自从我们三年级遇上了你到现在，有多少喜悦和挫折，有多少磨难和快乐，每一天都过得那么精彩，每一件事都让人难以忘怀……不知您还记不记得，那个风和日丽的上午，在全体同学的强烈要求下，您才和我们说，其实您有一种关节上的病，不能根治，都在用药物维持着，痛起来直穿骨髓。当我听了这句话后，心里突然感到一种揪心的疼痛，老师有这么严重的病，还坚持给我们上课，不能喊一声痛，就是为了不让我们担心，就连天晚了都不能休息，还要在灯光下给我们批改作业。老师，您做这些，为了什么?不就是为了我们吗?有时候我们还惹您生气，添一些不必要的麻烦，真是不应该。老师，您这种坚强不屈，在强大的疾病面前永不低头的决心更是让我心服口服，同时也让我知道，坚强是通往成功路上唯一的依靠，让我学会坚强地面对人生。

老师，每当您鼓励我的时候，我都会无比自豪，每当您批评我的时候，我也会认真听讲，但是有些同学不这样，每次说他的时候，都不听，甚至没把老师放在眼里，有的还在下面偷偷说老师的坏话，我听后真的为您感到不平，他们根本不理解老师的苦心。老师，我在这里向您道歉，虽然弥补不了您那颗已经寒了的心，但至少有一丝欣慰。

老师，我今天的成就，就是因为您用最美的阳光照耀，用最美的雨露滋润，我要向您说一声：“老师，您辛苦了!”

老师，我想对您说，自从您开始接我们这个班起，您就为了我们而操碎了心。虽然有时候，您很严厉，但我知道，您也是为我们好。

老师，我想对您说，如果有同学没有写作业，您生气了，有的时候，还会把他们留下来，如果您留学生补作业，请您不要留得太晚。他们的爸爸妈妈会担心他们的。有些同学背书时，他们的课文不是不会背，而是背的不熟练，如果出现这样的情况，也请您不要生气，多给他们一点鼓励，他们会增加很多信心。

老师，您是我们四（4）班的辛勤园丁，为了我们这些花朵的茁壮成长，您既要“浇水”，又要“施肥”，有时还为我们“捉掉可恶的害虫”，为我们“修枝剪叶”，而您自己却流下了辛苦的汗水。

老师，您就像蜡烛，燃烧自己，照亮别人。不仅在学校为我们操心，回到家还要经常加班，开学初，您在深夜写下了《九月开学季》，这封给家长们的公开信，温暖了我们所有人的心，我仿佛看到了您坐在电脑前疲惫的身影。

老师，希望您在操劳的时候，也要多注意休息，保重自己的身体，有些事情，就放心交给我们来做吧，我们已经是一群小大人了。

老师，您辛苦了，我一定会用优异的成绩回报您，不辜负您对我的期望！
