我们这次游学最重要的一站是斯坦福大学。它享有“西岸哈佛”的美誉，并且是世界排名前茅的大学，他的占地面积是35平方公里，是美国第二大的大学。曾经在这里毕业的好多学生，都学到了丰富的知识，有的成为了总统，有的成为了诺贝尔奖获得者，还有好多好多的名人……

怀着敬仰的心情，我们参观了校园。这里环境十分优美，道路也宽阔，到处都能看到茂盛的花草树木，还有各种漂亮的建筑物，那些教学楼、图书馆，都像一个个城堡。尤其是胡佛纪念塔，非常有气势。

当然，罗丹的雕塑群更是令人难忘，这里，是除了法国以外，最大的，收藏罗丹的雕塑的地方了。远远望去，我还以为是真人呢，可是走近一看，哇，这雕塑真是令人叫绝！它们被雕得栩栩如生，神态各异。有的人不停地挠着光头，有的.人袒露左肩，神态自若的走着，还有的人摇摇欲坠，好像累病了……

校园里来来往往的人们，都是靠自行车、滑板来代步，因为校园特别大。这里的学生很多是不同肤色的，他们大部分都来自世界各地， 学校吸引了很多优秀的学生来到这里学习。

我对斯坦福大学有了无限的向往，我也要好好学习，以后，我说不定也能成为斯坦夫大学的一员呢！

去美国之前，我做了一些功课，上网浏览了美国的历史和地理以及各种风土人情，所有的信息都告诉我：这是一个世界上最强大、最民主的国家。怀揣着一颗好奇心，我来到了这个大洋彼岸的陌生国度。让我来看看吧，美国，你到底什么样?

美国人做事非常认真和细致。比如你到一家小店去买纪念品，无论你有多么赶时间，用多么焦虑的眼神急迫地看着他，做怎样夸张的表情，甚至忍不住地催促他，他们总是微笑，总是一丝不苟地将你买的纪念品轻手轻脚地放进盒子里，又把盒子包装好，然后再放进袋子里，小心翼翼地递给你，并且再送你一个最甜美、友好、温和的笑容。这一系列的举动让你不得不连声地对他说：“Thank you!”也让你感慨美国人在紧张的环境中所表现出来的那种从容不迫、不紧不慢和对所有顾客的彬彬有礼。

可事实上，大家知道的，美国人一点也不拘束，他们非常热情和开放。我们在美国遇见的一个小男生就这样，他不仅会伸手摸你的头发、拍你的肩膀、夸你很棒，让你充满自信，更让人难以想象的是，他还会抱起你，让我们含蓄的中国人尴尬不已却又不好意思推却。他们十分善于鼓励别人，课堂上，只要你回答出了一个问题，他们就会不停地夸你：“Good job!”在路上，如果你不小心摔了一跤，他们就会跑过来关心地询问：“Are you OK?”让你心里暖暖的，很感动。

同时，美国的家庭非常民主。在中国，基本上家里面的事情都是由家长说了算，而孩子们却没有“说话的份”。这次的“Homestay”让我认识到了美国家庭的民主性，孩子们在家里的权力和家长是一样大的，孩子们可以有各项选择权。在我们的寄宿家庭里，他们家的小女孩Karmila很可爱，家人都很宠爱她，但是她却没有我想象中的娇气，做事仔细认真，并且总是把自己打理得井井有条。吃饭时，当她妈妈问她要一些什么吃的时，她很有个性地告诉她妈妈，自己不想吃东西，便回到客厅看电视去了。小女孩的奶奶要给她吃水果，但是她也拒绝了。这要是在中国，可能家长就会过来管你，问你一大堆为什么。所以这就是美国孩子的独立自主能力和美国家庭的民主特色，他们对孩子十分放松，不去约束，让孩子们独自一人在世界上闯出一片属于自己的天地!

美国有源源不断的新事物出现，是基于美国人具有的创新能力。培养创新能力则是从儿童开始。要做到这一点，不需要高深的技巧，只需把握一条：尊重儿童。比尔·盖茨和他的同学们中学时玩的“吃纸”的电脑，是由社区家长捐赠的。比尔·盖茨的第一个公司也只是由两个毛头小伙建立的公司。别人愿意和他打交道，固然有自己商业的需要，但更在于他们尊重有创造能力的人，而不会太注意对方的年龄大小。

