My hometown is Guiyang, a small city in Southwest China, surrounded by

rolling green mountains. A river runs through it, with locust trees lining along

both banks. In Spring the locust trees all blossom at the same time, spreading

the delicate fragrance all around the city. In Summer there will be little boats

floating on the river, the laughter of children resonating with the sound of the

running water.

I was born and grew up in the city, and Im very affectionate to it. It

rains a lot, but the climate is very mild, neither too cold nor too hot

throughout the year. It is small and not very prosperous, but people there are

warm-hearted and straightforward. The life pace there is slow and peaceful. Its

a good place for spending hot summer days.

一、节约水资源；

可以将我们家的马桶换成一种后面连着洗手池的马桶。这样，我们就可以用上完厕所后的洗手水来冲厕所。

应当循环用水，洗完米后的水其实可以浇花草，洗餐盘等，都会有不错的效果，不需要新灌水。

二、节约纸资源：

在写字的时候，字可以写小点，且充分利用纸的空白处，废纸可以用来作草稿。

三、节约电资源：

家里各个房间的点灯、电扇、电视机、空调等在无人的情况下要及时关掉。

应该合理调整电视机的亮度和音量，亮度越高和音量越大就越费电，并且不要频繁地开关电器。

珍惜资源，保护环境，让我们从现在做起，从你我做起，从点点滴滴做起，珍惜地球赐予我们的一切自然资源……

What is honesty? Honesty means speaking the truth and being fair and

upright in act.Considered a virtue,it is admired in every country and every

culture.So,Is it necessary to be honest all the time .

However,there are people who try to get benefits by dishonest means.

For example,some students copy the exercises done by others or cheat in

examinations in order to get good marks. The same thing may be said of a

merchant who tries to get rich by deceving customers. Those people may succeed

for a time,but sooner or later,they will be caught.

How can cheating on exams be prevented? The measures may vary from case to

case.But I think,the students must first be well informes of the negative effect

on the learning atmosphere of the university and the studentscharacter. Then

the students who were caught in the act of cheating can be criticizedpublicly,

punished or even expelled from the university.

随着现代社会的快速发展，“环保”逐渐成为公众关注的话题。环保，众所周知，就是保护环境，爱绿护绿——呵护自然的那一份美丽！

Christmas is the most important festival in the western world. It falls on

December 25th. When my mother and I stayed in America, we were invited by one of

my mothers friends to have Christmas with an American family. We bought some

presents for our American friends on our way to their house.They had prepared

different kinds of gifts for their family and guests when we got to their house,

such as Christmas candles, cakes, cards, little toys, biscuits and so on. A

Christmas tree was placed in the comer of the brilliant hall. How beautiful it

was! We were impressed by these. We had a big meal. After dinner, they told us

some interesting stories about Christmas. We learned that Christmas had

something to do with God. We went to bed at midnight. Though we knew the Santa

Claus was not true, we were still waiting for the Santa Claus with white beard

to bring us presents.And we received many beautiful presents the next

morning.This Christmas was really unforgettable. Not only did I have a good

time, but also I knew something about foreign culture.

Iraq is a part of the Middle East next to Iran & Kuwait. It is very

important to the rest of the world because of its underground petroleum

fields.

It is said that oil is industrial blood and for this reason perhaps the war

started.

On September 11,2001,the Twin Towers in New York as well as parts of the

Pentagon were destroyed by an airplane planned by terrorists, which made George

Bush declared to fight the country’s enemies.It was said that Iraq still

Also,there are some people who don`t pay attention to hygiene and they can`t stop littering the rubbish casually or spitting everywhere all the time.And in addition, there are a few factories often cutting down the trees, discharging chemicals and dirty water and so on.And it causes many problems like the Greenhouse Effect.If they do these day by day and our life will be harder and harder,so we have to stop them. One day three men got a bottle of wine. But the wine was not enough for the

我每次走出教室，来到走廊，几乎每一次都会看到许多同学把一些垃圾随手扔掉。这，这不仅仅破坏了学校的环境，更是心理的打击、创伤。虽然有许多人都不在乎，都不想就扔了，但这受害的不是他人，而是自己。学校是我们的第二个家，如果我们连家都保洁不了的话，那我们凭什么在这里？根本没资格在这里。许多人都会这样想：“这没什么大不了的呀！扔了就扔了，根本不用去想的。”虽然，一时半会不会有太大的影响，但，如果不从小事做起，不从身边的一点一滴做起，怎么会有所成就呢？所以，“清洁校园，保护环境”就从现在开始吧！从身边的一点一滴开始吧！正所谓：“改变世界一点点，你也可以。”现在，我校正在积极开展“清洁校园，保护环境”的活动，严抓随手扔垃圾的同学，改善校园环境，让我们积极参与进去，提倡“杜绝随手扔垃圾”。我相信，不久之后，我们的校园一定会越变越美，一定！

改善环境，保洁校园，是我们每一个学生的义务，让我们行动起来，一起来好好爱护，保洁我们这个美丽的校园！

My home town is a beautiful place。 It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice。

我的家乡是一个美丽的地方。它坐落在一条宽阔的河流和丰富的鱼和米饭。

But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town。 Many people had no work。 They lived a hard life。

但是在过去它是一个贫穷落后的小城镇。很多人没有工作。他们过着艰苦的生活。

In 1949 my hometown was liberated。 Since then great changes have taken place there。 The streets have been widened。 Factories， schools， hospitals， cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another。 The life of the people is greatly improved。

1949我的家乡解放。自那时以来发生了巨大的变化。街道已拓宽。工厂，学校，医院，电影院和剧院如雨后春笋般涌现出来。人民的生活大大改善。

I love my hometown。 All the more I love its people。 They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful。

