在我的家乡有一项比较宏伟的建筑——东江大桥。桥下面jius一条河，这河叫东江河，清澈的河底倒映着桥的样子，时不时有鱼儿跃起，把这倒影给分散，泛起一圈圈水的波纹。

桥的色彩jius朴素的，有点灰色又有点白。它由两大部分筑成；（1）jius桥身（2）jius挽起桥身的桥墩，厚实而粗大，给桥身以安全感。

东江桥长大约有200多米，宽有8多米，可以同时通过两辆车。如果你在桥上，一阵凉风拂过，再看看底下的河，清澈没污染，会让你的心情顺畅而开朗。

桥的扶手上雕刻着许多图案，有老虎，有狮子等十二生肖。

这桥坐落在我们学校旁边，所以常常会有学生偷偷溜出去观赏，特别jius春天。春天的“桥上风景”那可美了，没去桥上看的人就jius不知道春天的美在哪。桥身由四条桥墩支撑，那桥墩jius非常坚固的，就算洪水来了也绝不会倒塌。我爱它，因为它的坚固，给了我们人民安全和方便。

我的家乡在惠来，那里风景优美，是个好地方，尤其是我们葵潭镇的世铿院。

世铿院是惠来县林家的祠堂，那里有许多文艺雕刻。一进门就是林世铿先生的雕像，两边都是花花草草，四周的围墙是古人的诗词名言。其中有我最熟悉的一首诗春日，这是宋代诗人朱熹写的。祠堂中间有我最感兴趣的九龙吐珠，这个雕刻很有意思，是由九条雕刻的龙围成的一个喷泉，中间有一颗龙珠，九条龙围着它，时不时喷出水来，美丽极了。看着看着，我仿佛觉得自己变成了一条龙，在那争着取龙珠。

我的家乡在**界冲，那里山美水美。到了木棉花开的季节，随处可见火红火红的木棉花，漂亮极了。其中，我最喜欢去的地方是青年水库。

走进青年水库，要经过一条弯弯的小路，小路边有一排排茂盛的竹林，远远望去，一片青绿的草组成了四个大字青年水库。走上堤坝，眼前立刻浮现出一幅画的景象，一座又一座的大山连在一起，把水库围绕在中间。不远处有许多小山坡，山坡上树很多，草很深。走进水库边一看，水是那样清，清得能看到水里的鱼游来游去；水又是那样深，那样绿，绿得像是被大山的绿树、绿草染过似的。偶尔可以看到水库上空飞着一两只美丽的大雁，这简直就是一幅活的画！

我的家乡可美啦，它在西峪村，那里有连绵不断的山峰，叮叮咚咚的泉水，郁郁葱葱的树木，美丽的蝌蚪池但我最喜欢的还是美丽的蝌蚪池。

春天，池里的水苏醒了，叮咚叮咚每天早上，这清脆的歌声把我唤醒，提醒我去上学。

夏天，郁郁葱葱的树木，五彩缤纷的花朵包围着蝌蚪池，我们趴在池边捉蝌蚪，有的人捉了拿去饲养，有的人捉了送给朋友、老师，还有的人捉了就直接又放回去了。

秋天，金黄而又顽强的花草立在池边，好似一个个卫兵笔直地守护着蝌蚪池。虽然水变得更凉、更冰了，但是我们扔去捉蝌蚪。

before i came here,i can never imagine that i can learn so much knowledge about other countries, which can"t be got from my books in school. three months ago, i took my first class. unfortunately, i felt so embarrassed, because i even can"t speak any words, though i know i really love english .

Let me introduce myself first. My name is LiShuai, and my English name is MONO Chen. Ive finished my undergraduate education in ZhongShan University, Majoring in Electronic Science and Technology.

I am an open-minded and smart boy/girl with broad interests, like playing basketball, reading, especially in engineering such as software programming, website designing as well as hardware designing. I designed two websites in the past four years: one is the website of our school, and the other one is the website of the Doctor Forum China 2007. Furthermore, I am interested in C plus plus programming language and have written some application programs. My supervisor says I did an excellent job in the graduate project last July about Image Process. In addition, I have also finished some projects about embedded system by using MCU when I was a junior.

Broad interest does not make me perfect in each specific area due to the insufficient knowledge and practice, so I think further study is definitely important for me to realize self-value.

The major I expected is IC design. I found that integrated circuits plays a more and more important role in modern society. For example, with the recognition by the government, the domestic integrated circuits industry is growing rapidly and that may provide a great amount of chances for us.

I plan to focus my research in this field in the graduate time. And I hope I can have a systematic view of micro electronics and IC design technology and making a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here.

the giraffe eats mostly leaves.because is has a long neck, it can reach the leves high up on the trees.

snakes are cold-blooded animals. they take many things as food, such as mice, sparrows, frogs, birdseggs, pests and so on. as snakes are dreadfullooking, people are afraid of them.

in fact, snakes are not as dreadful as they look. they can help us to kill mice and pests. they can provide us with delicious meat. their blood is a good drink.poisonous snakes are especially useful. we can make valuable drugs with them.

nowadays, the biggest nature park for panda in china is in sichuan. there is a research centre for nature and wild life there. scientists hope that one day they will have enough pandas to be set free and let them live in the wild again.

Elephant is the largest animal on land today. It weights some ninety kilograms and is about one metre high when born. When it is 12 years old, it studs over three meters and does not grow any more. Elephant is usually grey in color, having a long trunk with large ivory tusks protruding from each side of its mouth. Usually moving in groups and caring for each other, Elephant is know to be a very and gentle creamre. For many years people have used the strength of these poweful animals to move trees and heavy logs. Elephant has been and is a vital tool for people to do many things that would normally be imposs-ible. Elephant is and will continue to be one of the greatest creatures man has ever come into contact with. Its size. beauty, and power willforever be useful to man.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to Englh such as ltening to Englh songs, watching Englh movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some Englh clubs or institutes. I used to go abroad for a short- term Englh study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life Englh and saw a lot of different things.

I think language  very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wh I could study and read more Englh literatures and enlarge my knowledge.
