寒假里最快乐的莫过于过年了。穿上崭新的衣服，吃丰富的水果、大餐，放花炮、收红包、尽情地玩，尤其是我的生日在大年初二，我们全家在一起吃生日蛋糕，吹生日蜡烛，祝愿我快乐成长。

一转眼，年要过完了，我的新学期也就开始了。

“我们都有一个家，名字叫中国……”每当我听到这首歌，心中就油然而生一种自豪感。

伴随着改革开放的春风，我们的祖国到处发生了日新月异的变化。而我的家乡——学富，一个以烈士命名的古老乡镇，也跟着她的脚步，发生了天翻地覆的变化。你瞧：

路变宽了。近两年，我们学富镇新建了一条又一条宽阔的公路。尤其是杨斌路，宽得能并排开五辆车，路两旁安装了一盏盏新亮的路灯，摆放着一个个崭新的垃圾桶……一切都显得那么井然有序。

楼房变多变高了。奎王村的居民进行了拆迁，都搬进了高大的楼房里；曙光园小区、同心小区等高楼林立，充满了城镇的气息。

厂房变多了。在曙光路与杨斌路交叉处，工业园区的建立，使得一座座厂房像春笋般拔地而起，也让我们学富镇逐步变成工业化的强镇。

农贸市场变大变亮了。位于幼儿园路西的农贸市场，今年也进行了重修，比以前大而亮，各种商品摆放得整整齐齐，让人赏心悦目。

教育教学设施变好变全了。小学的教学楼进行修建后，面貌焕然一新。每个教室都安装了多媒体，学生的课堂为此也变得生动有趣。塑胶跑道为学生的锻炼提供了优良的场地，图书馆也为学生提供了广泛的阅读天地。幼儿园也进行了扩建以及硬件的投入，使得其通过了省级幼儿园的验收。

环境变美了，人变文明了。一条条街道清清爽爽，一座座楼房井然有序。人们之间和睦友好，打麻将的人少了，上工厂上班的多了；争吵声少了，相互打招呼的多了。

现在的学富正以一个全新的面貌展现在全镇人民面前，也展现在全中国、乃至全世界人民的面前。我们相信在中国共产党的领导下，我们学富的明天会变得越来越美好；我们祖国的明天也会变得越来越美好！

我为有这样一个“家”而感到自豪，我爱我的“家”。

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December. It is a very happy day for many boys and girls. Before the term ends in some schools, the children act a nativity or “birth” play, showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

Some people think that keeping pets is a good thing. They say that it is an

hobby which should had. They also claim that pets make lives more colorful and

entertaining for both women and men.
