合乎兴趣的工作才是事业，唯有将自我所长以及所的兴趣与工作相结合，做一个的搭配，才能称作事业―一个你永远都会努力的工作。如何才是对自我的工作感兴趣呢

在网上对我的兴趣进行了分析：具有比较多的兴趣，对艺术不算太感兴趣，比较实际，做自我喜欢的事。

2、性格分析

人与人之间是有很大的区别的，有的人乐意干事务性的工作，而有的人对信息加工与处理十分擅长，还有的人热衷于人与人之间的沟通和交流。这就是人的性格偏好所起的作用。所以，性格能让你在一种职业环境中获得成功，但在另一种职业环境中却大受挫折。

做了MBTI自测题之后，发现自我是属于ESFP型，即：外向实感感情认知型。

我是一个比较活泼、开朗的男孩。喜欢凭自我的感觉做事，比较重感情，喜欢与人沟通，团队合作，还很喜欢挑战自我。

3、本事分析

我的动手本事比较强，不怕苦，不怕累，做事坚持到底。比较喜欢动脑，经过认真的思考来解决问题，能够理解别人对我的批评和提议。

4、优缺点分析

优点：做事认真仔细，关心他人，有恒心，人品端正，有上进心

缺点：骄傲自满，信誓旦旦，过于关心他人

(二)职业分析阶段

1、职业生涯规划的重要性

在跟教师学习了职业规划之后，才认识到职业规划的重要性，职业规划就是我们对人生的规划，这将伴随着我们的一生，拥有成功的职业规划才能实现完美的人生。所以，职业生涯规具有异常重要的意义。职业生涯规划能够发掘自我的潜能，增强个人的实力;职业生涯规划还能够增强发展的目的性与计划性，提升成功的机会;职业生涯规划更能提升应对竞争的本事。

2、家庭环境分析

我是来自农村的一个男孩，父母都在县城里做成生意，由于我家有三姐弟，我是小的一个，姐和哥都已经大学毕业了，家里虽然不富裕，可是一家人过得很开心。家里人都很支持我，期望在我大学毕业后能够考取研究生，可是我想毕业后找工作，了解一下到底自我喜欢什么。

3、学校环境分析

读初中的时候，自我就独立生活，没有人在身边管我，还有当时周围的环境不好，就整天跟着朋友、同学混，打架，赌博等等。可是之后清楚这样下去将会没有出路，所以在初三好好学习才考上了高中，进入高中后就变得低调了，不想和以前的那些混混接触，三年的高中生活使得我想变了一个人似的。变得那么的自以为是，心高气傲的，然后考上了大学。可是进入大学却十分的迷茫，不明白到底以后做什么，自我喜欢什么

4、社会环境分析

我的家乡在贵州，它是一个十分贫穷落后的地方，各方面都比不上东部沿海地方。那里需要建设，需要很多的大学生，并且给我们供给了很好的自由发展的机会，可是还是不想回家乡工作，那里太落后了。

(三)目标确定阶段

1、短期的职业目标(20__-20__年)

毕业之后，找份与自我专业相关的工作，获我自我喜欢的职业，跟同事，老板学习经验，虚心的向他们学习。对工作认真，多学习点。经过五年的学习，有点资本完成我的短期目标。

2、中期的职业目标(20__ - 20__年)

在有了稳定的工作，有了一些经验之后，并且在这几年有了一些积蓄，于是我想独立出来创业，开自我的公司，自我当老板。经过十年的努力，把自我公司的业务做大，将公司做强。

3、长期的职业目标(20__)

自我成为老板之后，会不断的学习新的知识，使自我更加的充实，用科学的管理方法来管理自我的公司，更别人多加交流，将公司做得更好。

(四)职业计划实施

1、教育为先

“学无止境，”“活到老，学到老”等。在此刻的社会，竞争太残酷了，没有知识是不行的，我们必须不断学习，充实自我，让自我做一个对社会有用的人。过英语四级和六级，加强专业和非专业的学习。

2、虚心向别人取经

在学校期间，经常和教师、同学多交流、讨论，从而在交流中学到一些对我们有用的知识。在暑假的时候参加实习，更加的了解工作和社会，并向他们学习。

毕业之后，步入社会，我们的经验毕竟很少，要向人家学习。经常与上司和同事沟通，加深了解，搞一些活动，增加友谊。

3、实践锻炼

在学校的期间，多参加一些社会工作，经过这些活动，能够增加自我的胆量，和口头表达本事。还能结交到很多朋友，为今后打下基础。

在学校期间多参加一些有关职业方面的讲座和培训，让自我对职业有更深的了解和认识，为自我选择一个自我喜欢的职业做好准备。

养成良好的锻炼、饮食、生活习惯，也是十分重要的。我要有充分的时间锻炼身体。俗话说：“身体是革命的本钱”。身体不好，什么也干不成。

还有在平时要注重自我的言行，不要让自我的言行损害了自我的形象，好的言行是个人的精神面貌和个人素质的修养的体现。在假期做一些兼职，提高自我的社会经验，学会与人相处之道。

and cold,which made us feel relax and cool. The river is not deep not shallow,is

天气变得越来越热。今天下午，我表哥来到我家要我和他一起去游泳。得到妈妈的允许，我和我表哥兴高采烈的跑到了河边，那条河位于我们村庄的南边。当我们到达河边时，我们迫不及待的跑进河里。河水清澈且冰冷，这让我们感觉到很凉爽、放松。河水不深不浅，正适宜于游泳。我们一直在河里游泳嬉戏，直到我们都累了。尽管今天的天气很炎热，但我们的内心都感到很凉爽!
