1、个人特质

性格中的优势：

外向，有交际能力，和善，不易与人发生争吵，有较强的与人合作与社会适应能力。做事比较严谨，有自己的主见，在工作中较为积极，敢于挑战有难度的事情，不会被小事吓退。

自然有优势也有劣势，性格中的劣势：

不是十分紧急的事往往喜欢最后去做，过于完美主义，往往会因为一些不完美的小细节而走过多弯路，固执，不是自己认为错误的事情会坚守自己的观点，显得有些倔强，只有当有事实证明我的观点错误时我才会去改变自己的观点。

我认为我能适应各种不同类型的工作，而不是局限于部分工作，我相信自己有能力也有信心完成各类不同的工作来证明自己的能力与价值。在我的职业规划中也不会给予过多条条框框来限制自己。

2、解决或改变性格中的劣势

想要成功，发挥性格优势是必不可少的，但同时也应当扬长避短，起码不能让性格中的劣势成为自己成功路上的绊脚石。要注意回避自己的劣势和不足。

我认为：应当做事紧凑点，不要将事情拖到后面在做，当天的事情当天完成，也好应对后面几天有其他事的突发情况。在表达自己观点时应多多注意他人的表现，仔细参考他人意见，过于坚守意见也可能会引起他人的不满，同时遇到过大压力时应有好的宣泄方法，不能憋在心底。应当继续保持自己的竞争心和对成功的追求，没有竞争与追求就没有动力。制定合理的短期目标，中期目标以及长期目标，督促自己不断向目标前进，有阶段性的提升。

我的职业价值观测试报告中显示，我最重视成就感、管理、人际关系。我认为还是比较准确的，在我的性格中，我希望别人给予我肯定，与对我的认同，我希望自己在别人心中是有重要地位的，而我也比较喜欢认识不同的人来拓展自己的人脉关系，我相信“多个朋友多条路，少个朋友多堵墙”这句话 。

1、家庭环境分析

我父母在天津做生意，所以我小的时候几乎是在天津长大的，在初二读完后才回到自己的故乡温州读初三。所以可以说我是南北合壁，既有南方人的精打细算和经商头脑，又有北方汉子的豪爽不拘小节。

我小的时候父亲对我管教比较宽松，而母亲则比较严厉。现在回想起来，我非常感谢我的父母，因为过于溺爱会导致孩子任性而且内心脆弱，而过于严厉则会导致孩子心理阴暗孤僻不驯，如果父母同样严厉或者同样溺爱都不会有现在这么积极乐观的我。所以我对我的童年很满意。

在初三之后，父母由于工作原因不能陪我回来读书，所以初二之后很多事情我都要学会自立，在后面的这几年生活中我改变了很多也学会了很多，以前的我内向，但是生活让我学会了外向与交际，对于父母的依赖也渐渐降低，从一个依赖父母的孩子转变为一个拥有自理能力不用父母操心的孩子。之后很多选择都是我自己决定，也培养了我的主见，在高中同学让父母选择大学的时候，我就自己通过各种渠道去了解，来决定未来的第一步。

随着社会发展，大学生也是越来越多，没有过硬的技术是很难崭露头角的。新时代有新产业，也就更需要人才，而汽车电子专业也是顺应社会需求和趋势所产生的，这几年汽电市场与人才需求也是逐年增高，在发达城市，新的汽车销售中心也是如雨后春笋一般冒出。
