Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. 清晨，一只只纯洁可爱的海鸥在蔚蓝的天空中自由地翱翔。金黄色的沙滩上，一派迷人的景色。人们在沙滩上玩耍、嬉戏，颠着沙滩排球；沙雕艺术家们用那灵巧的双手，雕刻出古老的城堡……海面上，更是美不胜收。有时海面像一位美丽的少女，妩媚娇美，常常害羞地躺起来，使海面尤如丝绸般平滑；有时海面又像一位战土，勇猛无比，使出浑身解数，把岩石撞得“嘭嘭”直响。

除了山和海，连云港更有历史悠久的古城——海州。虽然经历了两千多年的风雨，但古城的风采仍是随处可见。另外，孔望山上遗留下来的汉代摩崖石刻和将军崖岩画，不仅具有观赏价值，更具有无比的文化研究价值。