前不久看了一部美国电影《热血教师》，作为一名教师对于此类电影还是很感兴趣的，观看完此片后，我深深被这位热血教师的事迹所感动，还情不自禁的流了两次眼泪。

故事的背景发生在90年代，克拉克为了追求个人价值的实现，离开了出身的小镇，来到了纽约哈林黑人区执教。他以前带的都是非常优秀的班级，而且成绩也非常的好。但他来纽约后所带的班级是全校最差的，老师被这些学生气走了一个又一个，学校、家长、学生自己都已经放弃了，但这个带着金丝边眼镜，打着领带衬衫，褐色头发的男人却勇敢地担起了教育他们的责任。事情没有他想象中的那样好，他也曾想放弃，有一次也被气出了教室，但他重新审视了自己，再次研究整个班各个学生的心理和他们的长处，详细了解了每个学生的家庭状况，他真诚的去帮助他(她)们,他说:“你们在这四方的空间里,呆一段时间,不是在看一个个老师被撵出去的闹剧,而是要达到一个目标,那就是自信的走出去,只要我想做,努力,任何事情我都行,不是吗?而我就是来帮你们的,我的知识你们可以随便问,因为我们是一家人。” 他最初制定的班规很简单，就是“我们是一个家庭(We are a family)”，然后一条一条地加上，他把自己和学生都融入到了这个班里。

为了让学生能认真听他一堂课，他跟学生们“做交易”，他买了一大桌子的软饮料，说：“听我讲15秒，时间一到我就喝一罐，你们不是爱捉弄老师吗，那好，看老师能不能喝完这一桌的东西。”就这样他用了一个近乎自虐的方法，吸引学生上课的注意力，而当一个学生能回答出一个动词是什么，他都感到兴奋不已，给予了学生最大的鼓励。他为了帮助全班记住美国的24位总统，在全班不屑的起哄声中摇头晃脑的跳了段自编自演的president rap，当学生和他一起载歌载舞的时候，这不是说明了他已经得到了这批“问题学生”的认同吗?而且也使那些学生获得了应学的知识。

即使他肺炎生病在家的时候，为了课程的进度，他录下上课的内容，在教室里播放。听课时当一个学生想做小动作的时候，他也已经在录像里指了出来，说明他是多么地了解这些学生。正因为他的了解，他才能走进这些学生的内心深处，才能逐渐得到这些问题学生的认同，才能在最后关头在全美统考成绩名列全区第一，得到了校长、家长和学生的认同，可以说这是一个奇迹，但也看到了作为一名老师所必须具备的一些基本素质。

我觉得一位优秀、称职的教师除了有丰富的知识外，还应该正确处理好师生关系，这点非常的重要。教师应采取积极的态度, 努力改善与学生的关系。改变那种，教师教，学生学的枯燥的教学模式。改变教师只重视文化知识的传授，而忽略了人格教育。只重视身体的健康，而忽视了心理的健康，这些片面的行为，真正给学生一个积极，轻松的学习环境，让学生拥有健全的人格，确实促进学生整体素质的提高。和谐融洽的师生关系在教学过程发挥着特殊、奇妙的作用。

良好的师生关系并不复杂：一方面是教师对学生的关心和爱护，另一方面是学生对教师的尊敬和信赖。

因此，教师和蔼的态度，亲切有神的目光，真诚的信任和鼓励，是学生学的动力。教师即要有渊博的学识和良好的教学艺术，有对学生始终如一的关怀和爱护、无私和没有偏见的品格，有庄重的仪表和举止等。 我觉得要处理好师生关系要注意以下几点：

一、 以爱为本，多一点尊重和信任。

爱心是和谐师生关系的基础。教师的爱来源于对学生深刻的认识和了解。知之深，才能爱之切。学生年龄虽小，但也有着同成年人一样的情感世界：懂得快乐与痛苦、羞愧与恐惧，有自尊心和荣誉感。教师对学生应多一点耐心，少一点急躁;多一些宽容，少一些指责。尊重和信任是沟通师生情感的桥梁。可以说，尊重是爱的别名。尊重学生，就是尊重学生的人格，允许学生在思想、感情和行为中表现出一定的独立性，给他们提供更大的独立的活动空间。把学生作为与自己平等的人来对待，尊重他们的意愿和情绪，乐于倾听他们的意见和要求。

二、 发扬民主，讲求一点“参与效应”。

教育家罗杰斯认为，教师的态度可以决定教学的成败。教师要善于为学生创设一种宽松、安全、愉悦的学习氛围，给学生成功、快乐、友爱的享受。教师要充分发扬教学民主，使学生能自由表达、自由参与、充分意识到自己的存在和价值。人人都有一种参与意识，都希望自己拥有一定的发言权和自主权，如果适时让学生们体会“我长大了”的成人感，重视并满足他们的参与意识，他们就会以积极合作的态度在课堂教学中发挥其主体的作用。可见，教学的民主是建立和谐的师生关系的活力所在。

