一个周末下午，天气晴朗，我又屁颠屁颠地跟着爸爸去跑步。一开始，我铆足劲，奋力往前冲，很快把他甩在了后面。我得意地对爸爸喊：“哈哈！看见了吧，我超越你了！”可才刚刚跑了半圈，我就大口大口地喘气，脚步也慢下来了，可能是之前跑太快而体力透支了吧。爸爸抓准时机，一举超过了我。我想追，可双腿变成了千斤顶，不听指挥，真恨不得一屁股坐在地上。最终，我停了下来，沮丧地蹲在草坪上。爸爸折了回来，拍拍我的肩膀：“孩子，别灰心。爸爸腿脚比你长，自然跑起来会快些，好好练，总有一天你会超过我的！”小小的我似乎明白了什么，又跑了起来。

“小朋友，好样的，年纪这么小，就能长跑了，你真棒！”是谁呢？我扭头一看，哦！原来是一位个子高高的阿姨，她也在跑步，还对我微笑呢！我浑身来劲了，又向前冲去。那一回，我破天荒地把爸爸甩在了后面。我发现，即使没有爸爸的糖果，我已然陶醉于胜利带来的那份喜悦。

我开始喜欢长跑了。每一回，当我跑得口干舌燥，精疲力竭，想要放弃时，“好好练……别灰心……”爸爸的话犹如一架引擎装在了我的身上，我的体内便突然有了力量，有了坚持的勇气。上了小学，我跑步的地点也变成了学校对面的中山公园体育场。400米、800米……现在我能坚持跑完2400米了，身体也越来越结实了。不知不觉中，当我再次与爸爸比赛时，我惊讶地发现，我早已遥遥领先了。当他叹着气说他老了时，我总是扮个鬼脸笑着说：“啊，你是老小孩，我是小大人，你输定啦……哈哈……！”

我享受着长跑的乐趣。我喜欢奔跑时，微风拂过耳旁那清凉的惬意；我喜欢奔跑时，脚步如鼓点扣击大地的回响；我喜欢奔跑时，大汗淋漓、洗尽铅尘的快感。我享受着 “冬季长跑”一马当先的快乐，校运会夺得名次的喜悦更令我陶醉。

生命在于运动，长跑已成为我生活中的一种习惯。它锻炼了我的意志，强健了我的体魄。我长跑，我快乐！
