1、自我认识

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology

(NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During

the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among

the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I

got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5%

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to

narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and

Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It

is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled

a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This

was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and

experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research

interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research

(especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid

system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

为适应社会发展的需求，我努力学好专业知识，多次获得奖学金，较深入、全面地掌握了软件编程、硬件维护与开发、网络应用技术等计算机科学基础理论以及计算机在企业管理、工业生产、辅助设计制造等方面的应用知识，同时注意结合自身专业特点，结合动手实践，先后参与了校新闻网页设计大赛、校程序设计大赛、挑战杯中国大学生创业计划竞赛、校科研立项项目，同时根据自己的爱好，进行了物业管理师的培训及资格认证考核、暑期社会实践调查，都取得了不凡的成绩。

作为一名即将毕业的2017年应届计算机专业的大学生，我所拥有的是年轻和知识，使我不畏困难，善于思考，但年轻也意味着阅历浅，更需要虚心向学。同时，我也深知，毕业只是求学的一小步，社会才是一所真正的大学。我今天的求职，也正是希望得到一个更好的学习机会，从而能以更好的工作成绩为国家和单位贡献力量，同时去实现人生价值。