三、注重个性，多一点欣赏眼光。

一名成功的教师总是带着欣赏的眼光和积极的心态投身于教学活动。教师真诚的期待不仅能诱发学生积极向上的激情，而且深刻地影响着学生智力和个性的发展。适度的表扬和鼓励，能让学生品尝到成功的喜悦，在被欣赏的愉悦体验中奋发、崛起。

以上就是我的一些心得与收获，我觉得身为教师自身要拥有优秀的素质和高贵的品格，更重要的是对待学生的态度：爱心、耐心、尊敬、信任，且对所有学生都一视同仁。最后让我用克拉克先生的一句话与大家共勉：“对我来说，教书就是制造惊喜，就是制造令孩子难忘的经历。”我想只要我们付出所有，我们的学生也一定会为我们带来惊喜!

“哇塞!”“真是太好了!”这到底是怎么了?想不到吧，我们贝尔英语竟然来了一位外国朋友，快来跟我一起去看看吧。

当我们无精打采的上课的时候，门忽然开了，进来了两个老师，这当然是常见的了，可后面竟然进来了一位黑皮肤的小男孩!教室里的气氛立刻活跃了起来，我和裴笑宇、郑童方还有徐同小声地议论着：是非洲人?英国?一个一个问号在脑子里产生。这时候，只听老师说：“他是美国的人，小学一年级的一名学生。”

我们居然都猜错了，智商还不“低”呢。老师把他安置到一个空位置上后，就继续讲课。“咚咚咚!”下课了，我们仔细的观察他，发现他的头发和我们不一样。你瞧，他的头发是一块一块的，而且还是卷起来的，还真是一个地地道道的美国人啊!脸还是黑的，连手背也不例外，好像是黑木炭。

又上课了，读英语课文的时候，我们发现他好像没我们熟练，不过，他的发音还挺标准，几乎和录音里的一模一样，真是“家美必须外扬”呀!我们还教他了中国话，郑童方教他还勉强学会，我教他安阳话时，他就去玩了，谁知道他想的什么呢。

最后，我们一起和他合了一个影，才各自回家去了。

今天，我们去人民体育馆举办的《美国巨虫公园》参观，我别提有多高兴了。

巨虫公园真是雄伟壮观。一进体育馆，我就看见了六个醒目的大字《美国巨虫公园》，进入了里面，一位解说员叔叔带我们进了铺着地毯的黑乎乎的“山洞”，我往里面一望吓了我一跳，因为各种各样的虫子都和人一样大。解说员叔叔给我们讲了许多虫子，有蝗虫、白蚁、蜜蜂等，但是我印象最深的还要数毒蜘蛛了，它是紫色的，身上布满了毒毛，来回来去的摆动着，显得十分厉害，解说员叔叔说：它在我们国家是不存在的。

我们通过录像机观看了蝴蝶的一生，还在大厅里看了许许多多的蝴蝶的标本，他们的种类不同，样子也不同，还使我懂得蝴蝶的一生分为四个阶段。

我在巨虫公园里买了一只蝗虫模型，留作纪念。

集合了，我们排好了队伍，依依不舍的离开了巨虫公园，在回去的路上，巨虫公园那放大五百倍的高科技声光模拟巨虫，梦幻神秘的风光和神奇、科幻、刺激的探险猎奇还在我的脑海里荡漾。

为什么美国文化是独特的

American culture is unique because it is nurtured， formed and developed under certain conditions， which are characteristically（特性）American. The major factors contributing to the making of this new nation and the forming of a new culture are the hard environment， ethnic diversity（多民族） and plural religion， which is quite different from other nations in the world. What is more， these elements are still influencing the American culture.

1. Rough Environment

The early immigrants who were English Puritans settled down in northeast part of American. The environment there was very rough but they believed the poor land could purify their mind so they chose the place along the coast. From 1607 to 1892， frontiers were pushed further west. The American frontier consisted of the relatively unsettled regions of the United States， usually found in the western part of the country. The frontiersmen looked for a land of rich resources and a land of promise， opportunity and freedom. Actually they looked for a better life. So individualism， self-reliance， and equality of opportunity have perhaps been the values most closely associated with the frontier heritage（遗产） of American.

