一、前言

高考结束之后，我的心就凉了半截，并不是因为成绩不够好，也许在别人眼里，我的那些分数足以令人羡慕，可是我知道那不是我的梦想所在。大一这一年，我仍是满目茫然。直到听完周老师的职业人生规划课，我试着重新为我自己找回梦想，为我的人生找到方向。

二、自我分析

我是一名法学与英语双学位班的大二女生，性格亦动亦静。在外，我开朗，自信，活泼，善与人交往，但是我又喜欢独处，喜欢静静的思考，看书。我性格中的优势在于我交往广泛，我从不吝惜自己的真心，因此也得到了不错的人缘，这些人脉在我平时的生活中给了我很大的帮助，让我得到了很多重要的信息以及途径。

同时，我喜欢看书，自认为在女生中，我的涉猎算是比较广泛的，一般的交谈我都能插上话。我的家庭收入状况不错，可以负担的起我的求学费用。另外，我的成绩不错，已经获得了专业一等奖学金，另外我没有任何感情问题，这样就为我节省了大量的时间和财力。我的缺点主要也表现在我的性格上，我的个性比较倔强，时间长了会有人发掘出我性格中的傲慢因素，虽然有时是无意中表现出来的，却也会伤害到其他人。

三、SWOT分析

通过对照现在的市场需求和自己的长短处得出：在继续保持我优势的前提下，我需要进一步解决我的W因素，即通过增强与社会的接触，加之通过学校的活动，改变我性格中的不利因素，不要过于锋芒毕露，要慢慢学着更加温和一些，谦逊一些，从而更好的进行人际交往。另外，寻找一些在社会上进行实习与工作的机会，是自己提前了解社会，认识社会。

四、择业选择及决策理由

自认为，我是一个心气很高的女孩，从小到大，我从没有怀疑过我的能力，也一直紧握我的梦想——我想成为一名外交官。而随着时间的流逝，当初如此清晰的梦想已经没有那么明确，经历了一年的大一迷茫和探索期，我开始思考，我是否还像从前那样坚持我的目标，扪心自问，答案是肯定的，但是也许不是一名外交官，但我要做与涉外有关系的事情。我选择涉外行业的原因主要有三条：

1.我做涉外行业的主要优势在于，我的专业是法英双学位，因此只要我好好把握这四年的时间，我一定会比别人有所突出，较高的英语能力能增加我的发展机会，同时，深厚的法律素养也能够让我适应新时代下中国建设法治社会的人才需求。另外，经过多年的锻炼，我的演讲水平和文字功底都还不错，这使我即使在将来的不论任何考试中都有优势。同时我喜欢涉外的行业，对职业的热爱会成为我努力向上的不竭动力。

2.其次是市场潜力。随着中国与世界的联系日益紧密，越来越多的外国商家，个人进入中国，同时也有越来越多的中国人走出国门，在这一进一出的过程中，涉外行业的市场变得无限广大。同时，因为涉外行业需要的较高的素质，也为其产生了较高的回报。在政府中的涉外工作人员自然不用说，收入稳定且生活富足。涉外律师以及在外企公司的职位也是毫无疑问会成为中国的高薪阶层。

3.第三方面是人才的缺口，当今，真正精通英语又熟悉法律知识的人才实在是凤毛麟角，而实际上社会需求量又是相当之巨大，因此，如果我能够按照我的目标发展，不断提升各方面的素质，我必然能够找到适合我的位置。

但是我深知，想要成为一名涉外人员，尤其是类似于涉外律师这样的行业，我的身上还存在着一些劣势，亟待解决：

1.作为一名女生，我在就业方面并不存在任何优势，甚至会遇到很多障碍，毕竟我所选择的领域实际上是高强度和高压力的行业，我所面对的将会是各类精英的竞争。

2.我的专业知识并不够充足，因为是双学位，实际上不论是学习哪一门学科的时间都是有限的，因此很容易造成竹篮打水一场空的情况，对此，我必须有清醒的认识，知道自己到底要什么不要什么，有所选择。

五、针对目标的未来规划

我现在还是一名大二的学生，面对剩下的大学三年，我知道我还可以做许多事情。归结起来，就是保研(或考研)，准备司法考试，实习，做好学生工作。

1.我知道，为了实现我的目标，单纯本科的知识是根本应负不了的，因此我必须进行更高一层的深造，研究生的深造。对于保研，现在，我已经申请了两项奖学金，专业一等奖学金和国家奖学金，这两项奖学金基本都可以批下来，也就是说，我还需要再那一个奖学金，且所有科目不低于一定限度，就基本可以获得保研资格。但是我知道，如果想保到外校，我必须在专业排名上相当优秀，但有一点我想当确定，我接受保研就一定是建立在保到外校的基础之上的。比较乐观的因素是近年，我们学院保到名校的机率越来越高，这就为我创造了一定的潜力和机会。

2.准备司法考试和实习都是与我的专业法律有关系的，这些都是我未来的基础。因为大三要进行司法考试，我希望能够一次成功，其实准备司法考试就是一项体力活，只要我认真做了，通过几率是很高的。另外我希望能够找到一家律师事务所实习，毕竟纸上学来终觉浅，我希望能够通过实习真正锻炼自己，也明确一下我的目标。

3.关于学生工作，是因为我大一开始就在校学生会工作，大二有转入法学院团总支，我一直加薪如果大学期间没有进行过学生工作，很多人脉，经验都是难以获得的，所以我打所继续做下去，不论如何，这对我都是有好处的。

针对我的大致规划，我确定了今后三年的时间表。

我知道，其实我的职业规划做的还不够具体，但是我认为，我对未来的把我应该是在一个大的方向下不断细化的，进入大二，我加入了KAB协会，希望能够在其中找到更多的灵感和方向指印。我坚信，只要有梦，勇敢去追，我的人生必然会开出绚丽的花朵。
