虽然我还没有当上动物保护者，但我也算半个动物保护者了，但是我还是要呼吁大家保护动物，从自己做起。

或许有人认为戴眼镜不仅没坏处，而且看起来又漂亮又显得知识渊博。其实有些人是“金玉其外、败絮其中”，他们是在糟蹋自己的眼睛。

而一旦戴上了眼镜，麻烦真不小。下雨了，眼镜上一片模糊，必须把它擦干了才能看清楚。睡觉前，得把眼镜放好，早上起床，万一找不到眼镜，那怎么看东西呢?

同学们，请保护好我们的眼睛，不要让它受到近视的威胁。让我们注意读写姿势，让眼睛少受一分钟辐射，少受一分钟伤害，这样你就不会成为近视眼大军中的一员。

如果到戴上眼镜的那天才后悔，那就为时已晚，追悔莫及了。

别人不说，就拿我来举例子。以前我的视力为5.2和5.0，可最近迷上了一部好玩的电脑游戏--植物大战僵尸2。我每天写完作业，就冲到电脑旁边，打开电脑，玩起游戏来。每次爸爸妈妈对我说爱眼护眼有多么重要，我就是不听，可是到了第二次视力检查的时候，我的视力由5.2和5.0下降到了5.0和4.8.我既伤心又郁闷，为什么只比以前多玩半小时的植物大战僵尸2，却会导致双眼总共下降04.爸爸和我一起算，一天多玩半小时，366天共多玩0.5*366=183小时，相当于7天多，所以才会导致视力急剧下降。所以以后，我已经和植物大战僵尸2永久地告别，并认真学习起来，这样使我的学习成绩保持前列，受到了老师的一致好评。

再举一个关于姐姐的例子。我想大家都应该知道乔布斯，虽然他现在死了，但也很值得一提。他发明的ipad2使即将要破产的苹果手机公司渐渐富有起来。我姐姐就十分喜欢他发明的ipad2。每天写完作业，就全神贯注地拿出她心爱的ipad2，兴高采烈地玩起点泡泡，一玩就过十五关，不过关决不罢休。大姨和大姨夫提醒过许多次，可她依旧不改。在第二次视力检查的时候，她的视力由5.1和5.0变成了3.4和3.5，以至于她和她的父母一样戴上了眼睛。人家都说，戴上眼镜就摘不下来了，所以她现在十分后悔，也就不玩点泡泡这个游戏了。

还有一次，我们学校组织了关于爱眼护眼的活动。老师首先给我们讲了眼睛是利用光来看一些事物，还告诉了我们激光对眼睛的危害，然后老师用情景剧的形式给我们讲述了激光对我们眼睛的危害，接着和我们玩了一个小游戏，把乒乓球弹到玻璃杯里，虽然我没有亲自参与体验，但看到同学门玩得很高兴，我也很快乐。最后，老师带着我们做了一套眼保健操。活动结束后，发了一个小礼品当作纪念。我觉得这次活动特别有意义，因为它让我懂得了爱护眼睛很重要。

我一定会爱护好眼睛，爱护好这心灵的窗口。

眼睛是心灵的窗户，快乐、光明透过这扇窗直射心房。含着泪时，一个眼神那么无助，让人不觉心软;生气时，一个眼睛那么愤怒，让人不觉心寒。当我们提笔去描写一个人的眼睛时，就会想起“水灵灵”、“炯炯有神”等令人向往的词……。是啊，谁不希望自己的眼睛如此光彩呢?

它，是五官的明珠!

记得小时候，当我拿出作业本后，妈妈就会手捧一把木尺站在我的身后，就好象监督犯人画押的衙门师爷。有时我一不小心低低头，她便拿那把尺在我头上一敲，我嘟着嘴摸摸疼的地方，只好无奈地抬起头。“视力会下降的!”妈妈满脸都写满愤怒。当我玩电脑看电视过多时间时，她更是唠叨没完。

那时侯，我怎么也不明白，为什么视力下降会让妈妈那么愤怒呢?真的很可怕吗?