2. Ethnic Diversity

The population of the United States includes a large variety of ethnic groups coming from many races， nationalities， and religions. People refer to the United States as "melting pot "and the dominant people are British. American is made up of WASP MM， that is， White， Anglo Saxon， Protestants plus Middle Class and Male. In history， people from different countries in the world rushed to American three times. They brought their own culture to American and later on different cultures were mixed together. Thus the unique American culture is formed， a common cultural life with commonly shared values.

3. Plural religion

The fundamental American belief in individual freedom and the right of individuals to practice their own religion is at the center of religious experience in the United States. The great diversity of ethnic backgrounds has produced religious pluralism； almost all of the religions of the world are now practiced in the United States. Christianity（基督教） is the dominant religion in American and Protestant （新教）is predominate（主导）。 Any individuals are equal before God and they believe they can communicate directly to God so they can share the same idea. Under the protestant， many new ones are formed and different explanations produce different sect of religion. Churches are independent and American religion is no longer religion seculars. The institution permits the practice of religion and the political power is separate form religion. So there are more religions in American than in other countries.

4. Current influence：

Nowadays， we can see the continual influence of the three elements in the current American society. American family is typically parents and their unmarried children. Middle-aged and elderly people generally do not live with their married children. Many Americans live in mobile homes whose homes are built with wheels. They can be moved. The people in American have a very strong desire to start a new life in a new place. Quite a number of people change residences（住所） every year. The average American moves fourteen times in his lifetime. The courage to try something new has been an American characteristic. American democracy means majority rule， but it also means protection of minority rights. There are certain freedom which the United States promises to all its citizens and members of minority group cannot be denied these rights by a vote of the majority. Americans also like to be involved in many challenge activities and sports to show their adventurous spirits. All of these are affected by the heritage of the American history.

From the facts above， we can see American culture is unique which was cultivated， formed and developed by the main three factors， rough environment， ethnic diversity and plural religion and still is affected and determined by them now.

Major cities offer visitors a multitude of urban delights. The convenience of modern freeways， railways and airplanes makes travel in America as easy as pie.

Many American vacations are as unique as the people who take them. Families often plan their trips with the kids in mind. More and more "family friendly"vacation resorts offer special programs for children. History buffs seek out famous historical sites and museums. Environmentalists prefer "green vacations."These trips allow them to observe flora and fauna up-close without disturbing the sensitive balance of nature. Some people find sea cruises relaxing and refreshing. Others hit the water to go fishing， skiing or white-water rafting. Daring souls get the thrill of a lifetime on trekking expeditions and safaris in remote places from Africa to Asia.

Americans arent the only people in the world who travel. International business， mass communication and jet airplanes have created a world of globetrotters. People all over the world enjoy going abroad to travel. And no matter where they live， people enjoy visiting scenic spots in their own country. But being on the go makes Americans what they are： people on the move. In America， almost every-body is a tourist sometime.

现在中日关系虽然有改善的势头，但是还不巩固，还比较脆弱，还应该本着双方对历史问题的原则共识，做到言行一致。中日韩三国应该有智慧来推动智能制造、发展科技合作，创造人们需要的高质量产品。

中国始终主张有一个稳定的周边环境和友好的睦邻关系，坚持用和平外交的手段解决纠纷、管控分歧。中国维护国家主权和领土完整也毫不含糊。

Send Healing To Yourself

Most people, when given an opportunity to aid someone in need, are eager to do whatever they can to be of service. Those of us who have chosen to make healing the world a vocation are grateful for any occasion to send light and love to people in our immediate spheres of influence and beyond. As we apply our passion and our principles to this altruistic endeavor, we often forget to send ourselves the same bountiful gifts of wellness, though we ourselves may be in dire need of it. We overlook ourselves, not because we forget, but because we fear that focusing on the self is an indicator of selfishness. It is moreover much more difficult to heal oneself than to heal others because the seeds of uncertainty are more easily banished when we act on anothers behalf. When we send healing light to ourselves, it is important that our intentions and our self-trust be stronger than ever to counteract doubt. As we bless ourselves in this way, we serve as both an active channel and a passive destination. This should not change the way we interact with the valuable energy we wish to receive, however. Though we may be tempted to consciously direct or influence the manner in which light impacts our lives because we know ourselves most intimately, we should not try to control its path. When we draw the white light of protection and purity to our bodies, taking it into ourselves with each inhalation, our belief in the fact that it will naturally move toward areas of dysfunction will ensure that it flows through every muscle and organ. And when we fill our spaces with this light, our environments are cleared of all the negative energy that can sap our strength and our spirit. Surrounded inside and out with healing light, we feel safe and protected, healthy, relaxed, and content just as those who regularly receive such loving gifts from us do. If you sincerely believe that there is a part of yourself that exists independently of upset and illness, the love and light you send yourself will help you connect with it. You will see the affirmative impact of this connection almost immediately when you include yourself in the recipients of your healing gifts, as lifes frustrations become more tolerable and your bliss becomes ever more palpable.

