我们班还剩两项体育达标项目没完成，于是，周老师决定先考4×10往返跑，我们来到了达标场地。不一会儿，轮到我了，我迅速站好位，做好准备，“预备——吁——”只听哨子一响，我就像离弦的箭向前飞跑，跑到折返点我迅速换好木块，赶紧往回跑，冲刺！……“金星宇12″6”“哇——”我差点喊出声来，我怎么跑得那么慢？可惜呀！

Nowadays, watching TV has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. After working, people will turn on the TV to watch the show they like. It is a good way for people to relax themselves. In fact, his disobeying game rules sets a bad example for young people, and his abandoned behavior encourages people to experiment with sex and violence. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

Last week, my friends asked me to spend the weekend in the house that near

the lake. It is one of my friends’ house, where their families often spend the

holiday together. Though the house was not big, the environment around was

really beautiful. In the daytime, we walked around the lake and appreciated the
