提起这样一个人物，谁都不会感到陌生，那就是雷铮。众所周知，抚顺是雷锋的第二故乡。抚顺的山山水水都留下了他的足迹，闪烁着雷锋的光辉，他生前的一举一动，都记录在了抚顺的史册上，成为抚顺历史上不朽的篇章。：为了让那动人的一幕幕能让后人来瞻仰学习，为了继承和发扬雷锋精神，在望花区修建了雷锋纪念馆，由江XX主席亲笔题写馆名。近几年，雷锋纪念馆经过了两次大规模的修建，使其更加完善。雷锋纪念馆以独有的雷锋精神和崭新的姿态吸引了大批游客慕名前来瞻仰学习，把雷锋精神播撤到每一个角落。做为一名抚顺人，我们更应该把雷锋精神发扬光大，让人与人之间充满关爱，让我们的生活更美好。

我们抚顺名胜古迹很多。其中，永陵是国家级重点文物保护单位。它是全国闻名的清代关外三陵之一，位于新宾满族自治县永陵镇西北。始建于1598年，陵内葬着努尔哈赤的六世祖、曾祖、祖父、父亲、伯父和叔父。红色的古式建筑被青山绿树环抱着，烘托出一种幽静的气氛，是历史爱好者的好去处。

高尔山公园修建于1983年，位于抚顺城北山，占地150公顷，群山环抱，树木成荫，是一个以自然山林，文物古迹和动物苑囿为主体的大型综合性公园。这里山川秀丽，景物天成，有唐代“新城”遗址，辽代古塔，明代建筑清代修复的观音阁，都保存完好。新建的金碧辉煌的长廊，歇山式的古亭阁“锁阳楼”，色彩鲜明的“双峰寺”，更为古香古色的高尔山增添了一道亮丽的风景。

另一值得观注的就是萨尔浒风景区，位于抚顺城区东部，总面积268平方千米。群山环抱着巨大的人工湖，云山淡淡，烟水悠悠，充满了诗情画意。加之一年四季不同景象的烘托，把风景区装扮得更加多姿多彩。景区内的铁背山、元帅林、罗台山庄疗养院等远近驰名，具有浓郁满族文化气息。每年都接待着众多游览者。但萨尔浒风景区仍有发展的潜力，可以更好地开发利用，增加可观性，以旅游业的发展促进抚顺经济的发展。

如今，抚顺各处都在修路建桥，这虽然会造成短时间内的交通秩序不佳，但这带来的将是抚顺交通事业的繁荣发展，也必将带来抚顺经济的腾飞。

抚顺日新月异，进步飞速，在不久的将来，抚顺将更加兴盛，更加孩荣。抚顺必将因为我们的建设而走向新的辉煌！

一锅浓香四溢的小鸡炖蘑菇，渗透着一股热情开放的东北气息。 我在饭桌前盯着今天佳肴的主角——小鸡炖蘑菇。越看越馋，就迫不及待地揭开了锅盖，一股浓香扑鼻而来，我情不自禁地闭上双眼，浓浓的鸡肉香加上蘑菇特有的清香，如同在大草原上驰骋般自由舒畅的感觉，也如同在农家玩耍，开心淳朴的感觉。

闻着、闻着不禁想看看这美味长什么样。我睁开双眼，擦亮瞳仁，端详着这碗小鸡炖蘑菇，汤黄澄澄的，上面漂着一层黄油，一块块黄得让人垂涎欲滴的鸡肉，深黄色的鸡肉与淡黄色的鸡汤结合成了一道人间美味！对了，还有清香四溢的蘑菇，蘑菇呈咖啡色，用小刀在顶部划了两个口子，这样美味、营养就更容易进去了。

说了这么多该尝尝了，我夹了一块蘑菇刚放进嘴里，顿时鲜得我舌头都差点掉了下来，咀嚼一下，就有很多汁流出来，那营养价值可高了，紧接着我又来了一块肉，那滋味更香、更鲜。

鸡汤把鸡肉的营养、鲜味以及蘑菇的爽滑、鲜露都综合了起来，另外还有小葱的醇香和生姜的辣味，让我胃口大增，喝了整整三大碗，我觉得这世界上只有小鸡炖蘑菇最合我的胃口了！

