新学业论认为，学业是按照学校学制规定、修业年限、具体培养目标的要求，以及教育教学工作计划，在教师的指导和帮助下，有系统、有组织的掌握知识、技能和行为规范的过程，是促进身心结构健全、智慧才能开发、品行人格完善的过程。

从培养目标的角度来看，学业包括学德、学智、学体、学美、学劳的全部过程;学业包括学业成绩、学业行为、学业特长和综合素质的整体提高和全面发展的过程。“十年寒窗苦”，就是为了完成学业，学会认知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存，成为21世纪所需要的有用人才。

二、确定一个适合的职业理想

所谓职业理想，简单来说是指人们对未来的专业、工作部门、工作种类以及事业成就大小的向往和追求。它应该建立在个人的专业知识与能力、兴趣和职业激情的基础上，只有三个圆重叠的部分，才可确立为自己的职业理想。

有人说，现在找工作赚钱就行，尤其是在就业形势非常严峻的情况下，没有必要再谈职业理想了。这种看法是不对的。实际上，在任何情况下，一个人都应该有一个长远而又切实的职业理想， 在实际生活中，现实往往与理想发生矛盾。很多人不能按照自己的理想标准选到合适的职业，于是有的人索性不就业，坐等理想职业的出现;有的人随便谋个有收入的职业混日子;也有的人对与自己的职业理想不相符的工作怨天尤人，无所作为。这些现象发生的根源，皆在于择业者没有能正确认识职业理想与现实的关系。

其实，在大学生毕业后的头两年，大多数人都会感觉到现实与自己职业理想的落差非常大，这段时期被我们称做“职业探索期”。在这段时间里，职业理想与现实发生冲突非常正常。我们应该用这段时间积累经验，同时通过增加对自己兴趣、能力等各方面的认识调整自己的职业理想，积极寻找机会，从而为自己的长期发展奠定基础。 而我们高职生也应对确定合适的职业理想有一个正确的认识。

第一，要认真地分析一下自己的职业理想定得是不是脱离实际、过高;自己的职业素质符合不符合你所选择的职业要求。职业理想虽然因人而异，没有绝对的标准。但是，有一点必须指出的是，理想职业必须以个人能力为依据，超越客观条件去追求自己的所谓理想，是不现实的。这就要求大学毕业生在选择之前一定正确估价自己，给自己一个合理的职业定位。

第二，我们把职场分为“天堂团队”、“人间团队”、“地狱团队”，很多人以为不能进入“天堂团队”，就是不理想的。实际上，很多真正有能力的人是从“人间团队”，甚至“地狱团队”走出来的。因为当一个人的职业生涯并不是一帆风顺的时候，往往反而可以使一个人的多方面能力得到更好的锻炼。

第三，要懂得职业理想不等于理想职业。一般认为当个人的能力、职业理想与职业岗位最佳结合时，即达到三者的有机统一时，这个职业才是你的理想职业。只要你的职业理想符合社会需要，而自己又确实具备从事那种职业的职业素质，并且愿意不断地付出努力，迟早会有一天实现自己的职业理想;而理想职业却带有很大的幻想成分。

第四，如果你所选择的职业岗位已无空缺，而你又需要立即就业，那就先降低一点自己的要求。因为如果没有工作，即意味着没有实现职业理想的可能。而就业以后，可以在主观的作用下向自己的职业理想靠近，例如对自己的兴趣、爱好进行一定的调整。确定合适的职业理想一定要综合考虑，不能盲目。

三、在就业中体现自身价值

有了一定理论知识和职业理想，就要积极就业，在就业中体现自身价值。

就业就是工作，在工作岗位上我们应在职业理想的指引下，运用自己所掌握的知识及能力，尽自己的努力，搞好自己的工作。不过在就业中我们还应注意几点，对于个人来说，主观的因素更为重要，现在的许多学生，最善长的是考试，因此当面对工作、面对社会时，尤其当客观因素让找工作如此难时，我们宁愿逃避，选择自己所擅长的考试，如果能考一辈子，或许真可能选择这样的道路，当然这里面肯定也有一部分研究型人才，他们是自愿选择这样的道路。要表现出自己价值，还应该把心态放正，敢于去闯、去尝试，然后才是方法。

对于我们来说，企业雇佣你，是因为你能为企业创造价值。或许你现在创造的价值不多，但是你能够迅速成长，有可塑造的潜力，因此在找工作之前，肯定要思考自己能为企业带来什么?

首先，是硬指标。譬如实实在在的技术就是绝对的硬指标，因此我们高职生，如果成绩到位，实践、实习认真做了，技术学好了就绝对能找到合适的工作。一般来说，英语、计算机也算硬指标中之列。对于文科学生，貌似也有些证可以支撑，不过就弱了许多。接下来，是软指标，这类的指标很难体现，即便遇上很优秀的面试官，也不能保证将“对企业最合适的人才”尽收囊下，毕竟面试是一个很主观的东西。因此大学生需要在的时候主动展示。

相信我们搞好学业 职业 就业的关系，在自己的不懈努力下，一定会很好完成我们的学业，并在以后的工作中实现我们的职业理想，体现出自身的价值。

时间一分一秒地过去了，人们都纷纷离去；最后在一个小烟花中结束。我也依依不舍的回家了！
