老虎是现在对人类最有价值的动物之一。它的外形有点像猫，但是比猫大很多。它生活在林中，以小动物为食。

现如今，野生老虎的数量越来越少。如果人类再不停止砍伐树木，不停止毁坏生存环境，不停止为虎皮而猎杀老虎，也许有一天老虎就会灭亡。我们必须终止这些错误。我们应该保护老虎，因为没有老虎的世界不是一个完整的世界。

我们能看见美丽的世界;能看到美丽的花朵;能看到世界万物所有的东西，知道是谁的功劳吗——眼睛。

如果没有了眼睛，你将看不见世间所有的东西;如果没有了眼睛，你的一生都是黑暗的。如果你现在不好好珍惜，等到失去了，就不会再回来了。才会知道眼睛的重要性。有的人把眼睛当做一个摆设，只是为了好看;有的人把眼睛当做一个棋子，只是为了与别人一样，都有眼这一个器官，而有的人，把眼睛好好保护着，好让他看到世间更美的东西。大家都知道，世界上是没有卖后悔药的，所以，为了我们不会后悔，从现在开始，就让我们好好保护眼睛吧!

我的眼睛，从小学到六年级上册都是很好的，可就是因为在放寒假的时候，整天就知道看电视，玩电脑，看书写字都是趴着，晚上还经常熬夜，导致了我现在的视力大不如前了。自从听了讲座，让我感到很后悔，可我知道，世界上是没有卖后悔药的，所以，我现在要好好保护我的眼睛!要想保护好眼睛，要做到以下几点：

1：看书不能太近。2：不能长时间玩电脑，看电视。3：要经常运动。4：要有合理光源，要把灯放到左上角。5：要营养充足。6：睡眠要充足。

我们要对我们的眼睛负责，不能伤害我们的眼睛。我们一定要有保护眼睛的意识，让我们从现在开始，好好保护我们的眼睛吧!

眼睛——人类的心灵之窗，人人都应该保护好它，也有责任善待它。眼睛是上帝用来点缀面容，眼睛——是每个人脸上的黄金点;眼睛是人身体上的一个大亮点呢!有了一双漂亮的眼睛，那就说这人的眼睛会“说话”;同时，只有眼睛才能让人看清楚外面五彩缤纷的大千世界，眼睛会说：外面的世界真精彩。

之所以这样，眼镜，人人避而远之，因为眼镜给耳朵、鼻子增加了负担，同时，也代表了带眼镜的人眼睛没“合格”，没有保护好眼睛。但是，在某些人身上，竟然真有不保护眼睛的行为呢!只要试一试就知道到了，眼睛离桌子太近了，看书时间长了，眼睛就疼了，如果长时间下去，慢慢的，慢慢的，就变成近视眼了啊。这些人一般都是眼睛不好，所以鼻子上架着一座桥。

在当今，有许多孩子，带着眼镜，这不是稀奇。随着信息化时代的来临，作为海量信息的主要载体，电脑以及网络即将取代报纸电视，成为第一媒体。由此引发的问题是，人们面对电脑显示器的时间越来越长，由此给眼睛造成了不小的负担，还有大部分儿童的读书、写字的姿势不对，实际上，握笔离笔尖一寸，胸离桌沿一拳，眼睛离书本一尺，简单的说，就是：“一寸、一拳、一尺。”我想大部分人都知道，可做到的人很少。

即使学生知道“为保护视力，读书时眼要与书保持一尺左右距离”，也有百分之九十五以上的学生在横读一本爱不释手的厚本趣味书时，眼睛与书的距离是愈读愈近。

也许，刚开始有些同学确实做好了，可坚持到底的却是寥寥无几啊。还有，在学校里坚持做眼保健操，要做到位，你又可以同时想象望着远方一片绿油油的辽阔草原，松弛眼睛肌肉效果更好。

It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself.

Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development. But I do not think that this argument is valid. After all, what is the point of economic growth if peoples lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution ?

可是这一星期我的眼睛却什么都看不清了。

在暑假接近尾声的时候，老妈带我去焦作五官科医院检查视力，说我经常看书躺着，趴着，玩手机，写字姿势不正确，担心眼睛出问题。我们来到了医院四楼的眼科，不来不知道，一来吓一跳，来这看眼的小朋友可真多，估计大家和我一样都有着一些坏的习惯。唉！希望我的眼睛没事，这样就可以不戴眼镜了。

带着侥幸的心理，我配合着医生做了一系列检查，待检查完毕我的视力度数还是让我和妈妈大吃一惊，左眼0。5，右眼0。6。听到这个消息真让我痛心，看来老妈平时的唠叨是对的！

医生说这只是大致的结果，如果想知道眼视力为什么不好就要扩瞳，医生给我们介绍了扩瞳的作用，并建议我们用慢速扩瞳的眼药水。在扩瞳的一周里，我不能用眼看强烈的光线，不能学习，不能玩手机！

“好舒服，不用学习，”我心里暗暗得意着。听着老妈催促着妹妹学习，我觉得我好幸福！可是到了第三天我就受不了了，我的眼睛看什么东西都变得模模糊糊的！听着妹妹讲故事，弹琴。我又开始羡慕她了，度日如年呀，时间你快点吧！就这样我度过了一个黑暗的星期。

到了第二个星期，妈妈带着我去医院复查，复查完后，我听到了一个奇怪的消息，这个消息是什么呢？是我的视力恢复正常值了，经过医生的多次验证，才发现我是假性近视，这可真是让人兴奋！

医生又给我讲了许多用眼知识，强调如果我还改不了生活学习中的坏习惯，假性近视也可能就会变真近视，到时候可就麻烦了，恐怕一辈子都要戴眼镜了！

经过这次让人痛心的经历，我真正认识到了眼睛的重要性，我暗暗的发誓，从今以后一定要保护好我的眼睛，不能让它受到任何伤害！我还要用它去学习更多的知识，实现走遍世界的梦想呢！
