我们应如何保护眼睛呢？最后张梓涵给我们总结了许多小常识：一、要多吃水果蔬菜、多吃含有维生素a的食品，如胡萝卜等。二、要多做眼保健操，三、要多看绿色植物、多看远处来使我们的眼睛得到调节和放松。这节社会实践课让我认识到了导致近视的原因和保护眼睛的方法。
