近视，顾名思义就是很近的东西能够看得清楚，而稍远一点的东西却模糊不清，它给我们的生活和学习带来了很大的不便。近视，如果不及时加以矫正，任其发展可能成为重度近视，严重的会导致眼睛黄斑病等病变，进一步恶化可能会使眼睛再也见不到光明。近视眼还会遗传给后代，不仅自己受到危害，连子孙后代们也有可能继承受视力方面的缺陷带来的痛苦和折磨，其后果不堪设想。
