We can save the water and ask our parents to do so. We cant throw any litter onto the ground and we should collect them for recycling.

If we take good care of our earth today,it will be more beautiful tomorrow.

朋友是生命中的一处泉眼，友谊是一条永不枯竭的河：一个微笑，一句问候，一个眼神，都可能滋润你我的心灵，且留下不可磨灭了印象。 Friends are a spring eye in life. Friendship is a never -exhausted river: a smile, a greeting, and a look that may nourish your heart,And left an indelible impression.

有人说，人生有涯，而友谊无边无际。我认为友谊可以跨越时间的限制，成为一条永不枯竭的河。给彼此的心灵带来滋润。

刚进入中学的我对一切还是那么陌生：陌生的人群、陌生的走道、陌生的草木，只有那灿烂的友谊是亲切的，仿佛滋润我的溪流。那个雨露清晨，与往常同样灿烂的阳光让我觉得今天与往常一样，可那样的情节发展又或多多少少总出点差错。我于新交的朋友走进教室，可迎面而来的却不是一件好事。

紧张的氛围很少被打破过，同学们脸上的笑意早退去，取而代之的是木头似紧绷的脸，虽然是短暂的友谊，却让我斗志昂扬。我为了胜利在“战场”苦苦坚持。终于，早上的战斗已接近尾声。看着同学们笑开了脸，我渐渐皱起了眉头。这是第四节课，上天给我安排了一个麻烦，并告诉我解决方法很简单那就是真诚的友谊。

虽然我与友人相识时间不长，可我却很珍惜，我用心待人就不会被困难打败，因为我身后还有真诚的友谊。不知所措的我开始冷静下来。我在早上时，就做错了，想到我早上不慌不忙的清理东西有点后悔没有带学生卡。起初的我，心都像被丢进熔炉里去了，心里想着今天怎么吃饭。可时间还是过去了，下课的铃声敲碎了我的心。可我仍然不知所措。

上帝平和的看着我，我也在这一刻恍然大悟我还有身后的友谊啊?后来，我慢步走向友人，羞愧地对他讲述了我的“不幸”。让我想不到的是他爽快的帮助了我。在友谊的滋润下我破碎的`心仿佛恢复了生机与活力。我用友人的卡在食堂吃到了友谊的味道。不知怎么的，小路上的桂花在今天格外的馨香扑鼻，仿佛能滋润人的心灵，我想这大概是友谊的味道吧，我不得不感慨道：“友谊是一条永不枯竭的河。”它滋润了我的心灵，冲刷亮了我的灵魂，给黯淡的生活带来了光彩。

那一刻心中的愁云，消散在我的心中，取代它的是友谊所带来的滋润，我真正“看”到了友谊的芳香，更感受到了它的滋润。友谊像空气，常常被人遗忘，可它又是那么的重要。它又似一条永不枯竭的河，在意想不到的某一瞬间滋润你的心，却又温暖你的灵魂。

Nowadays in China, the limit to candidates for college entrance examination is not so strict as before. People of all ages and even married people can take the examination and have a chance of becoming a college student. The new regulation has many advantages.

Firstly, it provides more people with chances to receive high education. There are many people who have once lost the chance to enter a college for some reason. Now they can pick up their own dreams of being a college student. Secondly, it will introduce more students with different backgrounds and the abilities for colleges and universities. Finally, it stimulates competition and promotes the candidates to work harder.

However, relaxing the limit of age and marriage might bring some problems. For one thing, married students have to take care of the family and children, which brings more difficulties for school management. For another, there might be a gap between the elder students and the other young students. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the enrollment of those people of other age groups and married persons.

朋友，是一个在你孤独时陪伴你的人;朋友，是一个在你难过时安慰你的人;朋友，是一个在你遇到难题时和你一起解决的人;朋友，是一个在你有困难时帮助你的人;朋友是一个在你犯错误时为你纠正的人;朋友，是一个在你饥饿时给你送面包的人;朋友，是当我们内心受到创伤、受到挫折时的伙伴、知己，朋友是一盏灯，为我们照亮前方的路。真诚的友谊来之不易，我们应该用心去珍惜、去体会。

我和罗海燕是一对形影不离的好朋友，我们一起上学，一起回家，一起学习，一起玩耍，友谊像一根线，把我们俩紧紧连在一起。

罗海燕的样子虽不怎么出众，扎着一个长长的辫子，黑乎乎的脸上镶着一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，大眼睛下有一个不高不矮的鼻子，鼻子下又有一张能说会道的巧嘴，但她却有着一颗温暖的心。

罗海燕人如其名，坚强，勇敢，助人为乐，善解人意，乐观，勇于拼搏，善良，谦虚，幽默……她的优点像天上的繁星，闪烁着微微亮光，也同时感染了我，改变了我内向，不太喜欢交朋友的性格。但她唯一的不足就是太倔强，这也许就是所谓的“固执”吧!

