二、了解眼睛的结构

2、虹膜：通俗点讲究是瞳孔周围，中国人是咖啡色，欧洲人是蓝色的部分。

3、晶状体：透明而有弹性，能收缩和舒张，使远近不同的物体准确成象在视网膜上

八、饮食调节

第一类：维生素A和胡萝卜素
