The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. Also, the email will not lose while the letter might be losing in the process of delivery.

However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Nowadays, star-worshiping is popular among teenagers, especially many university students.

Why? When it comes to the symptoms of worshiping a star, the main factor Id like to mention is imitation. With a blind love for their idols, teenagers firmly believe that their choices are the best. As a result, the stars clothes, hairstyles and hobbies, as well as their behaviors in public, are closely observed or followed, though, to some extent, they may be considered improper or even ridiculous.

In my opinion, having idols is not a bad thing. However, we should make it clear who are the real “heroes”. As far as I am concerned, the real heroes are those who are making the most contributions to our society, such as teachers, doctors and scientists. As students, we should learn from them. Only in this way can we become useful persons in the future.

窗外，寒风呼啸，窗玻璃发出一阵“啪啪”的声音，我不禁嘀咕着：“这鬼天气，白天还阳光灿烂，晚上就变天了，我还和禹迪约好去石马公园做游戏，怎么办呢？”

吃过晚饭，我和妈妈说起了这件事，妈妈听了，头摇得像拨浪鼓一样，说出了一大堆理由：“不行，不行，今天晚上这么冷，容易感冒，又这么晚了，禹迪也不会去的，你就别去了……”“妈妈！”我打断了妈妈的话，坚定地说：“我不能失信，今天晚上我一定要去！”说到这，前些天发生的一幕又浮现在我的眼前……

过八岁生日那一天，我邀请好朋友禹迪到我家吃晚饭，可放学后，爸爸妈妈为庆祝我的生日，特意早早下了班接我去娄星广场照相，然后又带我去肯德鸡饱餐了一顿，快乐和兴奋之中，我把答应请禹迪吃饭的事抛到了九霄云外。等我和爸爸妈妈有说有笑地赶回家时，已是晚上八点多钟了，这时禹迪正拿着生日礼物站在我家门口，看到我们，她高兴地跑过来，把一个精致的小相框交到我手上，祝我生日快乐。我感觉脸上一阵阵发烧，吱吱唔唔地说：“对不起，我忘了……”原来，为了陪我过生日，禹迪饿着肚子从下午六点一直等到现在……

想到这一幕，我再一次坚定地对妈妈说：“今天，我一定要去公园，我要做个守信的人。”爸妈见拗不过我，勉强同意了，但提出要和我一起去公园。

来到楼下，一阵刺骨的寒风迎面扑来，刮在脸上，像刀割一样，我不禁连打了几个寒颤，“百卉，快戴好帽子！”妈妈急忙提醒我。爸爸打起了退堂鼓：“还是别去了！天这么冷，风这么大，料她也不会来。”我自信地说：“禹迪她一定会来的！你们不是常教育我，要做个守信的人吗？宋庆龄小时候为了不失信于小伙伴，宁可不跟爸爸妈妈去早已向往的伯伯家呢！我要向宋庆龄学习，做守信的人！”爸爸妈妈听了我的话，赞许地点了点头。

走近石马公园，远远地看见禹迪正站在公园门口张望，风吹散了她的头发，她两手抱胸瑟瑟发抖，小脚不停地跺着。看见禹迪，我兴奋不已，像箭一样冲过去，和禹迪紧紧地抱在了一起……

此时此刻，我仿佛感到一粒成信的种子牢牢地扎根在我们的心里，并且发芽、开花……

左冰娴：一个非常可爱的小女孩，有许许多多的优点。在我困难的时候，她总会为我雪中送炭。也每次都会被老师表扬。是班上的“小小艺术家”。我和她是好朋友，我们俩个整天在一起谈心，在我伤心的时候，她也安慰我，跟我讲知心话。我挺喜欢她的。尽管她有时候也很粗心，考试没有考好。不过她的成绩挺优秀的。

王雪晖：成绩特别优秀，而且还是聪明开朗的女孩。她自信活泼，都将会成为我的榜样哦。她在同学们心中是很神圣的，爱班级，爱集体，总是我们班学习的榜样。爱吹笛子，既是她的爱好，又是她的特长。(挺佩服她的，有那么多的爱好)也经常被老师表扬。一点儿也不骄傲，还是我们学校的的大队长呢。很受同学们尊敬的。

胡诗梦：怎么说呢?她这个人吧，倒没有什么吸引人的位置。不过她有一颗善良正直的心。尽管有的人很讨厌她，不过我还是挺喜欢她的，谁叫她是我的好朋友呢。其实和她在一起的日子并没有和左冰娴的日子在一起的多，不过我和她就好像有一股亲密感似的，总喜欢和她在一起玩。

戚萌：说实话，有点讨厌她的。平时吧，说她一点坏话吧，她就来和你玩真的，有点脾气暴躁的坏习惯，我有时吧，却挺喜欢她的，因为她跟我给东西吃嘛。(我好好吃哦。)她也挺爱积极发言的，只不过太爱粗心了!我和她的关系并不怎么样，但和她也有过一段快乐的时光。(是什么，我就不说了吧。)唉，和她的语言可真少，就写这么少点吧。

雷滢滢：唉，又是一个可爱的女孩子!全身上下都充满了幽默感，挺爱笑的，也爱和我装疯。她这个人我还是挺喜欢的，有什么话，尽管大胆的说，没什么了不起的!这就是她的一贯风格。说实话，她的这点我挺喜欢。我喜欢她，并不需要理由的，只是出自内心罢了。

就写这么多吧，我只想写女生罢了，男生就免谈吧。男生，看那坏样，看着就另人讨厌，更别说写他们这群男生了。唉，你们讨厌男生吗?况且女生都是我的好朋友哦。好了，就写这么多吧。