记得一次体育课上，老师让我们赛跑，刚喊完“开始”，同学们就都拼命飞快冲向终点，我也不例外。这时，罗海燕不小心被绊了一跤，摔倒在地，漆盖擦破了皮，擦出了血。我和几个同学看见了，急忙跑回去要扶起她，她把我们的手轻轻推开，说：“没事，我自己能走，你们不用扶我。”于是，罗海燕吃力地慢慢站起来，忍着痛，向终点走去……明明眼角闪着微微泪光，可她还是没有流泪，继续上体育课。老师让她去休息一会儿，罗海燕却摆摆手：“不用，这点小伤没关系的。”课后，我问她为什么不用我们扶，也不休息，要自己忍着疼痛，她笑着说：“没什么，我着是觉得，跌倒了要自己爬起来，不要总是依赖别人，这样对自己无益，要学会坚强，学会自立。”是啊，跌倒了要自己爬起来，不要只会依赖别人，否则依赖则会变成你人生中的一颗绊脚石!

一个人交朋友必须要慎重，我能交到罗海燕这样品质优秀的朋友，真是三生有幸，我一定会倍加珍惜这份友谊，更用心去品味友谊这坛陈良好酒!

知识就是力量(knowledge is power)

Recently there has been a discussion regarding the issue of knowl- edge in the newspaper. As can be seen from the picture， knowledge is symbolized by a clenched fist as power. The fist sends out a message for "obedience"， threatening to crack with power any hard nut. The more demanding and challenging a task is， the more powerful the fist seems to grow. Similarly， knowledge， the strongest power for human beings， feeds up the field of science and technology. The more ad- vanced and developed a field is， the more profound knowledge seems to become.

A specific example is the dunaping of Mir， Russias space station. As is the case of the Russian space program， the country could no longer afford to keep Mir aloft in orbit because of lack Of financial support. Therefore， Rus- sia decided to dump the space station. The effect is both immediate and far -reaching. As far as the present is concerned， the successful launching and dumping of IVrLr has proved to the world that mankind， armed with pro- fca. md knowledge， cannot just build things but can operate them welt. For the distant impact， the once- in- a- lifetime success of/VFtr provides man with valuable and indispensable experience for manned space flight in the years to crane. Then， someday in the furore， them might appear in space more Mirs， visiting Mars， spreading friendship， parading the perfect maste- ry of knowledge.

As to the best way to master knowledge， I suggest that everyone of us "ask not what others will learn from you， but what you can learn from the others." By so doing， I sincerely believe each person， pro- tected by the "fist"， will be learned and knowledgeable.

我的习惯(My Habbits)

I have some habbits, some are good, but some are bad.

I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put todays work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.

However, I also have some bad habbits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly, and stay up till very late. During meals I prefer meat to vegetables. And sometimes I play computer games too long without having a reat. They are all harmful to my health.

From now on Ill try to keep my good habbits, and give up the bad ones. Then Ill live better.

Mr Qin is our history teacher. He has a wonderful name Qin Han. He is over fifty now, and he is in good health. He likes history. He is not only interested in Chinese history, but also the history of the world. He likes reading, and goes to the book shop every Saturday. He often tells us something interesting in the history, such as the Great Wall, the World War II and so on. We are all happy to have his classes. Mr Qin wrote a thick book on history and it was published last year. We all admire him!

秦先生是我们的历史老师，他有一个好听的名字秦汉。他已经年过半百，可是身体健康。他喜欢历史。他不仅对中国历史感兴趣，对世界历史也感兴趣。他喜欢读书，每星期六都去书店。他经常给我们讲一些历史上有趣的事，如万里长城，第二次世界大战等等。我们都喜欢上他的课。秦先生写了一本有关历史的厚厚的书，去年出版了。我们都很敬佩他!