我爱我的家乡。所有我爱的人。他们正在努力工作以使它更丰富、更美丽。

我曾经在书上看到过这样一幅画：一只老虎哭丧着脸，表情忧郁的坐在山坡上，旁边插了一个说明牌：“为了生存，特将屁股供人玩摸，每次伍元。”老虎周围的树都被砍伐了，只留下一个个光秃秃的树墩，树墩上的年轮无情地暴露在外面，而四周土地也十分荒凉。

俗话说：“老虎屁股摸不得。”老虎为了生存，放下了尊严，做着最后的反抗，却仍旧换不回从前的家园。当家园失去，尊严在生存面前已变得一文不值。人们口口声声要保护大自然，保护动物，还放生了动物园里的一些动物，但是不久之后，它们却被做成“貂皮大衣”。

人们将一些动物列入“濒危动物”，甚至将它们放在舒适的“玻璃牢”里养起来。现在的森林中，动物数量减少，树木也不茂盛，只有几颗高大的松树在勉强维持着所谓“森林”的原貌。人们一边声称要保护动物，却又一边猎杀它，破坏它们的家园，砍伐树木，这样的保护是真的保护吗？

这种建立在他人痛苦之上的快乐，根本就不会让人感到开心，如果我们是动物，看着自己的家园被别人破坏，自己昔日的伙伴被人猎杀，心里会怎么想呢？

如果，人们能停止对生态的破坏，停止对环境的污染，这样，不就是对动物最好的的保护，最好的爱护吗？

周末，我和爸爸妈妈来到十六潭公园郊游。一路上，鸟语花香，到处充满的春天的气息路旁的柳树妹妹租着自己的小辫子，小草从土里慢慢的探出头来。

终于到了目的地，找到了一块小小的空地，爸爸铺好了一张长长的，蓝白相间的餐布，妈妈小心翼翼地拿出食物，把香蕉三明治，还有我最喜欢的鸡翅和鸡腿等等，放到餐布，我盯着我最喜欢的鸡翅，一把抢过来，闻了闻，舔了舔嘴巴，咽了咽口水，大力的撕开袋子，狼吞虎咽，然后一边吃一边说："妈妈，还有没有吃的啦！"妈妈转了身，理了理衣服，微笑的说："这里还有，小心点别噎着。”我吃完了鸡翅，留下了骨头，我都扔在草地上，骨头正好被茂盛的小草给掩盖住了，我看到了也不理睬。还继续吃，然后，吃完的垃圾袋被我一个一个的扔到的草地上，最后我四周到处都是垃圾。

忽然我看到穿着橘色的衣服的清洁工，正在那边弯着腰打扫边上的垃圾。满头大汗，伸出像树皮一样的手，走到我的旁边，先用钳子把垃圾放到垃圾箱，接着轻轻拿着扫把到处扫，然后，放进垃圾箱。最后就默默的走了。

后来我又看到一个小男孩手上提着一袋垃圾，走进垃圾箱，垫起了脚，把垃圾袋扔进去。我的脸顿时像红红的大苹果。想起老师说过，"保护环境，人人有责。”我就决定一定不能扔垃圾，要爱护环境。

The tree is our good friend, it can turn carbon dioxide into oxygen, can reduce the noise, can block the sand, can prevent water loss and soil erosion... Starts from me, saving every piece of paper, children all over the world can save a lot of a lot of paper, you can retain a lot of trees, you can leave a big forest, desert, less and less, more and more pure and fresh air, green more and more. How I wish my hometown mountain more green, and blue, the water environment of our lives forever charactizing a fine spring day.

We used in battery life; it contains lead, if throw it carelessly, section 1 waste batteries can lose one square metre of soil utilization value forever. In many countries, many areas have carried out recycling of waste batteries. In Germany, to buy a new battery, used batteries must be pay back. So, we should to find a "home" for waste batteries. I hope we panzhihua environmental protection departments also set up waste battery recycling. Thoroughly protect the soil so that it can always grow crops.

Save a piece of paper, recycling waste battery section... Although we do is small, but it made great contribution for environmental protection. I hope my classmates from now on, all to do an environmental small guards. There is only one earth, we have to take care of it.

环保是一个很大的工程，但我们可以从身边的小事做起，为保护环境做很多事。

我们每天都要用纸，你知道纸张是怎么来的吗?是用大树来造纸的。全世界每年都要砍掉很多树来造纸。我看过一个专题电视，节约1500张纸，就可以保留一棵大树。大树是我们的好朋友，它可以把二氧化碳变为氧气，可以降低噪音，可以挡住风沙，可以防止水土流失……从我做起，节约每一张纸，全世界的小朋友可以节约很多很多纸，就可以保留很多很多大树，就可以留下一片大森林，沙漠越来越少，空气越来越清新，绿色越来越多。我多希望我的家乡山更青、水更绿，我们生活的环境永远鸟语花香。

我们生活中用到的电池，它含有铅，如果把它随手乱扔，1节废电池可以使一平方米的土壤失去永远的利用价值。很多国家、很多地区都开展了废电池的回收。在德国，购买新电池的时候，必须将废旧电池交回来。所以，我们应该给给废电池找个“家”。我希望我们攀枝花的环保部门也设立废旧电池回收站。好好的保护土壤，让它可以永远长出庄稼。

节约一张纸、回收一节废旧电池……我们做的虽然是小事，但却为环保做了大贡献。我希望我的同学们从现在开始，都来做一个环保小卫士。地球只有一个，我们都要好好爱护它。
