星期五，张梓涵给我们讲了一节社会实践课，讲的内容就是要我们爱护眼睛，他先给我们出了一些近视的测试题，同学们有的不良习惯导致了他们近视，而有的同学有好习惯没有近视，这些好习惯，如果一直保持的话就会躲过近视，看完后他提出了一个问题，为什么会有近视的状况呢？同学们若有所思，不一会儿有的举起手，说是用眼不当，张子涵打开屏幕的下一页，上面有这个问题的准确回答。

4、挑食，缺维生素。

接下来下一个屏幕让人目瞪口呆，上面清晰的写着一段话，初中生和高中生近视眼的比例逐渐上升，小学生将近40%，青少年的近视率为全世界第一。同学们，有的窃窃私语在讨论着什么，有的难过的低下的头，有的眼睛瞪得大大的，还不时的叫着“哇”。

张梓涵又进入下一个问题，那又怎么能够预防近视呢？一个同学说道：“要多吃对眼睛有益的食物；少看手机、电脑，在近视后立刻去看医生；要在光线好的地方用眼，坐姿端正，多做眼保操”。“非常的棒”张梓涵说，他的脸上露出开心的笑容。

看班上有的同学都配上眼镜了，我们还这么小，肯定不舒服，所以大家要爱护眼睛。我们一定不要佩戴眼镜，我们要爱护眼睛，全班清晰而坚定的说，连张子涵，也不由得大声叫道。

眼睛就是心灵的一扇希望的窗户，它可以让人快乐的生活，可是班上有人配了眼镜，我们都为他们而难过，从此以后我一定要养成爱眼好习惯，做一个爱眼计划，同学们，一起加油哦！

Protecting the Wild Animals

Last week, I saw a very impressive documentary about panda. A professor studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild giant panda for many years. As a result, he found that it was human being that made these lovely animals die out. At that time, many people believed that giant panda became less because of the low rate of newborn babies. But it was not true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and they lacked of food. Thanks to these valuable data, the government took the policy to protect the animals. So today, the number of giant panda is increasing. People realize the importance of protecting the environment and it is the best way to protect wild animals, they are the indispensable part of the nature.

上周，我看了一部令人印象非常深刻的关于熊猫的纪录片。一位教授在20年代80年代早期就开始研究熊猫，他到野外生活，多年寻找野生大熊猫的踪迹。结果，他发现，正是人类，让这些可爱的动物面临灭绝。当时，许多人认为，大熊猫变少是因为新生儿的低出生率。这是不正确。人们为了利益砍伐树木，熊猫失去了家园，也没有食物吃。多亏了这些有价值的数据，政府采取了政策去保护它们。所以现在，大熊猫的数量正在增加。人们意识到保护环境的重要性，这也是最好的方法来保护野生动物，因为它们是大自然不可或缺的一部分。

眼睛是心灵的窗户，没有了它，我们就无法看到那五彩缤纷、有趣、美好的世界了。

星期五上午，张梓涵同学给我们开始讲课了。一上课，她就自信满满地走上讲台，说：“同学们，现在开始上课！”刚开始，张梓涵就说了一件让我们谁都不敢相信的事：现在世界上近视率青少年就占70%，其中小学生就占40%。同学们听完这个数据后，反应各不相同，有的人张大了嘴巴、瞪大了眼睛，有的人在和同桌讨论着这件事，有的人还揪揪自己的耳朵，好想怕听错了一样，脸上还露出惊讶的表情……千奇百怪。只是大家都意识到应该好好保护眼睛。

她还在继续讲着“……”接着给我们出了一个问题：“近视的原因都有些什么？”紧接着杨洋同学和席上昀同学就争抢着回答，是因为遗传，看电子产品太多，用眼不当……。好多同学们也参与到这个问题当中来。这时张梓涵在黑板上给我们写出了正确的原因：第一，父母遗传；第二，用眼不当；第三，看手机、电脑等电子产品的时间太长；第四，用手揉眼睛……这些原因让我们深深地感受到了眼睛的重要性。然后，她又向我们提出了一个问题：“我们要怎么爱护自己的眼睛呢？”“看书的时候要在光线好的地方看，少玩电子产品，注意用眼卫生…。”等许多回答在她的话音刚落后出现。“对！就如同学们所说的那样。”在她优美生动的讲述中这一堂课很快就要结束了，最后在这节课临近尾声时，她又对大家说：“我们要保护什么？”她一边问一边还指着黑板上标题的空缺。“保护眼睛！”我们清晰而响亮的回答。

大家都要好好爱护自己的眼睛，不要因为我们的原因而给它戴上一个枷锁（眼镜）。眼睛是看见美好世界的窗口，也是我们认识世界，学习知识，相互交流的重要窗口。只要大家努力去做，我相信我们每个人都会有一双明亮、有神的大眼睛。

How to protect/save our environment/world?

The environmental pollution is worse and worse /more and more seriously today. Water is polluted; we have no clean water to drink. Many trees are cutting down, some animals is getting less and less. Some factories are pouring dirty air in the sky, the population is increasing faster and faster, resources are getting less and less…etc. Not only does it affect our lives and health, it but also has a great affection in the future. Peoples health has been greatly affected by air, noise and water pollution. Many people died of diseases. In order to live a better life, we need protect our world。

We shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere. We want to recycle, reduce, reuse things .Don’t waste things. This saves money and reduces pollution. Use things for as long as possible. We don’t use plastic bags. We must plant more trees and stop the people cutting them .We hope our world becomes more and more beautiful。

眼睛一直都被人们誉为“心灵的窗口”，眼睛是我们感知外界一个重要的器官，保护眼睛，就保住了这大千世界。阳光明媚的下午，我们来到了眼科医院，体验了一回小小眼科医生。

打开眼科医院的大门，老师就发给了我一件白大褂，我穿上摇身一变，化身成为神圣的白衣天使。我们来到了六楼，周武英院长笑靥如花，热情招待我们，给我们上了一堂生动的预防近视课。一个多小时的学习，小记者们收获颇多：“原来，户外活动也能防近视啊，真想不到……”

小课堂结束后，就到了院长为我们揭开谜团的时候啦。在回复小记者汪珂然的问题中，院长自豪的讲到：“我可以十分钟做一台白内障手术，一个小时能做六台。这个成绩目前在整个衢州市是无人能敌的。”听了院长的话，大家都赞叹不已。我心想：院长能有这么大的成就，背后是付出了多少汗水啊！

采访结束，我们分成了三组，分别参观眼科医院的一楼、二楼和三楼。我们队去了三楼，刚好遇上准备做手术的院长，她兴致勃勃地和我们拍了合照，去做手术了。二楼是眼科医院的门诊，有很多检查的仪器。大家对检测散光的一起很感兴趣，一窝蜂的围上去。一楼则是检测视力的地方，穿上白大褂的小记者们忍不住当一回医生，为其他小记者开心服务。

这次来到眼科医院，我收获匪浅。保护眼睛，从小做起！

What Can We Do for the Environment

our environment is becoming worse and worse，what can we do for the environment?I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem.

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags instead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy.
