害自己的人，买下了基督山，化身为基督山伯爵，走进巴黎，开展复仇计划……

这种复仇其实可以很简单，因为著名的路易-万帕大盗都对基督山伯爵极为服从，但他没有，他只是把这些人这些年的罪行用智慧的方式揭露出来，用正义来惩罚他们，最终，3个陷害他的人，一个自杀，一个疯了，最后一个从银行家落到了平民，但得到了基督山伯爵的宽恕，没有被饿死……

梅尔赛苔丝已经不是原来的梅尔赛苔丝了，她已经过去了，伯爵的心里又终于可以爱了，他带着崇拜他的海黛，漂然走向远方，把在巴黎的别墅，基督山岛的财富都留给莫雷儿船主的儿子，他视为自己儿子的人，他从那里总能体会到幸福的人，他轻松的去过属于自己的生活了……

他等待了将近15年，终于完成了目标。

读了《中外名人故事》这本书，我了解世界上一些著名的科学家与书画家等等，最让我难忘的是牛顿，他是一位英国人，1643年出生，他是一位著名的物理学家，他从小就是一位爱思考、做事认真的人。

有一次，牛顿请朋友到家里吃饭，可是当牛顿把饭菜摆放好时，朋友还没有来，于是牛顿心想，他们还没有来，我去做做实验吧。他飞快的跑到实验室，开始工作。过了一会，他的朋友到齐了，朋友也不忍心打扰他，便自己吃起来，饭菜全吃光了，可是牛顿还没有出来，朋友只好离去。到了晚上，牛顿的实验做完了，肚子也咕咕叫起来，牛顿走到桌前，看到被吃过的骨头，拍拍头说：“原来我已经吃过呀!”他早把和朋友吃放的事情忘得一干二净。

读完这个故事，我觉得我要向牛顿学习，学习他那珍惜时间的精神，更要学习他做事的专心。更能让我懂得什么是真正的认真，当我平时随便写一下作业，随便看看书，这都不叫认真，真正的认真是为了一件事而努力去做，做到最好，任何外界事情也干扰不了。生活在当今时代的我们更要做任何事情都要认真，专心，这样才能学到真正学到知识，将来才能有所成就，才能为国家做出更大的贡献。

《英语教学方法与策略》读后感

为了提高自身的英语教学质量和效率,我从学校图书馆借来《英语教学方法与策略》一书,利用业余时间认真地进行了研读,获得了不少教益。

这本书由鲁子问和康淑敏两位专家编写,由华东师范大学出版社出版,可以作为英语教学设计方向研究生教材,也可以作为中小学英语教师设计培训教材使用。我认为在英语学科骨干教师研修班接受培训期间读读这样一本书是再合适不过的。这本书介绍了教学方法与教学策略的相同与差异,提出了教学方法与策略的选择与整合的方法,介绍了英语教学方法的实践操作方法,包括情景教学法、交际教学法、任务教学法和自主学习教学,然后分析了英语教学过程的策略及实践操作方法,并从英语知识教学的策略及实践操作方法、英语技能教学的策略及时间操作方法两方面对英语教学方法与策略的行动研究提供了系统的指导。

编者用六章分别讲了教学方法与教学策略、英语教学方法的实践操作、英语教学过程的策略及实践操作、英语知识教学的策略及实践操作、英语技能教学的策略及实践操作和英语教学方法与策略的行动研究。

该书对相关理论进行了系统、简要的讲解,主要的内容是对英语教学实践的指导与分析。每一节都采用“准备-学习-实践”三部式结构,不仅讲解理论,而且注重教学实践。在每一节的理论讲解之后,都设计了“实践分析”专栏,以强化理论与实践的直接联系。在看每一节的时候,我都是跟着该书的编排形式在不断地调整自己的思维。在准备环节,编者会给出一个案例,让读者思考,遇到此类教学问题该如何解决,此时,我的大脑就会回忆我在教学中有没有遇到过,我又是如何解决的,然后思考怎样才能解决得更好;在学习环节,编者给我们提供了最系统的理论知识,此时我就很认真地研读每一条理论,认真理解每一个概念,为今后的教学活动积累必要的理论知识;在实践部分,我仔细地看了每个实践活动,对于一些比较有价值的活动自己在教学中也尝试着使用。

本书的优点是:1)语言浅显易懂。不像平常的教育着作,带着很多专业术语。2)内容很实用。书中不但简要地介绍教育理论,还举出大量的课堂活动例子,很适合各个层次的外语教师参考。3)描述很细致。书中谈到英语教学中很多细节的东西。4)编排符合读者习惯,发人深思。书中每一章节都会在适当的位置上安排一个文本框,给出一些名词解释或让读者讨论或思考一个问题。如:请讨论,您如何看待Practice makes perfect.它与数量原则有什么关系?训练中如何把握训练的量?

