今天，秋高气爽、万里无云。圣荣小学的操场上彩旗飘扬。究竟是在干吗？原来是在举行一年一度的秋季运动会。、

运动会开始了。首先举行的是运动会开幕式。这次的运动会开幕式和往日的运动会开幕式不太一样。这次的运动会开幕式跟化妆舞会差不多。你瞧，有的班级代表队的同学装扮成了小动物，有的装扮成了小精灵，还有点装扮成了多啦A梦……我们班装扮成了“鬼。”

接下来运动会正式开始了。100米、200米、400米、800米、1000米……都过去了。很快，就轮到了仰卧起坐。

做为仰卧起坐运动员的我，心里非常紧张，心脏“怦怦”地跳个不停。因为仰卧起坐不是一种技术活，而是一种体力活。还因为我今年上四年级，虽然跟三年级比，但我毫无把握。原因只有一个，三年级小巧、灵活。

很快，我就被老师带到了比赛现场。我紧紧地叮住老师的嘴，生怕老师下的命令我听不见。“开始。”一声令下，同学们立刻投入到比赛当中，我也不例外。一个、二个、三个……做到第二十一个的时候，我忽然感觉非常累，做的速度也渐渐慢了下来。三十五、三十六、三十七、三十八……又做到了三十九个的时候，我实在做不动了。但又想起为班级争光，继续坚持了下来。四十五、四十六。“停。”老师大声叫道。我一分钟做了四十六个。

回到座位后，我一直盯着领奖处大姐姐的嘴巴。下面宣布三四年纪仰卧起坐成绩。第一名，4。4……Yes！我得了第二名！我急忙跑到领奖处领奖。第二名是一个大大的相册！

运动会就要结束了。最后，我们举行了闭幕式。在闭幕式上，校长给我们颁发了证书，我们班得了“道德风尚奖”。

我喜欢运动会！

运动是很健康，做起来又轻松又快乐的，现在就让我来介绍我最爱的运动——骑单车。

我在小学二年级时，学会骑两轮的单车，当时我努力不懈想学会，每天把自己搞得灰头土脸，仍是乐在其中，不肯放弃。犹记得某天晚上，爸爸下班回家时，带回了一辆小折，更激起了我学单车的决心，我的家人说我当时好像一位即将要死，也要战到最后一刻的军人。还有一次，我的邻居介绍我去一个地方——公园，那儿拥有很大的广场，也是我学会骑单车的?密花园。

在学骑单车的过程中，也碰到了许多困难，例如：天公不作美、家有临时有事，或是巷子太窄，车子排满了街道，以及爸妈不愿放我出门骑单车…等等，各种千奇百怪的困难，硬生生地出现在我的面前，当时的我，可是花了九牛二虎之力，才顺利学习到单车技巧的。我也不得不感谢我妈，愿意每个星期六、日让我去公园玩，记得那时听到时，我和弟弟高兴到愣住了，因为实在是太棒了。

骑单车是一个很好的运动，既不会像球类运动那种激烈，也不会像散步那样太轻松，更重要的是我非常喜欢骑单车，我还告诉自己，未来一定要参加“单车成年礼”，为我的单车贡献一分心力;还有，还有，在十六岁生日时能骑上一公里;十八岁生日时骑上十公里;最后，希望二十岁时可以组队上西藏，因为，单车骑士的热血旅程就是我热爱单车的“最终极梦想”啊!

Sports help everyone to keep healthy, happy, and efficient.So I pay special attention to games, especially table-tennis. Table tennis is my favorite game.I play it almost every day.

Table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action. It strengthens our muscles, expands our lungs, promotes the circulation of the blood, and causes a healthy action of the skin. Besides, it is very amusing and does not cost us much money.Table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football.It is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days.Thus, it is my favorite kind of exercise.

接着，就是3000米跑步，我们班长跑健将王利名闪亮出场！随着枪声的一响，王利名像一枝离弦的箭一样飞奔在跑道上……我们给王利名卖力加油，王利名听到我们的加油声，于是，王利名加快速度，奋力拼搏，坚持到底，终于取得了第2名的优异成绩！

时光飞快地来到了下午。我们班不仅长跑好，男子接力也很萌萌哒！第1棒李佳，拼尽全身力气将棒准确传给第2棒的赵忠元，眼看后面被别人追上，赵忠元使劲全身力气，逆转了平常的速度，迅速递给第3棒的田乐源，赵忠元已落对手半圈，但田乐源也不甘示弱，将棒子递给第4棒的张旭。张旭接棒拔腿就跑，最后冲向了终点，漂亮！我们取得了男子接力的第一名，也获得了精神文明集体奖！

运动会圆满结束，每人心中都装满了美好的回忆。我们要珍惜这一次回忆，储存在自己的青春记忆中。运动会是一首谱写着使运动员拼搏进取的歌！
