Water is the source of life.We cant live without water.However,with the increasing population and industrial development,water pollution has become a serious problem.Large amounts of wastewater go into rivers and seas directly without being treated,which can be dangerous to people.Also lots of people pay no attention to saving water in daily life,while in some place water is badly needed.

Its time for us to take some measures to improve the situation.Factories should treat the wastewater before letting it go into rivers.We can play a positive role in saving water.For example we can reuse the water for wishing rice to wash vegetables and then clean a mop.

Everyone can do something for our environment. For me, I should try to save electricity in my daily life. For example, if I am the last person leave the classroom in the evening, I will always remember to turn off the lights. In order to protect our forests, I will use paper wisely. I should try to use both sides of paper whenever it is possible. I will not use things like paper cups and disposable chopsticks because they are made of wood. One of the difficulities to an international resolution to environmental issues is the difference in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection。 In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed， the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international mission elected by the participating nations of the world。 All members must agree to abide by the standards established。

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international in scope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of the ozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems。

As part of the same planet， it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment。 Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment。

从前我有一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，见了我的人总说：“凯凯，你的眼睛真大啊！视力一定很好吧！”可是，他们的第二句话说错了，其实我的眼睛从三年级开始就近视了。

那是因为我在家里看书、做作业时姿势不端正，还看电视、玩电脑，结果眼睛看东西渐渐模糊起来，视力渐渐下降，直到妈妈带我去验光。这时，我的眼睛已深到一百多度了。妈妈怕我的视力继续下降，便给我配了一副眼镜。

Sea pollution is becoming an increasing problem for our planet and we have a responsibility to reduce sea pollution.

I need to describe the problem. Our ship currently dumps all its rubbish into the sea.Its easy to result in huge endanger. First of all, Non-organic substances such as plastic bags kill fish and whales. Because fish get trapped and whales cannot digest them. Secondly some rubbish is inherently toxic.

I can suggest some solutions. First and foremost we can create a better system of disposing of rubbish for instance. We ought to store rubbish. Next, we are supposed to make ships environmentally and friendly. A case in point is that we should stop providing plastic bags.

We must act now before it is too late!