这本书让我羞愧于自己在教学理论和策略方面知识的匮乏,更让我明白英语教学的成功应体现在“培养学习者在真实的情景中有效使用英语的能力”我是一个率性而为的人,很多时候只是随心而教学,不会严格遵循某一教学模式。所以一直以来,教学成绩都没有取得重大突破,而我本人也一直为此烦恼,这本书教会我许多有理论支持的教学方法。如:语法翻译法、直接教学法、认知法、自然法、社团教学法、沉默教学法、全身反应法、暗示教学法。从书中我悟到了想成为一名优秀的教师必须充分认识到“教必有法”的原则性和“教务定法”的灵活性特点之间的统一关系。教师不应拘于一法一策,囿于一方一圆,而是要因地制宜,因材施教,将各类方法加以组合和调配,在吸收、借鉴已有教学方法的基础上,创造性地发挥,逐步形成富有教师个人特色的教学风格。在教学实践中,我根据教学环境、教学目标、教学内容、学生的需求和自身的教学风格适丰富了一下教学方法和策略,收到了一定的效果。

我最受启发的是书中的如下观点:呈现学习任务时,应当向学习者描述任务中的问题发生的物理背景、组织和社会文化背景。并且,问题的呈现必然是有趣的或吸引人的,目的是引导学习者的积极参与。让学习者体现到伸手可及的成功;教学活动的设置应考虑学习者的兴趣,需要和情感;老师可以和学习者商量课堂活动的内容并建议学习者把他们感兴趣的学习材料带回班上。让我陷入长久的沉思的是这个观点:“personalities and relationships are important for motivation”即:教师的性格及其与学习者之间的良好关系在调动学习者学习方面很重要。文中提到“即使我们不能完全改变自己去满足不同学习者的需要,但我们可以主动了解学习者感兴趣的话题,如:流行音乐,年轻人喜欢的电影,新车,科技的发展等。看到这里,对于学生为什么没有积极参与我自以为精心准备的课堂活动,我似乎找到了答案:设计活动时,我只是从教材内容和个人兴趣出发。当学生冷淡对待活动时,我只会埋怨大的学习环境不好,埋怨学生不配合,极少去思考是否学生对内容感兴趣,是否活动的难度适合学生,课堂指令是否清晰等因素。文中还指出:即使学生会使用老师准备好的语言结构,也明确活动的目的,但如果他们缺乏信心,也不会积极参与…所以,对学生及时得体的鼓励相当重要,借用李阳老师的话就是鼓励学生 “Enjoy losing face. Enjoy making mistakes ”总之,要踏上英语教学的成功之路,进行方方面面的准备工作是必要的,

对于以后的教学,我将努力改变陈旧的教学理念,尝试新的教学模式,自始至终把学生放在中心位置:把激发学生的学习热情放在首位,发挥交际教学的优势。是时候改变沉闷的课堂气氛,还学生一个愉快的学习环境了!是时候彻底解放学生,还学生一个可以自主学习的空间了!

其实,单纯阅读只是一个浅层理解词句的过程,我们可能在阅读中很感动,很受启发,但是,几个星期或几个月后,可能我们的思维又回复原状;若把我们的所思所想写下来,联系我们的教学或生活实际加以变通,可能会更长久地影响我们;而如果把我们学到的经验及时应用在教学中或生活中,我们的学生或我们自己则会终身受益,这才是阅读的目的。“热爱阅读、高效阅读、创新阅读”让我们互勉!

《像山那样思考》是《沙乡年鉴》收录的一则随笔。文章第一段是对一声狼嗥的特写。文笔简洁传神，携裹着作者深深的忧虑意识——他把诗意的叙写和深刻的生态忧虑杂糅在这声狼嗥中，给人以灵魂的震撼。接下来的一段记写了鹿、郊狼、牧羊人、猎人对这声狼嗥的反应。作者进而指出，在浅层的希望和恐惧之后，还有更深刻的、只有这座山能听懂的含义。作者将一种深刻的生态伦理问题以极其形象而富有诗意的语言表述出来，引起读者的关注与思考。