我的家乡有宽阔的街道，风景优美的公园，特色的小吃，但名气最大的当然是瓷器啦!景德镇的瓷器历史悠久，在一千多年前的宋代就很兴盛。家乡的陶瓷素有“白如玉、明如镜、薄如纸、生如磬。”的美誉。陶器品种繁多，由典雅修理的青花瓷、玲珑剔透的玲珑瓷、五彩缤纷的粉彩瓷、斑斓绚丽的颜色釉……

走进景德镇的大街小巷，瓷器无处不在。映入眼帘的是琳琅满目的瓷器商铺，古香古色的瑶里风景区，栩栩如生的瓷龙……每当丹桂飘香，闻名中外的瓷博会在我的家乡拉开帷幕，成为一道亮丽的风景线。到那时世界各地的陶瓷爱好者都会在瓷博会上参观、交流。

学校里，孩子们的课本都变成了平板电脑。考试时，为了防止抄袭，课桌会自动升起一面小墙，如果你动了歪心思，你的平板电脑就会自动黑屏并且报警，所以，二十年后的安康校园里，再也没有抄袭现象，同学们各个都学到了真正的知识。

贴“春联”和贴“福”字这两个活也是我的，得大年初一一大早就贴上。“福”字还得倒着贴，意思是“福到了”。屋里屋外、门上墙上，到处都是大大小小的“福”字，显得很是喜庆，寄托了我们徐州人民对幸福生活的向往。

“放鞭炮”和“拜年”是我最最喜欢的了。响炮、花炮，长的、短的，别人不敢放的我都敢放。拜年！那是为了赚“压岁钱”，每年这时候我都是满载而归！特“爽”！

说到“守岁”，那我可就是“说话的巨人，行动的矮子”了，一过了十二点，就困得上下眼皮直打架，早把自己说过的话丢到九霄云外去了！

最后就到了元宵节。吃元宵（我们徐州人叫吃“汤圆”，是团圆的意思）、点花灯、猜灯谜是我们徐州的习俗。我的书柜里有一个用面做的“老鼠灯”，是小时候带我的保姆奶奶给我做的，惟妙惟肖，活灵活现，真是神奇极了！

过完了元宵节，春节才算真正过完了。而每年的这时，我都是意犹未尽，真恨不得再重来一遍，没有办法，只好掰着手指头盼着下一个春节快点到来！

As a computer professional students, I love this professional and for its input great enthusiasm and energy.

I thought positive progress, the personality is bright, the life style of rigorous, a strong sense of responsibility, handle affairs composed, persistence, can bear hardships and stand hard work, strong adaptability, have good psychological quality. I motivated actively seek, love the motherland, support the communist party of China, to the party organization actively, aligning with our great communist party of China. I still adhere to the four cardinal principles and reform and opening up policy, concerned, the state and society has a strong spirit of patriotism. Earnestly implement the school is rigorous, realistic, united, into the school motto, study the spirit of lei feng to help others, actively join some compulsory activity and insist on doing good to the society.

In study, I study purpose, basic knowledge, and strive to achieve the balanced development of various aspects, in the process of learning, I pay attention to integrating theory with practice, although the practice is not enough, but I will strive to increase in the later work and study. In life, I am strict with myself, life is simple, life style is rigorous, take an active part in all kinds of beneficial social activities and carefully into the school organization activities, eager to participate in class activities.

Love of learning, work sedate careful, can bear hardships and stand hard work, can work independently, reality get to work the ability and also has the group are synergetic spirit, have good professional ethics and sense of responsibility, can quickly adapt to various environment, and fuses. Accept ability is good, strong self-learning ability, good interpersonal relationship, this is my biggest advantage, it makes me can quickly learn what they need, and the application. Loves a challenge, confident, have the stronger team consciousness.

My name  . There are 4 people in my family. My father  a Chemtry teacher. He teaches chemtry in senior high school. My mother  an Englh teacher. She teaches Englh in the university. I have a younger brother, he  a junior high school student and  preparing for the entrance exam.

I like to read Englh story books in my free time. Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read. Reading E- books  fun. In addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.

I hope to study both Englh and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects. Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.
