每当我看到地上的垃圾，我就会感慨万千，保护环境，从我做起。就拿我家附近的一条小河来说吧，以前，河里的水十分清澈，像一块明亮的大镜子，可以清清楚楚地看到河底的许多石头;可以看到小鱼在河里自由自在在游来游去。经常有许多小朋友在河里嬉戏、玩水;大人们在河里洗菜，洗衣服。渐渐的，人们于是把垃圾扔到河里，污水排放到河里，使河水变得又臭又脏，再也不能清澈见底，变成了浑浊不清的垃圾箱。严重污染环境，严重危害了人们的身体健康。对，只有树立保护环境的观念，才有美好的明天。

星期天，我找来我的好朋友小好，每人拿一个塑料袋，把河边的垃圾一一捡光了，我们手里都是满满的一塑料袋，真是“满载而归”啊!即使我们把河边的垃圾捡光了，但是河里的垃圾是阻止不了，捞掉了还会有，怎么办好呢?最关键的还是唤起人们的环保意识，我们找来一块木板在板上大大地写上：请保护环境，从我做起。我们把它放在河边最显眼的地方，任务完成，我们高兴地回家了。

我从小喜欢看书，没有注意用眼的卫生，对父母的“唠叨”总是不以为然。结果小学3年级就戴上了眼镜，从100多度到现在的500度，这给我日常生活和学习带来许多不便。现在，我的眼睛时而有痛累感，真后悔啊！

三、四年级的时候，我看书近乎疯狂，吃饭、走路捧着书，上厕所、洗澡不忘带上书，弹钢琴、做功课也在一边看书，被窝里看书更是家常便饭……那时我想：人若不用吃饭、不用休息那该有多好啊！这样就能节省更多的时间看书了。由于吃饭不正常，睡眠不足，缺少户外活动，引起胃口不好、精神不足，体质下降，视力也骤然降低。

随着近视带给我的困扰增多，我羡慕着那些有着一双明亮有神的眼睛的同学，那时，我才懂得要珍惜、爱护眼睛的重要，懂得合理安排用眼的时间：下午放学回家后，我先写会儿作业，然后吃饭，再写会儿作业，休息时唱唱歌浇浇花，或走出阳台闭上眼睛养神，静静地听着音乐，感受着微风的耳语……再回到书房读书学习。晚睡前，弹弹钢琴，放轻松心情、缓解眼睛压力。我觉得不能等到眼睛疲倦时才休息，否则难以恢复，造成恶性循环。每天还坚持眨眼1~2分钟，让眼球也运动运动。

我很珍惜课间做眼保健操的时刻，不随意与别人说话。随着悠扬音乐响起，我慢慢闭上眼睛，深深呼吸着，放松，保持着这种宁静而愉快的心境。前两天，我在网上看到了一种治疗近视眼的信息：就是在夜晚睡觉前，微闭眼，观想全身肌肉放松。这时，眼睛会不自觉地微张开。再缓慢地放松、闭眼，如此反复几次……这样很容易入睡。早上，醒来别忙张开眼睛，先观想几次，才慢慢地睁开眼起床。这样保健眼会比较舒服，减少了痛、胀、累的感觉。近来，我注意用眼卫生，不再挑食，加强锻炼。现在身体壮实多了，睡眠质量有好转，眼睛累、痛的现象也逐渐在减少。

眼睛一旦近视，将会给你平添许多烦恼。同学们，“前事不忘，后事之师”千万不能掉轻心啊！愿我的亲身经历能给大家带来深刻的教训。“身体发肤，受之父母”我们要珍惜它，爱护它。健康的身心是做人做事的最基本条件。别伤害自己，也别让父母为我们忧心……
