回想起整个高一，每一幕都历历在目：军训时响亮的口号、整齐的脚步、如雨的汗水、拼歌时嘹亮的歌声，还有给教官庆生时的生日歌和小苹果，穿着军装的我们斗志昂扬，意气风发，一副天不怕地不怕的样子！活力四射；分班时不舍的眼神，低低的抽泣，偶尔经过原班门前会不由自主的停下来，观望后又转身离去，碰到原班老师，会激动的打招呼，看到原班同学，会一起说说话，叙叙旧；课外实践活动时，开始我们总是很兴奋，一路蹦蹦跳跳，欢声笑语，越往后就越寂静，个个都气喘如牛，腿脚灌铅，爬山时更是哭天喊地，到水库后，躺在草地上仰望天空，有风筝飞过，扭头一看，哟！班主任在照相！笑容顿时盈满面容；元旦时，班干部拿了班费为元旦做准备，同学们各司其职，一切都井井有条，当天的晚会歌舞才艺应有尽有，爆笑和尖叫不断从我们教室传出去，更是吸引了外班的同学前来观看和表演；国庆晚会时，高一高二齐聚一堂，主持人熟悉的面孔，学长学姐的精彩表演，令我们无比满足。高一的我们对于学校来说是新的血液，生机勃勃，焕发向上，我们仰慕、尊敬师兄师姐和老师，我们是不一样的存在！

五星红旗再次升起，我们已从正中间移到了右边，原先的位置已被高一新生占领，我们则被打上了高二的印迹。每次上厕所经过高一，穿着校服的我们像是昭告-----“我们是高二的”，可走过后又暗自怀念以前的我们，我们看着高一做着我们以前做过的事，回忆就像海水一样扑面而来，压得我们喘不过气，只好缩在威仪的外表下独自神伤，我们忘记不了高一发校服时那种心里的空落感，就好像没有了证明的东西，于是我们通过嘲笑来掩饰我们的不平衡，尽管我们明白我们还要经历一场高三。

渐渐的，我们明白，我们只是害怕成长，害怕承担自己身上肩负的责任，害怕辜负了亲人对我们的期望，因为你再优秀，也得碰上识货的人；你再真诚，也得赶上有心的人；你再谦让，也得面对珍惜的人；你再付出，也得遇上感恩的人。

青春是隐藏在记忆角落里那个让人傻笑，后悔，叹息的人和事，可触摸；青春是让人怒，让人哭，让人笑，让人叹息的情绪，可感觉；青春也是一场远行，到后来我们是回不去了。我们终将长大，我们不会再暗自神伤，前进的号角吹响，我们将踏上新的征程，迎接新的挑战！

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it. In the morning I put a note on the table for my mum and it said, "Today is my birthday, dont forget it!" At school, I got many gifts and cards from my classmates and had a lot of fun. But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home. When I open the door, there wasnt anybody in the house. There was only a note that said, "Coming home late tonight,mum and dad. "I try to call them but there was no answer.I was so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be! I was so sad that I couldnt eat anything. I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely. It was about time for dinner, my mother called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house. When I got there I couldnt believed my eyes. Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives, my friends and even my classmates. There was so many gifts and a big cake. What a surprising birthday party! We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

I read a piece of news recently. It says that in Japan marly businessmen ave selling fresh air to customers.and now it is becoming more and more popular. Why? --Fresh air is getting less and less in Japan, and so is it in the U. S. A.

In fact, environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing.

it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances, industrial

production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides, the use of chemical substances

in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. Look at the sky, you can see that dense smoke is being released from the high and big chimneys; those dirty and poisonous substances are flowing into the rivers that we use for drinking water and millions of tons of waste products are heaping around us.

How to change this condition? More and more countries are trying to work out some effective means to bring it under control, but no great success has been made.

My New Deskmate
