In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. Lanzhouis situated in the temperate zone and enjoys a semi-arid climate (Kppen BSk) with hot summers and very cold and dry winters. Mean annual rainfall is 315 millimetres (12.4 in), almost all of which falls from May to October. The winters are so dry that snow is extremely rare.

春天，家乡的大地万物复苏，小花小草们也从泥土里漏出了嫩芽，来迎接着春的到来，光秃秃的大树们也开始从沉睡中醒来重新焕发了生机，一片片嫩绿的树叶尽情的舒展着身躯。小燕子们也都从遥远的南方飞回来了。我爱家乡的春天爱它的色彩缤纷，爱她的鸟语花香爱它的生机勃勃。

夏季炎炎的夏日当空照耀着大地，知了们也都躲在茂密的大树上大声抱怨着天气的炎热，田间一片金黄，原来是小麦熟了，只见农民伯伯们顶着烈日忙着收获劳动成果，只见他们的头上流下了一滴滴汗水但是他们的脸上却洋溢着幸福的笑容，这时我想到了李绅的“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐粒粒皆辛苦”来。小孩们在嬉戏玩闹着，跑热了他们就会吃上一块雪糕来降温度，可是有的小孩雪糕一吃就吃好几块，肚子可就跟他闹意见了。我也爱家乡的夏季，充满了欢声与笑语。

我把秋天比作一个穿着金色衣裙的仙女，她那轻飘的衣袖拂去了夏日的焦热，将明亮和清爽撒给大地，将沉甸甸的果实奉献给人间，秋天使人们的笑容格外的灿烂我也喜欢秋天

冬天天空飘下皑皑白雪，人们一出去就感觉到很冷，我最喜欢的季节就是冬天了，因为冬天可以在雪地里堆雪人、打雪仗。在冬天还有比堆雪人、打雪仗更有趣的事情吗？屋外是一片银装素裹的世界，如果小孩子们出去玩，就必须穿上厚厚的棉衣，一张张笑脸被冻的通红通红的但是打消不掉玩耍的激情。我热爱这美丽的冬天，

这就是我的家乡，我爱我的家乡我爱我家乡的四季的美。

我的家在东面的一个村落，那里四面环山。非常宁静，我喜欢那。清早，公鸡就在屋顶上窝窝叫。好像是在说：“太阳公公出来啦。别在睡懒觉啦。

我连忙的起床把被子整理好。我还乐滋滋的心想，这次一定是我最早起。可是万万没想到，他们却比我还早起，我觉得和他们比。我应该是个睡懒觉的榜样。

我的家乡可美了，我最喜欢到那经常唱着哗啦啦的歌。那就是我后院的一条小溪流。那水清澈见底。连小石头都看得见，在太阳的照耀下，小石头变得五彩斑斓，那是那么美丽啊。小鱼一直躲这小龙虾。好像在做捉迷藏呢。小鱼一会躲在石头里，一会躲在草头里。躲来躲去，它就像一只害羞的小姑娘。

小溪流四周环境可美了。绿油油的小草在摇头，五颜六色的花在低头害羞呢。