又过了一两年，妈妈终于不再拿着尺督促我的写字姿势了。有一天，姐姐来我家，我记得姐姐以前神采奕奕，很活泼很漂亮，我始终为有这样优秀的好表姐而感到骄傲、自豪，还常常和同学们谈起她呢!可渐渐地我发现，姐姐看书复习功课时会自觉地戴上眼镜。戴了眼镜，她原来闪亮的眼睛似乎也黯淡了多少。我不解地问姐姐：“为什么要戴眼镜呢?”表姐笑盈盈却又藏不住一丝遗憾、懊恼地说：“经常不注意细节，视力下降了，只好戴眼镜，你可别和我一样呢!”我有些似懂非懂。

我只知道：哦!原来视力下降，要戴眼镜，如果戴了眼镜，眼睛就没以前那么漂亮了!这不是给我的形象打减号吗?我才不要戴眼镜呢!

后来，趁着体育课，学校也给我们进行了视力的检测。我自以为已经发挥地很不错了，后几行的字小得只有一个黑点，看不见是很正常的。当第二次检测时，我和同学谈起上次的检测结果，他们都惊讶极了：“你的视力真差呀!我可是……”听着同学们似乎是炫耀似乎是嘲笑的话，我又明白了一点。

我明白了：原来视力下降，还要影响到我在同学们心中的形象——我才不要这样呢!

好几年了，我一直怕戴眼镜，怕影响我在同学们心中的形象，所以，也努力地纠正着许多会导致视力下降的缺点，终于，视力慢慢好了，视力表上，那些模糊不清的黑点，在我的眼里，也慢慢清晰起来了。

直到那一天，我在上网时，自动跳出了一个网页，只有一行醒目的大字：世界爱眼日，眼睛是自己的，请爱护它!

我似乎在瞬间恍然大悟。

是呀，有一双水灵灵，炯炯有神，让大家都羡慕的大眼睛多好，它能让我们看清事物，看清世界，看清身边的一草一木，能让我们远离近视、远视带来的烦恼，眼睛是我们自己的呀!爱眼也很简单，平时注意写字姿势，认真作好眼保健操，注意劳逸结合，适合地看看绿色的植物或向远处眺望，有习惯的人还要滴好眼药水……

什么事都要从细节抓起，爱护眼睛也是这样，慢慢改掉身上存在的，会导致视力下降的缺点和习惯，那么，人人都可能会有一双水灵灵，炯炯有神，让大家都羡慕的大眼睛。人人都能告别眼镜的烦恼。

Animals are peoples friends, we should protect them.

If there is no animal on earth, there would be no human. Animal is a most of the earths food chain, if animals disappeared, we human beings will be extinct. For example: the frog disappeared, there is no animal pests to catch paddy fields, crops will not grow, humans have no food; If there is no tiger, the rabbit will excess breeding, our food is likely to be a rabbit eat didnt; If there is no owls, mice will encroach on our territory...

The earth is a big family, not lack of anyone, without animals, we humans situation, we should all band together and protect small animals.

Panda is known as the national treasure of China. The panda was a kind of ordinary animal in China long ago. However, for some reasons, too many of them have been killed. So the number of them is falling quickly.

At present people are taking an important measure to save pandas. People want to find a home for them, and recently, they have set up a nature park for them in Sichuan Province,which is called "Pandas Home. "There pandas can enjoy their life happily. There is a bamboo forest near the Pandas Home. So the pandas can find bamboos easily which they like to eat very much.

Because pandas are well protected now, the number of them is increasing every year. We hope that one day we will have enough pandas to set them free and let them live in the wild again.

Pandas are good friends of man. Man should try to protect them and ]et them live in the way they like!

Last Sunday my father and I went fishing along a river. We found the water so dirty that we could hardly catch fish in it.

A lot of factories along the river always poured their waste water and rubbish straight into the river which made the river water polluted. In this way most of the fish in the river were killed.

If the river water all over the country is polluted like this， no living things will exist in the water. As we all know， environmental pollution does great harm to living things and human beings. Now more and more people have come to realize how serious this problem is. Our government is doing her best to take measures to fight against pollution. We expect that the water in every river will be made cleaner and cleaner before long.

上个星期日我和爸爸一起去钓鱼。我们发现水太脏了，我们几乎不能在它的鱼。

沿着这条河的许多工厂总是把废水和垃圾倒进河里，使河水受到污染。这样，河里的大部分鱼都被杀死了。

如果这个国家的河水都被污染了，水里就不存在生物。我们都知道，环境污染对生物和人类都有很大的危害。现在越来越多的人开始意识到这个问题有多严重。我国政府正在尽最大努力采取措施打击污染。我们期望在每一条河流中的水将在长时间内变得更清洁，更清洁。

Animals are our best friends. But there are many bad things about them. So we should try our best to protect animals.
