由于中国的卫生事业的发展需要更多的高素质，高技术，高能力的医学人才，特别是临床经验丰富的老师，老师是培育“青出于蓝，而胜于蓝”的使者。中国卫生事业的发展，必须要适合中国的国情，这就为当代卫生事业的认识提出了切实的要求与任务。

3、行业环境分析

在落实人才强国战略、大力推进素质教育的今天，如何使医学高等院校的社会实践服务好培养高素质医学人才的中心，实现个人、高校、社会三者的共同发展，是摆在高校医学教育工作者和医学生面前的共同的重大课题。

就中国的医疗体系中，医护比例而言，中国仍需要大量的临床护理工作者，整理临床护士的市场需求较大，对与具有丰富的理论知识，扎实娴熟的技术的临床护士更是急需。

四、定目标

据自己的兴趣和所学专业，在未来应该会向医学和英语两方面发展。围绕这两个方面，本人特对未来作初步规划如下：

1、20__-20__年学业有成期：充分利用校园环境及条件优势，认真学好专业知识，培养学习、工作、生活能力，全面提高个人综合素质，并作为就业准备。

2、20__-20__年，熟悉适应期：利用3年左右的时间，经过不断的尝试努力，初步找到合适自身发展的工作环境、岗位。

完成主要内容：

(1)学历、知识结构：提升自身学历层次，从专科走向本科，专业技能熟练，而且希望可以从护理改成学习临床医学。英语四级争取拿优秀，且开始接触社会、工作、熟悉工作环境。

(2)个人发展、人际关系：在这一期间，主要做好职业生涯的基础工作，加强沟通，虚心求教。

(3)生活习惯、兴趣爱好：适当交际的环境下，尽量形成比较有规律的良好个人习惯，并参加健身运动，如散步、跳健美操、打羽毛球等。

五、职业差距

医学基础知识不是太扎实，英语基础较差，里目标还有一定的距离，做事情的反应不够敏捷，对于动手能力的训练还有待提高，对于技术比较生疏，缺乏创新能力，适应能力较差。

六、缩小差距的方法

1、利用今后的在校时间，为自己补充所需的知识和技能。包括参与社会团体活动、广泛阅读相关书籍、选修、旁听相关课程、报考技能资格证书。

2、充分利用毕业前的实习时间，把相关的技术进一步巩固，并且不断的学习新技术，丰富自我。锻炼自己的注意力，在嘈杂的环境里也能思考问题，正常工作。在大而嘈杂的办公室里有意识地进行自我训练。
