Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. 所以史铁生说生命中永远有一个“更”。为什么不去珍惜呢?大学中为了未来忧虑，失去了美好的四年，你值吗?如果我们要为未来忧虑的话，你拥有一辈子的机会，难道你会为了你的未来，一辈子地忧虑吗?

果汁软糖实验是世界上最简单，也是最成功的行为实验之一，由沃尔特米舍尔教授设计。他于20世纪60年代在加利福尼亚州斯坦福大学校园里一间幼儿园开始这项实验。

米舍尔找来数十名孩子，在每人面前放一块果汁软糖，告诉他们糖可以吃，但如果等到他返回时再吃就可以多得到一块。然后他便离开教室10到15分钟。

通过观察发现，有1/3的孩子马上就开始吃糖果，还有1/3则一直等米舍尔回来兑现额外奖励后才开始吃，另外1/3的儿童开始坚持但后来忍耐不住放弃等待。

直到14年后这些孩子中学毕业，开始进入高等院校学习或工作，米舍尔才开始研究的下一步。他发现当年马上开始吃糖的孩子在青少年时期表现得缺乏自信，与同龄人相处不好;等到最后才吃糖果的孩子则交际能力强、有主见且学业出众。等待者比不等者考试成绩平均高出210分。

有一个朋友根本不知道什么叫延迟享受，一次又一次地透支自己的体力，每次劝勉，都无济于事，用很多理论来搪塞，直到身染疾病才后悔我所力荐的话，后来造访，诚心祈求，我告诉她为时过晚，回天乏术了。有的男性甚至在寻找到伴侣之前，就开始寻花觅柳，最后染上花柳病，自己烂掉不说，还牵连家人，他只是想到短暂的快乐，而没有想到更久远，本可能几年之后就可以和自己相爱的人组成家庭，却就这样毁掉一生。

关于乔布斯记住你即将死去，这也是没有明天的另外一条解释。
