这次期中考试，学生英语成绩很不理想，两极分化十分明显，部分语法知识的掌握不够牢固，尤其是个别题 反复做过几次也没能把握好，阅读理解能力和书面表达能力比较弱。具体有以下几点：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，学生遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

3、培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题。

4、讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语。

5、在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。

6、设计全面、高校的课外作业，并进一步培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范，正确地书写;每周写一篇作文。

7、在教学过程中， 还需加大学习力度，积极研究探索教学方法并及时改变，就一定能提高整体英语水平。

家父甚爱茶，因而常促膝品饮香茗。玉壶含烟，青云袅袅，香气四溢……每每饮茶便不是神仙而胜似仙，轻曲肆扬，弹出了乐者的凄凉，奏出的是心灵的释放。有茶，有曲的日子中我逐渐地成长，在那幽幽茶香背后有着怎样的故事……茶香背后，爱如泛起的浪。

1997年，我7岁。

随父亲的脚步下江南到茶的盛产地杭州。那是在雨中成长发展的城市，美丽的西湖吸引了众人却不迷惑我，十里苏堤使人驻足却无法令我留连。在那个叫“龙井”的地方有一口古井在吸引我，召唤我前往……在那里，我第一次见到了成片的茶园;采茶姑娘们忙着采茶忙着唱茶歌;虎跑泉水汩汩地冒出象新生的婴儿一样充满了活力。我学着将光滑的小手伸入抄茶锅中，却被高温烫得流了眼泪;在茶叶博物馆中对着茶圣陆羽致敬，并被制止不许与他的雕像合影。

那是我第一次与茶亲密接触，体会了她的一点点零星文化……

2006年，我16岁。

我考取了茶艺师国家职业资格证书，并开始真正喜欢茶、了解茶、爱好茶。在成长中学会了看文言从而开始读茶经;学会了欣赏诗词从而开始读历代茶诗;学会了要健康生活便常常提醒别人科学饮茶科学用茶。那是一种快乐的感受，给外国人讲中国茶文化做茶艺表演，告诉那些自以为是的洋人们“我们五千年的文化不容忽视”!生活中离不开茶，因为茶让我时刻清醒而又温和……

同龄的孩子们偏爱咖啡，而我却钟情于茶。因为茶的陪伴使我变得冷静而沉着，不急功近利也不毛毛躁躁……与人为善，一如茶的水性。面对困难不怕，因为茶告诉我，人生一曰清苦，二曰甘冽，三曰回味，成长，就是在这三味中进行的，经历过，自然将有所得。

As is known to all， food is a priority for the mon people.Recently，

however， reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers，

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money， leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences。 This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers。 Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

better life.

I think much about my future that it’s good. First of all, I must have a healthy body so that I can work or do anything. I strongly support that saying that the body is the root of the revolution. Besides, I think I will have a harmonious family with my wife and children. I am the support of my family. I must work hard for them, so a good job is necessary. I want to be an engineer that earns a lot. And I will support my parents and my wife’s. From this point, a good job is extremely important.