今天下着绵绵细雨，可我的心情格外兴奋，因为我们学校迎来了美国的小朋友，大家还可以一起上课呢。

早上第三节课，我们怀着紧张又激动的心情来到了一楼报告厅。美国的小朋友也来了，我的同伴是一个高高的、皮肤白暂的女孩子。她很文静，不怎么说话。

美术老师——舒老师等大家都准备好了后，便开始了精彩的一课：京剧脸谱。这一会要大家在同伴的脸上作画了。舒老师讲得很精彩，大家听得很入神。老师还请了一位同学当她的模特，在他的脸上涂上了颜料，大家看了纷纷鼓掌，连声叫好。

接下来要我们自己动手了。那位美国女孩——希尼或许是第一次在别人脸上作画，有些不相信。旁边有一个英语老师给她做翻译。她小心翼翼的用白色颜料勾勒出了轮廓，涂抹的时候，我闻到了一股刺鼻的味道，也许就是那个颜料的吧。她拿起黄色颜料又在我脸上涂抹了一番，我感觉有一点凉凉的，蛮舒服的。她又在我脸上涂上了一层厚厚的绿色，用手指抹匀，我坚持微笑着。当我睁眼时，发现周围围满了人，都在拍照。英语翻译问我：“你有什么喜好?”“音乐……算吗?”英语翻译点点头。希尼用蓝色颜料在我额头上画了个音符，用黑色颜料在眼睛周围涂了一遍，再用红色涂剩余的部分。“京剧脸谱”算是完成了。我一照镜子：妈呀，怪物呀!原来，希尼把我化成了英国国旗了!大家你看我，我看你，都忍不住大笑起来。许多人这里一块红，那里一块紫;有人就是一团黑，找不到一个白一点的地方;有的人除了红就是粉红，像个红脸包公;有的像是一只大熊猫……

大家意犹未尽的结束了这堂课，嘴里都是一些奇怪的形容词：熊猫眼、红鼻子、铁面无私(包公)、白脸婆婆……而我，就是“印第安人”。随着队伍向楼上走去，大家的脚步声渐渐听不见了，嬉笑声却永远的留在了这里。

来到北卡罗莱纳州的夏洛特，我们开始了美国之旅的第一站！

身边的一切似乎发生了微妙的变化：没有高楼大厦，只有两层的小洋房；公路两旁没有装修各异的商场，只有树木花草；没有工地施工的嘈杂声，取而代之的是鸟鸣声；没有川流不息的汽车，只有偶尔跑出来的几只小鹿和松鼠……周围的所有都像白雪公主的拍摄场景。霎时间，一种温馨袭上心头——那才是人人向往的美好自然的生活环境啊！

在妈妈美国友人的家里更能感受到他们对生活的热爱和追求。在那所大房子里，地板上铺的是浅灰色绒绒的地毯，很干净，大家都爱光着脚走。家居摆设很有品味，很淡雅。在这个大家庭里有三个孩子：８岁的大女儿ＬＯＲＩＡＮ，可爱懂事；６岁的二儿子ＩＡＮ，活泼机灵；４岁的小女儿ＬＵＣＹ，天真烂漫。虽然我们之间的语言交流不太畅通，但我愿意尝试，他们也把语速放慢，和我简单地交流。我还在他们那儿学到一种名字叫“ＳＯＲＲＹ”的游戏，类似我们的飞行棋，有趣极了。

有一天，还让我见识到了这些美国小孩子天真的一面。那天下午，天空零零星星地飘起了小雨，紧接着雨越下越大，他们问妈妈：“我们能出去玩吗？”没料到，他们的妈妈爽快地答应了。怀着好奇我也跟着跑了出去。孩子们竟然在家门口外的林荫小道上狂奔，肆无忌惮，任雨水打在身上，只有快乐占据全身心……再后来，他们竟然还用房顶流下来的雨水冲头发，还躺在自家院子的一条小石子路上玩耍，因为那里已经成了流淌的小溪！

雨渐渐地停了，天晴了！
